Pink Spa Nails 💅 is one of my favorite businesses! The technicians there are professional, talented, and friendly even when request are “outside of the box” they are very accommodating. They have done some amazing things with their dip powders and designs! I have been to many shops over the years but I have never had better pedicures than I receive at Pink Spa Nails! I have continued to send friends, family, and coworkers to see the amazing technicians!

Rude, rude. There is definitely a difference in how they speak to the white customers vs. the black customers. Seen it done on many occasions. I work too hard for my money for someone to talk to me rudely, like when I come to your place of business, you act like I’m there to bother you. Never will I ever return. Too bad, cause I really like this lady, Amy. She’s the only professional one there.

My nail tech was very friendly she was very attentive of what I wanted and she was very nice. My pedicure was on point I’ll definitely be returning. It felt good having someone around my age to talk to while I got my service done. I think her name is Ava or Eva I highly recommend her!

I stopped in at the suggestion of my mother in law that I was visiting for a week. I wish I had gotten the name of the technician that helped me. She did an outstanding job. My gel has been on for 3 weeks now with no peeling, chipping, or lifting. I wish I lived closer so I could go back and have them done again.

Ive gone to Pink for my last five SNS manicures and one pedicure. My three daughters and I like to get our nails done together, which can get pricey, so its important we go somewhere we feel we get great work for a good value. Weve always done walk-ins, and theyve always accommodated the four of us. We are really pleased with Danny, Kelly, and Andrews work. One time two of my nails started cracking a week later; I dont know if I smacked my hand against something or what, but Danny spent a lot of time to fix it for free. Service they stand behind keeps us coming back.We pay around $40 for regular SNS, $50 for SNS with minimal designs, $60 for ombre, with $5 upcharges for tips or jewels, etc . I was shown a pedicure pricing list, but havent seen a manicure one. They usually give us an idea beforehand as were showing them pictures of what we like. This seems pretty comparable to what I pay elsewhere.

Had a great experience today - was quick to take me and was out the door with a new gel color in 30 minutes! AMAZING!

I visited Pink Spa Nails this weekend! My experience was very positive. The staff greeted me upon entry, they were professional, and kind. My pedicure was amazing. I did not feel rushed and there was no wait! I will definitely return to continued treatments and maintenance.

I had high hopes this nail salon would be amazing, sadly I was disappointed. My nail tech seemed to be very young and new. My pedicure was horrible! My search for a great nail salon in the area continues.

I had not been in a nail salon in over 2 years and stopped getting my nails done professionally on a regular basis almost a decade ago. After my experience at Pink, I will definitely revive my every 2 week pedicure with gel polish. Amazing service and quality products.

Ive been to PSN twice so far and Im very happy with the service I have received. Danny and the other staff are very very friendly and give excellent client service. I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOVE Pink Spa Nails 💅🏼 Ever since I moved to Greensboro, this is the place I’ve been coming to 👍🏼 They’re very clean, always on time, trying to accommodate all the clients with such kindness and obviously I have to say that Angelo is my favorite 🤩 always very patient and super detailed!!

Amazing place! Super clean. Took my 4 year old for her first pedicure and they were so friendly and easy with her. They did an awesome job on my toes too! Would definitely recommend.

First time at this nail salon location and it was a great experience. Andrew is my nail tech and always does a phenomenal job. Anytime he has moved locations I’ve either found him or he reaches out to me to let me know he is moving. Pink nail salon had me sign up/ sign in using their digital platform and being that this was my first time I was awarded a spin to get a percentage off. I’m not sure if my percentage was taken off when I paid for my services but it was fine with me because I would pay full price anytime because Andrew is just that good. When my family comes in town I will definitely bring them to this location. Thank you!

Did not like the way she polish my nails, and she shaped them fine at first. Then when I asked her to fix a few nails that were painted poorly. Instead of repainting them she tried to file it. Which made it very ugly. So, don’t waste your time with Hanh Vo.

Ive been a long time client of Pink Spa Nails. My sister and I have a standing two week appointment and always enjoy going in. The staff is always friendly and professional. We go there for all our nail needs. The massage chairs are great when getting our gel pedicures. They also have a great assortment of colors to choose from in SNS, Gel and regular polish.

