Not happy with the application process I had to reach out multiple times to get a response.The guy leasing agent said their corporation sends emails nothing was sent.I understand that they get busy, but they should have respect for somebody who has money going towards something.I shouldn’t have to reach out multiple times and leave a review to try and get more information about my application, $64 wasted on a horrible application process.

I lived here since 2018 and I just hate to give this place a 3 stars as I didn’t live in a place as long as here. However, since the new company take control and nothing became the same for me as a long time resident. I was thinking that I will be stay here until the day I will go back to my home country but now I’m just waiting the last day of my lease to move to another place. Nothing is the same as before, not maintenance nor the staff. I requested two maintenance orders, no one appeared!. Called the office couple of times, no one knows how to answer you or response to your problem. This is really affecting the amazing property and the valuable memories I have for this place. Sorry for the old staff for this review

I am a vendor for Bridford West and they treat me and my crew with the upmost respect. We work outside in extreme conditions and they consistently check on us to see if we need water/gatoraide or any food. They let us come sit in the clubhouse for a few minutes to cool off and use the restrooms without being looked at in disgusted. I highly recommend doing business with them and I highly recommend living with them!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I had an appointment this past Saturday at 10am to tour the apartment complex I walk in the office there was someone else being helped which is understandable it took almost 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged then I was told it will be awhile well more than awhile the leasing agent then walked out with the other future resident without uttering a word to me or even apologizing or asking me can I come back I say there almost 45 minutes so I left! Thats rude and unprofessional behavior and I have no idea the agents name because she never introduced herself🤬

I loved living here! This was probably one of my favorite places to live and if I wasn’t moving back to California I would still be living here.The apt was modern, spacious, and I had no problems with noise or neighbors.The staff was so accommodating and friendly! They were always quick to help out whether it was with a problem in my apt or grabbing packages at my door that were delivered while I was on vacation. If I ever move back to Greensboro I would definitely move back here.If you’re looking for a nice, modern, and friendly place to live I would definitely recommend Bridford West!

Tara and Jasmine have been nothing but the best during my application process. Attentive, prompt, and incredibly friendly. I asked them several redundant questions but they were more than happy to answer each question over and over again. The property is wonderfully kept and has every amenity you would need. I am incredibly excited to live here.

Even though the rents are a little high for my wallet, i wanted to give a shout out to this place. i sent an email late on a Sunday night asking for pricing on a 1 bedroom apartment and got an actual response within that hour from one of their peeps. They sent me the cost info, told me how watch a video tour on Instagram and asked if I wanted to schedule a tour of the property. They spent about 30minutes answering my ?s back and forth and even though i cant live there right now, the customer service was great. Alot better than anywhere else i talked to. Ask for Mrs. Smiley - she can def help you out!

I love that theyve really gone out of their way keep doing safe events during the covid19 virus. Even tho we cant have wine nights, we still do online games and food trucks. Plus, the maintenance team is da bomb! ♥ Bridford wesst!

Bridford West is truly an incredible place to call home. I lived here for just over a year during my time in Greensboro and loved every second! The leasing consultants are all great, and Tara is so helpful for all questions. The pool is an incredible experience, and I definitely found myself using it frequently. Ive lived in Bridford West since December 2018 when new management, Nolan Red took over. Ive had a great experience so far! The staff in the office are super friendly and host multiple community events per month to help you meet your neighbors and make new friends. They have monthly wine down wine nights that are awesome for socializing. Tara, Jasmine and Aaron are so sweet they greet you by name when you go into the office to get your packages. They have the best amenities for dogs and we didnt have one when we moved in but they are THE MOST DOG FRIENDLY APARTMENT COMMUNITY YOU WILL EVER FIND! We just adopted a dog at their adoption fair and we now can use the apartments dog park and dog washing station. I mean who has a dog washing station?! With that said, residents clean up after their pets well and there are trash cans and bags for dogs to keep everything clean. Valet trash makes it so that you dont have to ever take your trash to the big trash cans. And we love grilling in the gazebo or by the pool. Legit my favorite complex Ive lived in and weve moved a lot!

I loved living here. The gate access made me feel secure and the trash valet made it even better. The management and the leasing office is amazing, very responsive and will help with any questions or concerns.

Bridford West Apartments is EASILY the best apartment complex I’ve ever had the pleasure of living in. The management team is the most incredible group of people! They are friendly, kind, helpful, and best of all have become a little family to my husband and I. The maintenance team always gets work orders done same day, the grounds are always beautiful, and they are always waving and saying hi when they see us. Everyone at the front office is very friendly and professional, the property is absolutely beautiful, and there is an abundance of nearby shopping and dining. The maintenance staff is also wonderful and does their best to process requests as soon as they can.

I loved my time here! I always felt safe and thats a big factor for me. The staff and the residents were super friendly. The space was the perfect layout and it was a great size for making it a home.

