They did a very messy job. Did not take their time. Instead of focusing on the client that is in front of them to perform the service, she’s counting her end of day cash rushing to leave. Then before the service is finish she’s asking for payment to end off basically. Polished n she’s gone. They need to take there time and understand it’s not a game for who could get the most clients. Also why charge an extra $1 for a combo filer which is something you should have in place for each client. I’m disgusted. NOT AGAIN. NOT A RECOMMENDED NAIL SHOP.

My roommate and I had had good experiences there and were regular customers until our last visit. She requested a set that had a halloween design, but expressed multiple times that if they’re unable to do it, it was okay, and that she’d get something else. They assured her it was well within their capabilities, but she left less than enthused. They were drew blood while shaping both of our nails, glue and excess paint surrounded her cuticles, the acrylic shape was uneven, and the design was an atrocity. I had a nail tech file a few of my nails way too thin because she was rushing and distracted.Since then I typically make sure to make an appointment with Cam, to avoid the first nail tech and because Cam has always been very focused, gentle and professional. The head manager has also done a great job on my nails before. Cam is the only reason I’m not giving this place 1 star after my experience today.I just went today to get my SNS dip powder full set removed and to get a gel mani. This was the most painful manicure I have ever had in my life. I made the mistake of not making an appointment, and of course got paired with the same nail tech who filed my nails too low the first time. I would’ve asked to switch to someone else but everyone was busy with other clients, so I thought “what’s the worst that can happen?” I should’ve trusted my instinct. This woman was once again rushing and distracted by another client who complained and stormed out, threatening to sue the salon for mistreatment.Because of her distraction she hurt my nails when filing 3 times, and filed almost all of my nails down paper thin. It now hurts to type, to pick up anything with my fingers too close to the nail. I am not exaggerating when I say one nail is so thin it is bending on the nail bed itself. Before she could put on the gel paint I asked to leave because my nails were so sore. My nail beds are throbbing as I type this. I now have to cut my nails as short as possible and wait for them to grow back stronger to get another professional manicure.I feel very hurt and very wronged by this salon, after coming every 2-3 weeks regularly since January. I have been polite, patient, and always tipped well for the service. I feel very wronged…I do not know the nail techs name, but Cam saw and knows what happened. I unfortunately will not be returning, but wish Cam the best. Thank you to Cam for being professional and gentile every time she worked with me.I will try to show in pictures how thin they are but it is hard to see. Many of my nails have several layers gone. Tried to show different angles to show how some are extremely thin and painful. I cut off the remaining length to help with the pain.

This was my second time here. The first time was horrible but I chucked it up because I was in a rush and tired. So I tried again praying that I wouldn’t get the same man, because his work was horrible. I did. I wanted the tin foil artwork, he first said he couldn’t do it. Then he said he could but it would be $100, and walked out to smoke a cigarette while I was sitting in his chair. This place was recommended to me and I’m now recommending NOT to go there. At least not to him anyways. I should have known his was no good because both times I went his chair was empty while everyone else was busy....both times! Ultimately I went to the mall and got what I wanted at a much better price and excellent service

I went to this place after losing my nail tech of 2 years because she had a different business endeavor. My first experience was ok but the person servicing me informed me the manager doesn’t like for them “ to do long nails”. The manager was very vocal in his language and made the rest of my visit uncomfortable. Be mindful they charge extra for length so I don’t understand the issue and no one explained it to me. Regardless of the previous visit my nails looked good so I went back for a fill in and was told to come back tomorrow because the tech who did my last set wasn’t there. I informed them I had surgery the next day and I wanted to get them done today because it would be weeks before I could come back. I was again told “come back tomorrow!” …. To say the least I felt this was unprofessional and I will never return and if someone asks me about them I will discourage their patronage! Only gave 1 star so I could review but I would’ve scored them zero!!

