I do not normally leave reviews but I need people to know about this establishment. Today was my first time at Pinkiescoat and I’m sure they now have a lifetime customer! Monica was incredibly sweet and did my feet so well! I’m usually very self conscious about my feet condition but her kindness made me feel very comfortable. They have never looked this great before. Milan did my nails and they were absolutely wonderful. The place is very clean and they sanitize very well! This is a little bit more pricey than I normally pay (extra $$ for gel) but the service was out of the park to the point where I do not mind at all! The women are friendly and hardworking. This is definitely the go to!

If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. I called them on Friday to make an appointment for Saturday morning at 10:00 am. I was coming from out of town, and I told the person answering the phone this. She reassured me that I did not have to make an appointment, that walk-ins are accepted. Saturday morning comes, I’m running late. I call the facility to inform them. They tell me that’s ok. Come anyway we will take care of you. I get there. One of the attendants is very rude, saying, “Don’t you see we have one, two, three people (she starts pointing out and counting the people like I can’t see or count) here. We’re busy here!” Then turns to another stylist and starts talking in her language looking at me in the process.I already knew I was going to wait, because after all, I was the one who came in late. But her behavior toward me was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. She just cost her company a very good paying customer with tips and all. I informed them that because of their lack of professionalism that I WILL NOT COME BACK. Advice: Learn how to treat people with respect and kindness. All parties involved will win in the long run!

Found this place on google maps & decided to visit for the first time & they got me in & out quickly. No long wait & the pedicure was relaxing! Im new to the Greensboro area but will definitely be back.

I just moved here and was nervous to try a new nail spot. I am so lucky to have found Pinkies. Between the attention to detail, good service and quality of the mail I would definitely say that this place is a gem. The staff is very sweet and offer you new options. I will absolutely become a regular.

I am currently on vacation in Greensboro and decided to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure. This pace did not disappoint. It is a smaller side with only 5 or 6 pedicure and manicure stations, but I came early in the morning, so there was no wait.Since I am on vacation I really treated myself. My technician really took her time with massaging my feet and legs. My favorite part was the hot rock massage. I could have easily fallen asleep during that.I really enjoyed my experience here today, and will keep this place in mind the next time I am in town.

Holy wow my experience at Pinkiescoat was amazing!!!! Milan did a full acrylic/SNS set on me and it turned out so beautiful. She has great attention to detail, worked extra hard and even stayed after closing to make sure my set was perfect. She is a rockstar!! The salon itself is clean, cute, and socially distanced. Everyone working there was so kind and welcoming! I cant wait to go back

I’ve been to Pinkie’s coat twice now. The first time the lady cut off all my natural nails- even though I asked her not to, and so I ended up getting tips. My nails turned out fine but the whole process took over 2 hours. I decided to give them a second chance, and I even showed up 15 minutes early to my 11:00 appointment. I had a new girl working on my nails and even though she was really sweet and professional it just took too long and there were too many mistakes. Another technician ended up having to step in and fix my nails and I didn’t walk out of there until nearly 2:00 PM. They didn’t offer a discount for my wait time or the mistakes. The final product is decent but the time it takes to get there is too long. I also think the interior is dirty and could really use a deep clean and fresh coat of paint.

I had an amazing first experience! I have absolutely no acomplaints about my pedicure or my fill in. The nail tech who did both was wonderful. She paid close attention to detail and I must say...I haven’t been this satisfied with a fill-in in months! Not only that, but the staff was extremely friendly and obviously knows how to keep a customer. I will definitely be back!

Ive been to about 5 different nail salons in Greensboro. This is the best one yet!!! I dont plan on coming to any other salon for my toes. Service was great, people were pleasant! I had a bit of a wait as a walk in but it was well worth it!!! Thank you Pinkies, thank you Kelly for such a great job!

What an amazing and relaxing experience. I was recently there with a party of 5. Two moms and three 7 year old girls celebrating a birthday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and special. We received flawless manicures and pedicures. The staffs patience and care with our first timers was sweet and appreciated. I would definitely come back for a return visit.