I had not been to Pink Spa Nails in several years, butdecided today that I was in the area and dropped in to see if they could work me in and without hesitation they did. We were greeted and treated extremely well and it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be going back.

Visited twice so far and always great service. Definitely worth the cost. Gel lasted for a few weeks and they took their time, did not feel rushed. On my last visit, Ha did an amazing job and helped me color match to a picture I brought in. Very friendly staff, clean shop and overall pleasant experience.

This five star is no exaggeration. Today was the first time I went here to get my nails done. She was nice. Pricing is not to expensive. I had got a gel manicure for 30$... like I usually pay 40$. She took her time. I was never rushed to pick out the colors I wanted. Sanitation was a A+. As soon as I walked in I was assisted! Thanks Pink Nails I found a new spot to go to as often as I can!!

This used to be a great place a few years ago, but after the treatment we had today, it was clear this place has gone downhill. I went with my mom and sister for my moms birthday and it was a complete disappointment. There was one other person there at noon, and the 3 of us got pedicures-- two basic pedicures, and one paraffin--and were treated right away. Bad paint jobs, lackluster massages and cuticle treatment, and zero communication to our tastes (square nails as opposed to rounded like we all wanted). I received one messy coat of paint with no cleaning up of the paint that got on my feet. The other two have bubbles in their paint jobs, but received a better job than I did. On top of all that, we were treated as if we were a bother to be there, given dirty looks the whole time we were there, and my nails began to bleed. We will NOT be returning. There are far better places to go in Greensboro.

Wait was a little long even though we called ahead and made an appointment. The salon is small, we, along with several people had to stand to wait. I had a great experience with the technician that did my SNS- its probably one of the best manicures Ive ever had.

Ive been going to this spot for nearly 2 years. Theyve been awesome every single time. Ive had to bring my kids in on a number of occasions and theyve kept them entertained and gotten me in and out quickly. Theyre professional and friendly and I get quality service every time for a great price. I have recommended it to several of my friends and will continue to do so. I love being so close to such a great little salon!

Went for a fill in was only suppose to be $25 ended up saying it would be $37 because she had to file my nails which is normally part of the fill in didn’t change the shape or anything just filed them and also said I got charged more because my nails were long normally you don’t get charged extra about the length of nails unless they cut them down although my nails look good I will not be returning due to the extra charge for unnecessary things

I️ thought they did a wonderful job on my nails and feet! So professional and relaxing. Will definitely go back!Only a few days later, two of my nails cracked. The lady that repaired them was rude and did not do a good job. I️ will not be returning, unfortunately. Horrible Customer Service through the phone. I called 3 times the first time he answered but the next 2 times he hung up in my face and made a smart remark before hand then hung up.

Always does a good job. I prefer to go for a pedicure but their manis are good too. They started doing tattooing for the eyebrows and thats been taking up a lot of time in the back room so dont expect an quick timing for any waxing or anything else.

I cant believe this place getting any bad reviews. They are very nice and always in a cheerful mood. I have been coming here for months now and will not go anywhere else. I always get gel manicure and paraffin pedicure each time and my gel nails last 3 weeks if not more. The price for the quality you get cannot be beat. At Pink Spa nails I always know I will have amazing nails when I leave. I am always satisfied. They have unique designs and also the whole staff does a wonderful job! They listen to what I want and I always leave there smiling with beautiful toes and nails! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

I love getting my nails done! i especially love their new location! sometimes i have to bring my infant daughter in with me and they are as speedy as they can be without sacrificing quality. they have even on occasion taken the baby out of her car seat and walked with her and even sing to her. i love this salon!

This was my first time here and I got a Deluxe pedicure and a fill in and it was AMAZING!! The salon is very clean and the technicians are very nice, thorough, and detail oriented. I had wine with my pedicure and I left very relaxed and satisfied! I definitely recommend this salon!

As first time customers, My daughter and I were completely ripped off and over charged at this salon today. They charged her for a gel fill in plus gel color & manicure So what should have been $ 35 was $55 and he rushed her out and never even put lotion on her hands or even offered water. Don’t go!