I’m always nervous about going into new salons and getting my nails or eyebrows done but they did such a bomb job on my full set and at a great price. I paid 55$ not including the tip, while I was being charged 75$ for the same exact set at other salons.I asked for a yellow ombré. She noticed the yellow acrylic powder she was using at first was a lil funky looking so she stopped what she was doing, found a new yellow and re-did her work so that it would come out looking good.I’ve had a number of nail techs that take the lazy route in order to get clients out the door quickly but (i think her name was Tuya, sorry my memory is trash) didn’t seem to be like that at all. I was very satisfied and will definitely be coming back in a couple weeks when I need to get my nails done again.

My normal shop was jam packed and I was running short on time... needed to catch an afternoon flight out of GSO. Pulled into this place because it was near my current location (the mall).I sat for a while, and was about to leave, when one of the employees stopped what he was doing so I could get serviced. I thought what was nice, because he didn’t have to do it.Color is beautiful and I was finished in a timely manner. Conversation was minimal, but that was good that particular day because I had a lot on my mind.I would recommend and return again

Its a clean place. There is a bit of a wait at times. The decorations are really nice. The job that was done was beautiful. My only problem was the speed. My sister came in to get a gel manicure it took over 2 hours. The wait was terrible. The results were nice dont think it was worth sitting in the chair for over an hour.

Worst nail shop Ive ever been to. I went here on 9/14 to get SNS on my nails. When I asked to see the colors they told me that the tips werent done yet so I had to just look at the containers to pick a color. That should have been my first red flag that they havent done SNS much and werent experienced, but I chose a color and sat down. The woman who did my nails was very rough removing my existing SNS, and when she started to do my new SNS it was all downhill from there. She didnt do it right and the whole time had this nervous look on her face like she didnt know what she was doing, and multiple other people kept coming over to watch her. At first glance they didnt look horrible but within 5 minutes of me paying and leaving I noticed that bubbles were forming, as well as dry spots on my nails. I also noticed there was SNS all over the sides of my fingers on my skin & cuticles. By this point the shop was already closed. The next morning I went up there asking for a refund because clearly they are inexperienced as SNS and I didnt want them touching my nails again. The manager was rude and yelling, and refused a refund but only offered to have the SAME WOMAN fix my nails. I told him no, she couldnt do it right the first time and I dont trust her to fix them. Dont waste your time or money here. Everyone was rude, the place was dirty and the service is terrible.

The service was poor, I was rushed and unhappy with my nails. I was given a color I didn’t ask for and design was not how I asked.

So I made an appointment at 12:25 today to have a pedicure done at 4. I arrived at 3:58. They told me to sit outside until they were ready. 30 minutes later they said they didn’t have my name on the appointment list. I then showed them on my phone that I DID call and book an appointment earlier today. They said okay we will take you shortly. It was 5:00 When I went in and asked them how much longer it would take and they said 30 minutes !!! Anyone can schedule an appointment but it is so unprofessional how I was treated today. Will not be coming back. EVER. Will never recommend to anyone. I am beyond disappointed. Just absolutely terrible service today!

Do good, over priced though $47 for pedicure- also watch how he treat customers show favor to white customers not as appreciative to black customers. Definitely something the whole crew can work on since we giving business the most

I have been going to Luxury Nails for years and have always loved going there. Tony and Sandy are great! Everyone is so nice and willing to make sure you get exactly what you want. They always remember how long I like my nails, as well as what shape I like. Tony has done a lot of remodeling inside and it looks so nice and clean. A lot of times, I make an appointment at the last minute, and they always get me in and out while on my lunch hour. My nails hardly ever break or chip for weeks. Definitely a loyal customer.

I am visiting my best friend and needed a fill in and she told me that Luxury Nails was a good place. I was serviced by Sandy. She was very pleasant and was very informative of last fill in not done correctly. She fixed my nails and made my hands beautiful again. Please go see SANDY....

I called an made an appointment because I had an event to attend and wanted to go to this place specifically as it was closest to the event...they told me once I got in there it was going to be a long wait. Now in left without my nails done for the event last minute looking for a nail salon! So unprofessional. They lost my business completely!

