Jamie did my nails, toes and eyebrows! She’s amazing! Super sweet and gentle as well! I have been doing my eyebrows for years now but if you have a younger girl or son that is getting them done for the first time she would be the one to go to! If you like a thicker eyebrow, she’s the girl for you! 10/10 recommend her and this salon. I’ve never left their disappointed!

My manicure technician was Jamie and she did the best job on my nails that I have ever received! She helped me choose the right colors and really did a great job. I didn’t get the name of my pedicure technician but she was amazing too. Both girls were very friendly and ask me several times if the shape, color, design, or anything in general was good. And the nail designer free handed a perfect palm tree. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely go again!

Had two pedicures here. They have beverages as well while you relax. Overall great customer service. I love being able to show a picture of what I want and it turning out just as good!

My friend is a regular at Solar Nails and I can understand why! She brought me along to get a full set & pedi. First of all, the margaritas are delicious. Second, the salon is so hygienic and clean. Normally it’s a great experience, however this time is wasn’t. After my eyebrow wax I went to the counter to pay. A guy was on the phone, looked me at me, finished his phone call and just walked away... like seriously not even an acknowledgement?!?! I then stood there for like 10 minutes while everyone just ignored me. I almost just left without paying. Finally a girl stopped what she was doing and helped me. The guy at the counter was too lazy to help so the girl had to stop working on her customer to help me. Have a little bit better of customer service next time.

💗💗💗From out of town and tried this place on a whim....absolutely loved there Heavenly Jelly pedicure!!! My mom and I both said it was the best pedicure we have had in our life! They explained everything, gave a wonderful massage without digging there fingers in. Very kind staff checked on us for drinks and temperatures on the techniques used multiple times. Highly highly recommend!

I’m new to the area and had been looking for a good place to have my nails done. I thought that I had found that in Solar nails. I had my nails done there a few times and was happy with their results.However, today has me rethinking whether I should ever go there again.I went in with my daughter. The place was busy. We had to wait, but it was understandable. We were eventually given 2 nail techs. Jenny and MaryJenny worked with my daughter and did a wonderful job.Mary was my Tech. She was all over the place. Leaving me over and over for long periods of time. At one point she was in the middle of sanding my nails and then started sanding the nails of the person next to me. Without cleaning or changing the tip of the sander! And then immediately back to my hand! In this time of Covid…it is very unsanitary to not take little precautions like that. Also, considering the fact people have been known to catch nail funguses in such ways!One of the times that she left was for so long that I started to look around to see where she had gone. I found her in the middle of giving someone else a pedicure! When she came back to me she didn’t even wash her hands!Another time she got up to leave to go clean seats at the pedicure area! She left so many times it was beginning to feel like a joke!When she was finally done with my nails, she put some cuticle oil on my right hand and rubbed it in. then she poured a ton of oil on my left hand. Rubbed one finger and said I was done. I looked at the oil literally pouring off my hand, and she said “you can go was it off or keep it”.I get that people have bad days…but when you are charging people a good amount of money to provide a service such as this, you ought to be present. Customer service goes a long way.

My nails turned out ok but the next day the nail polish came off 3 of my fingers! Paid 65 and even tipped. Will not be going back was not worth my money

Ive been trying to look for a new Nail place and decided to try Solar Nail. Since its across from my job its perfect to come during lunch. I made an appointment at 12PM. I got there 10 min before and was helped right away. Technician did my nails and they came out perfectly! From the shape to the polish i love them. I will definitely be coming back!

After going to another franchise lash studio for a while, I started seeing Vikki at Solar Nail Spa in Gainesville TX. She provides much better service than, other places and is much easier to get in touch with. There pricing is even better I think, and you dont have to sign a contract for a membership or pay monthly fees etc.Everything about her lash services is amazing and youll always feel good when you leave. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Getting my lashes done is always so fun because I honestly feel like Im hanging out with a close friend. Absolutely best service! Love Solar Nail Spa! They are clean, fast, friendly, and fashion forward.Many shops dont have their products and techniques and I always leave with smile. My friends visit frequently and we all constantly get compliments on our nails plus they last for awhile at minimum 3 weeks. For those who wear acrylic/overlays they use the right amount of product so your nails look natural and not thick.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

This was my first time here and received a pedicure which was done quietly and efficiently. What impressed me was that an elderly gentleman next to me was also getting a special pedicure and another man came in when I was leaving and he was greeted as a regular. But the best was when a young woman did a random act of kindness and paid for a very elderly womans manicure! She said she reminded her of her grandmother. This is a very unique nail salon!