I loved that you can book online and they were ready and waiting for me!The custom pedicure was the mother of all pedicures and everything that is happy and good in the world. I was there for about an hour an a half and felt like a new woman. Nails still look great a week later and my feet are still super soft!All the techs are great. Clean friendly salon. Large, clean space filled with attentive staff! The massage chairs are awesome, and I felt the orange pedicure was well priced and rather luxurious for their basic treatment. My manicurist paid close attention and clearly wanted to get the polish just right. The owner stopped by to say hello, and I assured her I will be back!I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

Really friendly staff! I was in & out within an hour which is super quick considering I didnt make an appointment! (one of the nail techs informed me their salon is usually by appointment unless theyre not busy)I went in for a gel fill & color change. Ive now been coming here for a few months and I can say that the service hasnt changed, nor has the attention to detail! They are fantastic at taking walk-ins and the place is spotless!!! My gel polish over gel powder stays pristine, as it should. This is a great place and in a convenient location in Greensboro.

I wanted to update my review of Pinkiescoat Nail Salon. I went there for the first time recently and was very pleased. The new owner and her staff are very welcoming and professional. Truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend now. Although Im trying to let people know its different management now.

Today was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Prices are competitive with that of other nail salons in the area. If youre not in a rush, its nice to have the time to relax and have your nails look great. Definitely recommend!

Im really picky when it comes to a manicure; cleanliness of the place, hygienic tools and comfortable environment. This place is all that! Regular manicures dont last more than a couple days since Im really hard on my hands...I started doing Dip Powder and I can go 2-3 weeks without getting a new manicure. I highly recommend going here.Definitely make an appointment!! You can walk in but they get busy and youll have to wait.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

@@@ I tried out Pinkiescoat Nail Salon on a whim on a Saturday and it was a great experience. When I got there it was pretty busy, but I was greeted and told it would be a little bit before I could get my nails done. They got me a bottle of water and sat me at the massage chairs, which was great customer service. When they did my nails they took great care of me and my nails. Even though it was getting close to closing time, they didnt rush at all. Great nails, great customer service. Will definitely be coming back! @

Pinkiescoat Nail Salon was a wonderful experience for my husband and I to go relax on our anniversary trip to Greensboro. The neighborhood Pinkiescoat Nail Salon is nestled in is very cute and the salon is nice and clean. I made an appointment for my husband and I to get a manicure/pedicure about a week prior. The owner was very nice and accommodating, even greeted us by name! Both of our techs were very good, maybe just a little too quiet. We were given water and enjoyed our time. This was the first salon Ive seen that had organic nail polish options. I would also recommend if you want the spa pedicure to mention that when booking your appointment, as I was told its about an hour and 10 minute experience.I would absolutely recommend Pinkiescoat Nail Salon for great service, clean environment and overall great experience!

Today being my first time here, I can honestly say every nail tech here genuinely cares about their clients’ nails! I felt it, even in the process of taking off the old gel paint. They take their time, and are extremely detailed even if it’s closing time. They also converse with you, making you feel welcomed! I definitely recommend them!!

I came here for a no-chip manicure and pedicure today and was really happy with my services. Tuyen did my pedicure and it was absolutely fabulous. She was very friendly and gave a stellar massage. In fact, the best foot massage I think Ive ever had.did my no-chip manicure and did an excellent service! She was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions on how to best care for and maintain my new manicure.The place itself was very clean and comfortable. Terrible establishment. Made appointments for TWO full sets. Showed up 10 minutes early & they denied me entry because my temperature was too high. It was 99 degrees outside and felt like 100. Will never return! Take your money elsewhere.

I have tried two other salons since I moved to this area last year, and this is consistently the best gel manicure Ive ever had. Everyone was super friendly, sweet and nice. My experience was very relaxing and the price was reasonable. This might be a new love affair.

Great service! Ive been living in Greensboro for 2 years now and have tried over a dozen salons, this one is now my favorite! The owner was very professional and personable. I showed her an idea of what Id like she took it and created such a beautiful set of nails for me. Pinkiescoat Nail Salon is a very clean salon. It didnt have such a strong scent as other nail salons usually do, which is a super plus to me. My nail tech was not the least bit pushy with gel polish, designs or any additional services I appreciated this so much! No pressure just relaxation and great service.