Has been several years since i had a salon mani & pedi. For a Friday the shop was busy with what appeared to be regular customers who are happy with the work. No pricing is listed but i knew exactly what i wanted an i think i was given a great deal. I was so pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. Will be back for this treatment again! Made an appt with Toni they said he was the best. Come in at 12pm my appt time. Ask for Toni they say he’s not there and to have a seat. The women just continue to go about there day No one tried to help or give me any update I waited 10 mins and then decided to leave since no one said anything. Very rude and unprofessional. I came on my lunch breakAnd stressed that to the woman on the phone the day before when I made the appt. this place will never get my money. Can’t run a business with poor customer service.

I went up for a full set and pedi for my bday. The girl I got was scared. She cut my fingers multiple times. The pedicure itself was nice but the paint job was trash. I wouldnt advise anyone to go there. When I asked to speak to the manager, she magically spoke English again and said with an attitude why do you need to speak to him? Well maybe because my nails look like a toddler did them and I have cuts on my hands. The worst place and customer service ever. Plus there are no colors. The polish selection is horrendous.

Staff members are very rude whenever you ask a question about the ridiculous price. I was charged $65 for chrome tips.. any nail salon will tell you that is a ridiculous price for medium length nails and when I confronted the staff member about it his response was “Oh well! We’re expensive go somewhere else”. I would NOT recommend luxury nails they are a rip off & try to act like they don’t understand what they’re doing.

Nice experience, but I got gel polish and it started chipping within less then a week. They only guarantee 2-3 days so Im going back to perfection nails.

First of all this place is not at all welcoming or friendly from my experience. I am a wheelchair user and because of that I called ahead to see if they were willing to see me to get my eyebrows done, which they said they had no problem with. Upon arrival I approached the door and knocked because I needed help opening it, all of the workers stared at me like I had five legs on my head, even though over half of them weren’t with any clients. So it was a hassle getting myself into their building which they claimed would be so accessible. Once I got in I was the only one waiting, yet I waited for 30 minutes with out anyone talking to me, absolutely no communication or consideration. When they finally called me back to get my eyebrows done I rolled to the back of the salon where I was instructed and the woman (Sandy I believe) disappeared. After about 10 minutes I asked one of the other workers where she had gone, the worker told me she stepped out to her car. When Sandy, who was the lady to do my eyebrows, finally came back she had food bags for all the workers. When she was done giving out the food, she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do much with my eyebrows because they were “uneven” and didn’t have the high arch shape. Mind you I have not had my eyebrows done in months so It was basically a clean thick slate for her to work with and all I wanted her to do was sharpen them and make them natural which I have never had a problem with anyone other salon doing. But she proceeded to basically just graze around my eyebrows, told me that that is all that she could do for me and that if I needed anything else it would have to be paid for through filling them with color, When I have never needed coloring because my eyebrows are so thick!? As I’m writing this review I’m outside and then she comes up and approaches me in my car, tells me to roll down my window, and asked me is there anything that I needed and I said no I’m just writing my review, and then she proceeds to grab another client that was leaving able-bodied mind you and tells her she needs to explain to me how awesome the salon is!? Totally unprofessional and unnecessary… When I explained to her all of my concerns and how the salon made me feel she said that is usually how she does things and that she is sorry If it made me feel some type of way which is the worst apology anyone can get! I just told her thank you I would be writing a review and that hopefully in the future they can treat disabled clients with equal amount of greeting and consideration as they do their able-bodied customers. Especially for it being my first time at that salon! I don’t think Sandy is a bad person but I do think that she has pretty bad communication until it came to making excuses for herself coming up to my car randomly when I was minding my own business! then she would talk and talk and talk, and had rude customer service the way that she comes about talking with others and bringing random able-bodied customers into the conversation as if I was seeking drama when I was just minding my own business making a review in the car before I drove off. regardless of the cultural difference, People in wheelchairs or any other disabilities should be treated equally and with the same amount of communication and consideration! I hope this was a lesson learned and that they treat people in wheelchairs a little bit different in the future, but as of now I would not advise going to the salon if you want to be greated and have your voice heard on how you want your nails or eyebrows done! Not just told what’s going to happen with little to no communication in between! Definitely one of the worst eyebrow jobs I’ve had and the most awkward encounter afterwards!
