They did an outstanding job on my feet but the last couple of time I went in for my nails...The man I think he is the husband of Julie did a messed up job painting my nails....The young lady yesterday was going to send me out without putting a second coat on my right hand and then I noticed she didnt file my right thumb nail round like the other nails...She was on her phone and then the young woman that took my payment didnt give me my copy of my receipt....I had to ask for it... Dont think I will be going back....

Julie and the staff are friendly and always do whatever they can to accommodate everyone as quickly as they can. The pedicure and eyebrow services today was amazing even on a busy Saturday.

Loved my nails!! They may have lasted 3 weeks, if my nails didnt grow so fast. It took longer than usually for the polish to be removed when they needed to be redone, which I think is a good thing. The polish did not lift, chip, or peel off!! I will return next time I am in this area.

IFirst time I liked 👍my experience

Walked in to get a fill-in and was told the wait would be 15 minutes. After a 35 minute wait- I was told to sit at a table and that someone would be with me. Waited another 10 min at the table while one employee sat at the table next to me playing on her phone-completely ignoring me. The lady that did my fill-in was very nice but painted my nails grey when I asked for black. The polish on my thumb nail chipped less than a week later. I have been to this salon on and off over the past several years. They used to do a really good job but now they rush and dont seem too concerned with the quality of their work. Not worth the time or money. Go elsewhere if you want your nails to look like they’ve been done by a professional.

Went in with my mother, there was nobody else and yet i felt like she was rushing, 3 of my nails hurt bad because of the filing, my mom got a color she didn’t ask for but doesn’t speak english and couldn’t tell her, i told the lady my nail was crooked and she made it more crooked. my nails are uneven. she rushed in shaping them. she rushed me to pick a color . def pick a different place next time . i give it a 2 and not 1 because they are ok, but the attitude wasn’t it, i believe her name was julie .

Ive been going to Queen Nails for years now. All the staff is polite, courteous, and helpful. They are clean and do great work on all services!!! I always feel welcomed in their establishment.

I always ask for Trish. Clean and professional. Being a diabetic, I am careful about whom I trust for my mani-pedi. She is careful and does an excellent job.

I had SNS nails done and went out of town for a week..3 of my nails fell off while I was away..I was very upset I could not get them fixed because they could not match the color..upon my return I called them and explained my situation of what happened and she said you only have 3 days to come back for a fix I was in Virginia Beach..I did not feel I should have to pay for someones poor work..I will not be going back there..the girl sits in the 4th seat done on the left hand side..😡

Not happy. I arrived at ‘Queen Nails’ one hour before closing to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman that did my nails rushed. I made a comment to the owner, she immediately had an attitude and told me I could get $5 off. The next day at work I had one of my nails chip and two peel off completely. I returned to ‘Queen Nails’ and presented the issue. I was asked “ Did you peel it off?” I responded, “No I work 7-6 and would much rather be at home.” Overall the service, prices and quality are bad. This was my first and last time spending money at ‘Queen Nails.’

Julie has a nasty attitude. She did my nails on a Thursday, and the following Tuesday I returned to the salon for a repair on a broken nail. The next day on Wednesday, I had to return to the salon again for another repair for another broken nail. I kindly and respectfully asked for a discount or no charge on the second repair considering that two nails broke in less than a week. Julie then raised her voice at me and proceeded to tell me that she “doesn’t like to be talked to that way” and that if I don’t want my nails to break that I should get them short. Regardless of any circumstance, no full acrylic set should have two broken nails within a 6 day period. Rather than telling me I should avoid getting my nails long, Julie should’ve done a better job on my full set so they would have a smaller chance of breaking. She also charged me $4 for my first repair when the price board clearly says the price is $3. This salon will get you for your money if you let them. I haven’t had an issue like this with any other salon in Greensboro. I won’t be returning.UPDATE: A day after posting this review, a third nail broke. I am extremely displeased and upset that I wasted my money here. I went back into the shop to show Julie that another nail broke and she would barely look at me, and she never even apologized for the lazy service. The unprofessionalism and blame on customers for poor quality work is baffling. If you don’t want your nails to be rushed, tricked into paying more, or yelled at, do not come to this shop. I would give no stars on this review if I could.

Do not waste your time going here. The pedicures are quickly done (15-20 mins), the fill-ins are not full, and their polish last 3 days. We are new to the area and wanted to try something closer. We would rather drive the 20 miles (one way) to go where they do quality work. Money doesnt go on trees so get it together if you want people to spend their hard earned money. I would not give any stars if I could.

They did really good work,,, but when we went to pay, we had a gift card and they were trying to make us pay that extra 38 dollars that had already been paid for.... then we called them out on it and they started getting upset cause we were right..... so be careful they are charging you more than you think

Staff is very very rude and always in a rush. Everytime I have went here, I have always left feeling disappointed with the way they treat people. It is very close to my house so it is more convenient to come to this location, but with the way they treat people, I would rather drive further and be treated with more respect

I do not recommend this place because the employees are rude. Me and my sister went to go get our nails done for prom and one of my nails were not the same length as the other. The woman that was doing my sisters nails didn’t acknowledge the fact that she messed up the paint. As my sister goes to tell her she gets very frustrated. When I left Queen nails it looks like a two-year-old did my acrylics because they were uneven she forgot a whole part of the nail to be painted they were bumpy and they were just not good so I went to another salon and got them taken off and put right back on and they did a way better job. They made me pay first at Queen nails and I did not agree with it because the outcome of the nails was not good.

This is a awesome place to get your nails done! The staff are always friendly, you hardly ever have to wait and the service is great! Every time I need a pick me up I go here because they are so nice! And you really cant beat the prices for the service and the quality!

Just left there and was disappointed with my nails. Ive been going there for years and always go every two weeks. Ive never been disappointed until the past two trips. Nails are unevenly filed and my gel is uneven and not full. My French is crocked and to skinny to even over the tip of my nail. Its time to find another location.

Very poor customer service.I took my daughter here to get her nails and toes painted for her birthday and was very dissatisfied.After getting a design on both big toes a top coat was not added.After paying I told them that she still needed a top coat and the tech(s) argued that it had been done,I was sitting there watching the whole time so I know it wasn’t done.Instead of just satisfying the customer and adding the top coat they laughed and had a short convo in another language so that I couldn’t understand what was being said.They will never get my money or business again!