Ive come here many times and had really great experiences. One time I came for a visit to get a pedicure service. I was wearing a skirt. I had shorts on under the skirt, but still didnt want everyone to know my business. I had been rushing around to get ready for an event and simply didnt have the time to change before arriving. The technician performing my service brought over a clean towel to drape across my lap. What seems like such a small gesture is really something that made me really think wow she did this to keep me modest and it really helped me to relax more and enjoy my visit. Subtle things like that are what keep people coming back again and again. Typically, only experienced technicians think of those little extra things. Another time I came they took a special request of mine that was something not every technician could do. The girl who originally was doing my nails asked another girl if she new how to do a certain style of nails. She could have said we dont do that and simply did another nail service on my. I have a lot of respect for her admitting she couldnt do it, and turning me over to someone else who could. She may have lost a service to her but she did the right thing and my nails looked great for vacation! The one and only downfall was one time I asked for a flower design on my pedicure. Ive seen technicians use a tool to create designs with nail polish. She said she could do it, then painted 6 Little dots together to form a very simple flower. It was not what I expected. I told her she could take it off if she wanted to charge $10 for 6 Little dots. I was a little disappointed with that but I dont expect perfection which is why I still gave 5 stars. This location is very convenient for me and always seems clean. Everyone that works here is usually very chatty and inviting. Ill definitely continue to return.

Shellac manicures that lasts for weeks. Never found a place Ive been more satisfied than them. Quality products and great service. No matter who you see, my shellac manicures from there never chip and they last confidently for weeks.

They did my wedding nails, and I love them! I have been going here since I moved down here and they are so kind. My nails are so long lasting and I will miss them when I move again.

I was over charged ($112) for a very basic design that I actually did not want she filed my thumb super low after she attempted to fix the fact she made my nail crooked she tried to rush me for a client (who was late) I WILL NEVER RETURN OR SPEND ANY MONEY HERE 👎🏾

Twin and Ana are the best at what they do. The atmosphere was great. Ana really took her time with my nails to give me EXACTLY what I wanted. Definitely will be back.

I loved my experience! I got gel acrylics and the girl spent a lot of time and effort on them. Some people may complain about how long they can take but honestly quality is better than quickness! My nails only took about a little over an hour but they feel sturdy and the coffin shape is perfect.

Twin is awesome!! I love the relaxing environment and staff is very friendly and polite. The Polish selection is awesome as well.

PInkiescoat is great. Not only do they do a great job, its always a wonderful social experience. Ive met new friends there! We always laugh and have a great time while getting pampered. I love the hot stone massage and I love the almond style shape they suggested for my nails. They look great that way. I got a square cut this time since I broke a nail.This nail salon is very busy on the weekends, so I suggest a visit during the week. Its right in the middle of college area, so as you can imagine, everyone is out preparing for a night on the town every weekend and they all come to Pinkies. You can expect a wait on the weekend because Twin has built such a good business here that her services are in very high demand during peak hours.Ask for a glass of wine if youd like.

It is clean, the products they use are better quality than regular nail salons that just buy the cheapest stuff they can get (you know, that pink lotion for massages and cheap nail files and tools, etc.). Made an appointment last minute for a gel mani/pedi and they were able to accommodate with no problem. Def gets packed fast so Id suggest an appt versus walk in depending on what you want. Almost no wait time, had tons of colors/brands to choose from and everybody working there was kind.

They do a really nice job on my nails, clean and very pretty but Ive wasted a lot of time there and receive poor customer service. Some of the workers work extremely slow. A simple gel manicure can take up to 2 hours. They can also be very unprofessional; on their phone, eating, and having to leave in the middle of a customer. Might as well go up the street to Bella Nails. Today was definitely my last time going there.

Very nice & helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere, the workers there are exceptional and very meticulous. Prices are great and youll always leave with your hands & feet looking nice! My girl always gets her nails done there and she never complains and they last a good while too!

They are awesome, clean, and have great polishes. Its an intimate little place with like 5 pedicure stations. I love the fact that they give you a hot stone massage with your pedicure regardless of which pedicure you choose. Their prices are very reasonable. I think pedicures are a little under $25.

Not esthetically pleasing on the inside. Very nice staff. Some things looked slightly dirty like the arm rest but they appeared to be sterilizing everything properly so that is what matters. They also offered mimosas and wine for free.