Pink Spa Nails had qualities that are important to me in a nail salon 1) comfort 2) friendly staff & MOST IMPORTANTLY 3) cleanliness! The ambiance of a nail salon isnt typically important to me, but their salon is designed cute & is something fun/girly to look at while receiving services. They also do all types of designs that other salons would give you a confused look if you requested. Not the most competitively priced, but you honestly get what you pay for. They are worth the trip.

I used to love this salon & would always request Andrew to do my nails. Andrew has since left the salon but I returned in hopes of finding a new go to tech! Instead, I was treated very rudely. I decided to get a full set (was told it would be $25) but was charged $30... i asked why it was $5 extra and was told it was because I had to have my nails filed..... THATS PART OF GETTING THE SET. I shortly disputed the extra charge but was treated abruptly and rudely... left very unhappy :(

My sister had her entire bridal party go there for her wedding and we had the WORST experience ever!!! They were rude, not helpful at all, kept some of the girls waiting because they did not have enough staff, told my sister a lower price over the phone than what they charged us, etc... The attitude was crazy rude from the main lady that worked there! I dont know if she is the manager or owner or what but she should be FIRED!! It was a terrible experience that left my sister in tears when we left! ON HER WEDDING DAY!! How rude! They complained about another bridal party not giving them any pictures on facebook-I now understand why they didnt give pictures-they wanted to FORGET they ever went there!!! Maybe the place is good for individuals but they are terrible for big groups. We were all so disappointed with the service we got....My sister handed the main lady a tip and she gave everyone $1 out of it and said that is all that we got, deal with it! I could not believe just how rude she was!! My sister ALONE by herself spent almost $200 in that place!!! We had 6 girls and we all spent over $50 and left tips too! She acted like we spent no money in the place! We should have been treated great for spending just about $500 in the place!

The quality of work is good but watch out, they will scam you. I paid in cash with a $20 and the lady gave me a fake $10 amongst my change. I couldnt see at the moment because I was in a rush to get back home but when I got home I could immediately tell the bill was counterfeit. I tried it in the ATM just to make sure my assumption was correct and it told me the bill was fake. I wouldve taken the bill back but once I left the shop, I knew that I wouldnt be able to prove that I had actually gotten the bill from them. I use to go to this shop regularly and spent hundreds of dollars there in getting my nails and eyebrows done but I will no longer be a loyal customer anymore after this incident. So instead of spending $8 there, I truly spent $18 for my eyebrows. I thought they were different, but once again they are just another business looking out for only their best interest and not the customers.

My roommate and I have tried going to Pink Spa Nails multiple times and are disappointed every single time. They up charge for literally everything. Do not expect to get the same price twice. They have a brochure with the prices written on it but they DO NOT follow the prices on the brochure. They will try to make you look stupid when you point out the price difference. Save your money and go somewhere else! Poor quality and horrible service! There are better nail salons in Greensboro- go to them and thank me later!

POOR. My bridesmaids and I came here for manicures on June 14, 2013- the day before my wedding. The girl that did my manicure spent the whole time trying to pry information out of me regarding the cost of my wedding, and remarking with disdain, while repeatedly shaking her head in disgust, how poorly I take care of my nails, how terrible my cutticles look, and how short I keep my nails. She did a very flawed and underwhelming job on my nails, too. My maid of honors nails were so poorly done that they flaked/peeled/fell off before we made it to the wedding ceremony. I dont live in Greensboro, so it was my first time at Pink Spa Nails, but BEWARE- especially if you are getting married or are preparing for an important event - this is a bad quality and bad customer service place to come to.

This place quoted me one price over the phone & when we got there everything was oh this is extra oh thats more which they did not say on the phone! They were rude, one girl cut my mother in laws toe open to the point where you could see blood in the pedicure bath! I didnt expect for it to be so much so they got a lower tip and she walks around the salon with us still all there going well.... heres a dollar for you, a dollar for you and walks to each person that did our nails! Well.... they are lucky they got any tip at all for being so rude & charging so much! I would never recommend them! Ive been getting my nails done for 13 yrs. now & Ive never dealt with such rude people!
