Plumbing/pipe issues within the apartment I stayed in caused floods in it numerous of times from the start of my lease to the end, maintenance only provides temporary fixes, someone tried to break into my apartment while i was there and the leasing office was less than sympathetic for coming up with solutions to make my family and i feel safe and accommodated after the fact. wouldnt ever think about staying at Stoneybrook again spend your hard earned money someone where you’ll actually be proud to be & properly taken care of.

If u looking for peace this isnt the place. I work nights cant sleep ever. My neighbors sound like they running a zoo all day and night with an over crowded house. I have a headache literally everyday. All this money i pay and i cant even enjoy where i live. Its so bad that my dog is nervous all day. Its ridiculous 😒

Office staff are not very helpful over the phone. They barely answer and when they do the only thing they tell me is that they don’t have any apartments available. No information on a waitlist process. Application process. Nothing. Just ignoring calls and not being of any use. I wouldn’t dare think of moving here after the poor service I received over the phone.

Not well kept been here 5 years no paint or carpet?

I love my apartment. The fireplace, balcony and vaulted ceiling won me over. If you like to do your laundry in the comfort of your own home they have w/d connects.Maintenance is great at responding to calls, however I haven’t been satisfied with their work. My a/c blew out hot air in the summer, now it’s blowing out cold air in the winter. They replaced it after several visits and a call to corporate.If you’re a smoker THEY ARE NOT SMOKING PROHIBITED. But if you are not a smoker it may effect you. My apartment had a stale smoke smell even after the new carpet was put in. The vents are filthy, they’re caked with dust, thus trapping old smells.The residents are quiet and the staff is friendly.

Things started off perfect. Took a turn, but slowly picking back up. Feels like there has been more communication lately and it’s appreciated.

It seem pleasent at first the staff was pretty nice. they did have one girl walking around the office with no shoes on, all the time.the tub shoulve been changed before i moved in it was stained and looked dirty permanently. the apartment also smelled horrible due to whatever they were smoking below me. The chain on my door wasnt instaled right and you could open it from the outside but the biggest issue that made me leave was that i kept seeing ROACHES.

I moved here to Stoneybrook back in April of this year. Courtney and sheila down to earth. Very nice. The pics are my actual apartment before I moved in. One of the best things I like about living here, is that it is very very quiet. I laugh to myself because these people have dogs (Ive never been one to live where dogs are). They bark!! Lol. I work 3rd shift. But, even the dogs are quiet!!! It almost seems like everyone is in and relaxed by 9!! Its amazing. One downside: Mold has been on my kitchen cabinets for months. Finally, after the 5th visit and attempt to remove it, he decides to do what I felt shouldve been done which is replace the cabinets. Better late than never! Other than that, you will find yourself very pleased with Stoneybrook and its staff.

Loved here for 2 years never any neighbor problems. People are great about their dogs. Rent price okay . Swimming pool and gym. Security in place of u get a phone line. But overall good area.

A great place to live they take care of their occupants

Seems quiet. Good for single families.

Black mold and mildew all over the place how do they rank so high?
