I was in town for a wedding and popped in last minute for a mani/pedi. The salon was clean and the owners were so friendly and wonderful! My nails looks amazing and so perfect. Highly recommend Ivy Nails.

My latest experience here was on 2/13/21. I’ve been coming here since 2016, faithfully. Within the last year or so, I’ve been inconsistently, but at no fault of this establishment. Ever since my first time coming, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Over time, I’ve developed a good relationship with the owners, Anna and Eric. Normally, Eric does my services (pedi/mani) and Anna has wax my eyebrows numerous times. I’ve never had any complaints from their service. I’ve had service done by Anna and Sarita and they do great jobs!This visit, I had Anne (not Anna). I got a mani and pedi. She did a good job about her. I really like nails short. I’m really glad that she was great at communicating and being sure it’s as short as I like it. I normally cut/keep my nails low prior to coming anyway. However, this visit was a surprise and I didn’t know I was coming.Covid wise, they take your temperature when you walk in and request that you watch your hands. There have barriers for when you’re getting your manicure. They clean/sanitize the stations right after they complete service.Overall, no complaints. Like I said, I’ve been coming here since 2016 and I will continue to come here! I encourage you guys to go to! Tell them Zay sent you!! :)

Always friendly and accommodating. The owners Anna and Erik are hardworking and genuine. They always remember me and ask about specific life things. The spa is clean and efficient. They clean after every customer and are facetious about cleaning the general areas. Ive never seen any of their workers be mean or rude even to customers who are rude to them. Truly an experience of joy and relaxation every time.

I had a great experience today. Even though they were busy, they didnt rush through the pedicure. Anne and Lindsay were fantastic and made my mom and me feel fantastic.

Wonderfully clean spa with lots of light and comfortable seating. I got a gel manicure that started with the most gentle and least destructive gel removal I ever experienced. Then I received the best water manicure I’ve ever gotten. My cuticles aren’t chopped to hell but gently and beautifully pushed back with no pain. I’m realizing now that this is probably the entire point of all of that skin softening after all of these years: to push and not chop up your cuticles. Then, Christie applied ample coats of gel polish perfectly. I don’t review nail places but I’m so satisfied and had to tell someone. Wonderful owner and other employees. Just a great experience all around. This is where a nail tech would get their nails done.

Eric did my nails for the first time today, lovely young man and a great facility.. first time getting my nails done down here since moving from NH.I’ll be going back

As soon as I came in the environment was so welcoming and I had a wonderful experience with my nail artist. What made this experience memorable was how they took the time to ask if everything was even, if something was hurting, and if I liked the way it looked before finishing. Most places do not do that and I noticed immediately that they accommodate the customer first. I highly recommend coming here, you wont be disappointed.

Im very particular about nail salons and this one is exceptional! Extremely kind and considerate people in a very clean and relaxing salon. I stopped in because I was passing through, but I think this will be my new go-to salon. I was very impressed and recommend this salon to anyone!!

I was the only African-American persons there everyone else that was a customer was caucasian. They treated me very rudely and i could tell they didn’t want me in there. The vibe they gave off was as if was a white only nail spa. They were nice to all the white people but to me they had their noses up and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend any body to go here especially black people.

This is the place to go when you want to feel great afterwards. Very personable and talented group!

Definitely a relaxing enviorment and the quality work is very high. This isn’t a quantity over quality place for all of you ladies looking for a quick place to get your nails done. They do offer walk-ins but please schedule it as much as you can. YOU ARE GUARENTEED a spot you call-in to schedule ahead. I learned this the hard way. You will have great conversations with the technicians here and walk out with a great finished product.

Fabulous! Best nail place in Greensboro, NC. Located in the shopping center on battleground right after the stop light for target. Will only go here to get a manicure and pedicure. They offer the best quality gel, acrylic, SnS, parafin, hot stone, and waxing! And you can’t beat the price! You can walk in or make an appointment (including same day). They also have stamp cards so you can get $5 off every 5th service. Super nice staff that remember your name after only 1 appointment!

The service was paidfully slow and bad! 4 hours (no waiting) of being treated rude with mediocre work. (Now, I know why there was no wait) My finger was cut and I was over charged. I have gotten my nails done since the early 90s and this was one of the worst experiences Ive had. I may never get my nails done again, certainly never there again. Save your money and time.