My sister recommended them when my regular nail tech wasnt available so one time (last year) I called for and made and appointment for 430 and by 6 i wasnt seen yet.. That kinda sucked but i mean it happens. When I walked in, they were SLAMMED with people so i understood. I have been back since then and their pedicures are AMAZING and they dont charge you extra for a hot stone massage like other places. Milan did my fill in one time and she did them perfectly ! She took her time to repair my nails that a salon in Houston messed up. My nails looked great when she finished! I know they are really busy all the time, but its because they are good at what they do. I just booked an appointment Im going there tonight to get a polish change.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Literally a waste of money. First off they move slower then a damn snail. The workers dont know what they are doing very inexperienced which causes your nails to break immediately. You better off going to dollar tree and buying some press on nails, they probably last longer then pinkies nails. Not worth the money!

I have spent money at this establishment multiple times. Most of these experiences were positive until today. They told me three people in front of me and then took five extra people. I will never come here again.

Ok... so I got a gel manicure. I like the color but the edges are sharp. The nail techs were very nice and friendly. The cost was cheap compared to other places. The part I am unhappy about is what looks to be unsanitary ness. They used grocery store trash bags for their work station trash. They had regular towels at every work station for the nail mess instead of a vacuum to suck it away. And that might be fine for others but I don’t think I will be back.

There was a girl who didnt even know what she was doing, put on my acrylic. (I kn she didnt know what she was doing because she kept asking the ladies next to her what to do) then instead of 3$ per broken nail ( like most salons) they charge 5$ and the service is absolutely terrible, I had to put my head down several times waiting for them to finish shaping my nail because the girl that didnt know what she was doing made my left hand square after they were all rounded from a previous salon. SOOOO now Im walking around with my left hand square and my right hand is round. They also tried to charge me to RE-polish my nails that were the same color. I couldnt do anything but be mad at myself for trying to find a salon better than Ivy Nails on Battleground. Dont go to this salon youll be hugely disappointed

I absolutely LOVE pinkies. They pay attention to detail and give great suggestions. I dont feel rushed, nor do I have to spend a whole day there. I went there to get my nails FIXED because another salon did not do a great job. I havent gone anywhere else since.

This was the worst full set Ive ever received! My nails bled due to the technician digging into my skin trying to remove excess acrylic and it took her well over 1 hour and 45 minutes to give me square nails when I clearly asked for coffin! The nails could have been painted much better and the technician had a very nasty attitude. I asked if they gave student discounts and she replied with the smart remark $40 is a discount. even after I received NO discount for my finger that SHE made bleed and left a scar on. She also did my nails while blood dripped from my finger and she did not clean her area properly or dispose of the tools that were used after she was finished. I would NOT recommend going here; very unprofessional, unsanitary and the quality of nails is extremely poor!

Clean with extremely reasonable prices. My mani/pedi turned out great. The staff was very kind however the only thing that I didnt like was they seemed in a rush to leave as I came in in the last hour they were open.

This was probably the best mani-pedi that Ive ever had. The staff were exceptionally nice and the price was excellent for the services received. If I lived there Id go every 2 weeks, and no sooner, because it took that long for my finger nail polish to get chipped at all.

Instead of having me wait for an open chair they just turned me away at 6 pm when they close at 7. All I wanted was my eyebrows waxed, which takes a whole 5 minutes. So just writing to let everyone know you might waste your gas driving there because they could just turn you away.

I only came to this salon because someone gave me a gift certificate for christmas. The shop is the smallest Ive ever been in. When I walked in they greeted me and told me to pick a nail color for my pedicure ( there were very few colors to chose from). The girl was filling up my foot tub while I was getting the Polish and told me to sit at the chair as she walked to the back. The water was so cold and she stayed back there for like 10minutes ( everyone else was busy). She didnt do a massage or anything like every other salon Ive ever been to. I also inquired about them doing sns. She told me if I wanted a fill in id have to get the same color I already have on my nails. Ive been getting sns for over 3 yrs now so I know youre suppose to take the color completely off each time. This place was a complete waste of my time

Its $12 for a manicure and $25 for Gel and only $20 if your a student. Their gel always lasts for 2 weeks its great!

Pinkies coat is by far the best salon in Greensboro!..for one the staff are very knowledgeable,two the ladies are detail oriented,three they use the latest in nail care,four the prices are awesome! Im hooked, abd I wont go anywhere else!
