This place is a part of Addison Point Apartments, which is the main facility that you will use, it is almost a mile away from Addison. They have washer/dryer connections, and cable is included. Only the first floor apartments have patios. Downside about the first floor are the spiders and bugs that come from the outside. I think for the space the apartment is overpriced but its nice and comfy. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix any problems and so are the people at the office.The staff always has something planned for the residents at Addison and its always enjoyable or tasty food. At the Addison facility they have a volleyball area, a pool, grills that you can use, and washers/dryers that are $1.50 for use.