5 stars for this place. My nail tech Bella was extremely patient with me. After telling her the wrong shape i wanted for my nails. She was able to fix it and made it exactly what i wanted. Plus, she had a great conversation. Definitely found my new nail spot. Comfy and clean as well.

I came in hoping to use a gift card I got for christmas. When I walked no one said anything but I didn’t think it was a big deal, but after 10 minutes of me standing at the counter I got tired of standing so i sat in the chair with my little paper. A few people looked at me but no one said anything. After 30 minutes of me sitting there, not one employee had said a word to me so I just left. Really disappointed.

I get my nails done here quite often. I love this place. When ever Im in the neighborhood and its time to get my nails done I come here.They have a huge color collection of regular polish, shine polish, and gel polish. I went with gel this time around and Im very happy how my nails turned out.All the members of the team are amazing and sweet and always recognize me when I come it. I always feel welcome.

Best experience ever. I rarely get my nails done mostly because the few past experiences werent that great, especially to be so pricey. But yesterday I knew it was time. So I looked up a few places near my house and my job and went with this one after seeing the reviews. When you walk in you can tell this place knows what theyre doing. I waited a few minutes before actually getting started but the whole time they made sure I was not just sitting there being ignored. They offered me a drink and let me know when Id be next. They close at 7pm and I walked in around 5pm (right after work). I got a dip and pedicure matching colors on hands and feet so i knew it would take some time. My technician was amazing. She was polite and quick but not rushed. She knew what she was doing and was incredibly attentive to detail. She made me comfortable and excited to be there. Everyone in the shop really was polite and didnt talk out of the side of their necks like other nail place.I cant wait to try their other services! But if youre only looking for a nail place, look no further. Stop here and you will not be disappointed.

BEST NAIL SALONThey have so many powder dip colors to choose from. Ive found that with a lot nail salons, they are hit and miss, like some of the people at the salon are amazing and some arent. EVERY employee at this place is amazing. I never go anywhere else. The powder dip they do lasts me like 3-4 weeks.I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love my nail techs at Solar Nails. Rio always does my pedicures and he is absolutely amazing. I won’t go to any one else. Traci does my gel or nextgen dip for my fingernails and I cannot say enough good things about her. I am very picky about how they look-size, shape, thickness, etc...and she always is spot on. I have been going here over a year and only use these 2 people there but all of the team is so nice and friendly. Becky is just great and always accommodating!! So VERY glad Mary and Tony are back!!! They really seem to care about doing a good job on our car. Im not sure that they love on all of the cars the way they do Sally, but they seem to understand and take special care when they know a car is more than just a car to someone.

Becky is a wonderful Hostess if thats what you would call her. Henry is very friendly, personable and talented. I have been coming here for about a year and Im always satisfied. In the event that something may not be exactly the way I want it they do not hesitate to fix it. There is never too long of a wait if any. I will continue to go, my mother is a dedicated client as well.

I am so pleased with the service and kindness I received today. I had my nails done Friday and the clear coat chip. No big deal right I thought they would just buff the rest a bit than recoat, but no they went above and beyond and redid them all and my nails turned out beautifully! Thank You!

My nails often dont keep polish on, even no-chip for more than a week or so. I was pleasantly surprised, and happy with the work done. Ill definitely go back.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!The young man who did my nails was absolutely terrible. He did my dip nails with tips in 20 min, unnecessarily rushed.He didn’t even clip my nails or cuticles, and the dip was applied wrong. And he didn’t dry my nails either. Worst of all, he didn’t cover my nails completely and there’s an obvious space between the dip and my nail bed.

Miss Vicky is absolutely wonderful as an eyelash technician. These are the best lashes I have found and I’ve been to several places with lashes off and on for around 5 years! Since moving back to the area I’ve been struggling to find a place that can achieve the look I’ve wanted while still being appropriately priced. She will work with you and add levels of fullness/length if you aren’t sold on them initially for the same price. They also last longer and in better condition than any other set I’ve received ever. (They still looked great after 3 wks, I didn’t make it in until 4.5 wks through my own fault and they still looked decent!) You will NOT be disappointed!! 100% will always come here— forever customer.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I return about every 10 days, not because of broken nails but because of my preference to change the style or color. I have never walked out displeased. I go from a basic Square shape French to a coffin ombré to a glitter stiletto and they master them every time!!! Not to mention the front desk girl is very welcoming as well as everyone else. Pedi’s are amazing as well :) I would give these guys 10 stars if I could!

Solar Nail Spa is my favorite, most relaxing place to be. When I moved to Gainesville it took me a while to find that perfect nail place.
