I have lived at Greenhaven Trace Apartments a total of 7 years so far. During college (5 years) and when I got married (2 years). The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are super spacious. I love the fact that a washer and dryer are included without an additional monthly fee. The staff have always been nice. From Ms. Tracy to Ms. Sarah. Maintenance are always quick with your requests and you have 24hr access to the gym. Greenhaven Trace is right beside the highway so easy access to anywhere. I would definitely recommend Greenhaven Trace Apartments to anyone!

I have lived here for less than a year. I was very impressed with the square footage and price of the unit. Also the amenities are fantastic which include a gym, washer/dryer and basic cable at no additional charge. Sarah is an excellent property manager. Terry is a great maintenance man. There are security cameras throughout the property and a security system is provided in each unit that connects to the police at no additional charge. I will definitely renew my lease.

The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced for the amenities that come along with them, especially in comparison to a lot of other complexes. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is very nice! Sarah (property manager) is super sweet and has been very helpful since I moved out here. All of my neighbors are friendly and I haven’t had any major issues. Sometimes there is a noise issue from the person above me, but overall I like living here and intend to renew my lease.

I have lived here for years now and I dont plan on moving until I buy a home. The office staff is always friendly and the maintenance crew is very respectful, work very hard to fix things, and make me feel safe in an ever changing world. I highly recommend single parent families to take a look at this complex. Its quiet, the price is right, and I have yet to experience the rates going on during lease renewal.

I must say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Greenhaven Trace apartments! From the initial interest calls with Sarah from her being prompt & helpful to move-in. Terry is fun & efficient with repairs! I love how open & spacious the floor plans are! The price is GREAT for the layout accompanied with cable, washer & dryer, car wash, gym & pool with cookout area! I also appreciate the option to pay your rent online without any extra fees. When I first moved in I sat out at the fountain every night! I most definitely will be renewing my lease here!

I have lived here for many years. Never had any major problems. Its very quiet and peaceful. I love the size of my bedroom and if I ever have a maintenance problem they respond very quickly. They are also very polite. The pool could be bigger. But overall I like it here. They keep the place nice and neat.

I’ve lived here since 2017, and I love it! Such an affordable price and it comes with amazing amenities! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as well. The maintenance handles issues very promptly. I don’t plan on leaving Greenhaven any time soon!

The apartments are spacious and the price really can’t be beat for the quality. I don’t see myself going anywhere any time soon!

Ive lived here since 2011. The property is maintains cleanliness. The amenities are very nice the pool area has grills for cookouts. There is also a car wash and gym . I enjoy living here.

I’ve lived here for six month the living environment was okay except the noise from the apartment complex behind us the issue was the manger Sarah she was mean and hateful when I first came up there I ask her if there was a one bedroom one bath available she look me up and down and said no I went home literally ten minutes later called use a different name she say yes theirs one available I applied that’s same day and got approved that week I then tried to transfer to a two bedroom she lied again I called the management company they didn’t seem to care I had mold in my bathroom when it rain it should like a leak in the ceiling the dryer didn’t work and the cable is basic not really worth the trouble it’s a bad move

I have been an occupant of Greenhaven for 8 years and their complex is very clean, friendly atmosphere, management & maintenance crew are amazing & I would definitely requirement any and everyone to come be an Occupant of this Amazing Apartment Complex! ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks for all y’all do! I have lived in these apartments twice once in 2013 and currently since 2016. Very nice place only complaint is music levels sometimes from neighbors. Very affordable and very quick with repairs.

Its has been consistent residence of quality tenants and quietness. It is has probably the best highway access in the city to take you N, S, E, and W. Management keeps tenants informed and maintains cleanliness of the property like no other.

Ive lived here going on 3 years now and Ive enjoyed every day. The front office is great at communicating and solving any concerns you may have.

Not many apartment complexes include a washer, dryer and cable in the rent and reasonably priced as well. the complex is well maintained for the most part. i see the occasional dog poop not picked up by residents but i like living here. sarah, the property manager is a sweetheart! i plan to renew my lease.

Management is great! Sarah was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of us renting our apartment. They are also good about tending to maintenance issues in a timely fashion. Overall the complex is quiet, although we have had noise issues due to an upstairs neighbor and being close to the street. There is also a theft problem. My husband has had items stolen from his motorcycle (temporary tags and a cover) twice now in the 3 months that we have lived here. I know there is a courtesy officer on site, but I do question how efficient s/he is. We also get frequent foot traffic from the surrounding areas, which concerns me since theres nothing in place to control who can enter the apartment grounds. It is a decent bang for you buck given washer/dryer and cable is included in rent, however its not as secluded as I would like it to be.

Overall the apartments its self are great, the rooms are big very spacious closet, maintenance took care of everything and on time, the amenities where horrible, the gym was dirty, the pool never stayed cleaned, I stayed here for two years and never once was the self car service every worked. For how much the rent is you would think that these apartments would have a little more to offer. My car was broken into and vandalized, when I called to talk to the property manager about what happen they did nothing about it or even tired to help. If you decided to move here make sure you docoument everything concerning your apartment because these people are very wishy-wash they will say one thing and do another. I would not consider the management team fare at all more like heartless, they will not try to work with you with anything and are very far from caring.

I wish I would have found this apartment complex a long time ago, this was by far the most convenient and safe apartment i have had on the southside. Definitely a hidden gem. Im going to be sad when I move but by far a great stay!!!
