I work here, i love working with our Educators/Stylist they teach me everyday. Ive gained alot of knowledge from them.

Ive had two experiences at this salon, one great when I had short hair, and the other terrible and not deserving of any praise. I not only waited an hour and a half or so for service while her cousin was getting her hair done and me being told every ten minutes that it wont be much longer, but, also had the most botched hair experience of my life. The stylist acted sweet and friendly, but was just money hungry with no justification of being such. The shampooing process was half-done, being that my hair was still dirty after returning home, as well as the comb-out process being rough and damaging to my scalp. I asked multiple times for her to be gentler and even put my hand up to my head to hold down the parts she was brushing to prevent further head pain. Also, she cut my hair with no effort or skill, telling me to tie it before I was able to look at it until I got home. The ends were different lengths and it was chopped to hell, to say the least. At the end, she didnt hesitate to ask for an egregiously high amount of money for work rendered, and to say the least, I will NEVER return to this place for service.

I love my stylist, Lynette. Shes so sweet. She truly cares about her clients and hair health.