Took a tour with my mother and both Jazzmine and Aaron were incredibly sweet and patient. The apartments are way too expensive but both of them were helpful in pointing my mother in the right direction and took plenty a time with her to answer her questions. Thank you!

Since moving to North Carolina,I have been extremely glad to have chosen the Bridford West as my place of residence. Its a clean and stylish apartment complex, with great amenities, and has a first rate staffto manage its operations. It doesnt matter if you speak with the manager, Tara, or assistant managers,Stephanie or Jeremy, they all pay attention to detail and make you feel like your request is important. Its a great and friendly place to live.

Abasolutely love these apartments. even though they have new management, all of the staff stayed and it makes everything great for us residents. maintenance guys are so nice and take care of everything. my favorite thing in my apartment is the kitchen appliances. great events every month

Just moved in about a month ago and it has been heavenly. Coming from the apartment complex from hell this is a complete breath of fresh air. The staff is amazing and sweet. No problem with noisey neighbors or anything. When it comes to maintenance they handle every complaint with quickness and no hassle. Just a great place to live. Love this place and especially Tara and Jeremy. Id recommend it to anyone

I have lived at Bridford west for almost three years now. There is nothing negative I could possibly say about this apartment complex. The apartments are extremely well maintained with great amenities and modern designs. The community is also gated making me and my fiance feel extremely safe. The staff here at Bridford West is the absolute best. They are always willing to help and solve problems at a moments notice. I would truly call this place home. If you are considering an apartment complex in the Greensboro, NC area.. I highly recommend Bridford West!!!

Can’t speak highly enough of this complex! Tara and Stephanie go above and beyond for the residents. The complex is well kept and very safe. Tara and Stephanie set up multiple social events monthly, it is a very social community. Moving from out of state to a place you don’t know anyone can be overwhelming, but the staff truly goes above what should be expected to help you feel at home.

Hawthorne at Bridford is a great place to live. Nice new apartments, great amenities, and a wonderful staff! Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. They host several social gatherings through out the year. Its a great way to meet your neighbors! I highly recommend Hawthorne at Bridford to anyone looking for nice new apartments!

Ive loved living here. Miranda is fantastic to work with. My apartment is very nice. The kitchen has granite counter tops with new appliances. There is a new washer and drier unit that works very well. I had a problem with my heat during one of the cold spells, and the work crew got right over and fixed it for me. The staff has social gatherings for the residents once a month, which are always fun and a good way to meet other people. The pool is great!

I’ve been living here for the past 4 years and have no complaints whatsoever. The management is very professional and friendly, maintenance is prompt, community is safe, amenities are above average and almost all neighbors are nice! Plus point of being very proximal to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, fast food chains and dealerships.

Awesome apartment complex with very supportive and friendly staff. There is a great starbucks coffee machine that brews from beans in a matter of seconds. The apartments are spacious and new, I love everything about my apartment.The pool is nice with lounge sofas and chairs, grill, TVs and covered area to hang out even when the weather is not sunny.Jerry, Chandler and Miranda were always helpful and try to organize events for residents.

I’m a current resident and recently the complex was taken over by a new management company. The online portal for residents to make payments has been down for a couple weeks. This is preventing residents from paying their rent if they don’t have checks. We’ve been given no notice as to when it will be back up. It almost seems like they aren’t going to fix the residents portal and it’s going to put some individuals in a situation where they may face eviction. Just seems sketchy to me.

I would not advise anyone to live here! Management is absolutely horrible!!! Both Miranda and Ashley are extremely rude leasing consultants, they do not provide their tenants with the proper customer service to ensure that the rent we pay each month is valued. I have had several unnecessary complaints and phone calls over senseless issues from the leasing office and other residents that could have very well been handled like the adults I assumed we were. I would not renew a lease here under any circumstance. Ashley and Miranda both do all they can to earn your business and once you are locked in a lease, the customer service and acts of kindness are forever lost.

Find another apartment to stay in, or find a house!! All they want here is your money and they can care less about any issues you may have in regard to the complex, other tenants, etc. For starters, our apartment has dealt with flooding on the first floor until someone finally decides to come and fix the issue about two weeks later, only for it to happen again the week after. Next is the issue with our neighbors upstairs who I swear is intentionally stomping for 16 hours a day. The only time theres peace and quiet is when theyre gone to work. Weekends? Forget it! The amount of noise is so bad at times that it is ruining my quality of life. Despite mentioning the issues to management, nothing has been said or done. For those that walk with small children or dogs, be careful around the roads. Even with posted speed limits, I often see drivers do well over 10 mph, and some dont even stop at the stop sign by the gate. Finally, theres constant dog poop everywhere outside, not only is it unsanitary and nasty, it also has the potential to mess up someones shoes if theyre not careful where they are stepping at. Not to mention the price we paid to rent a two bed, two bath apartment is not worth it. I cannot wait until the lease is over to finally get out. Apartment managers will always sweet talk a potential tenant until he or she signs the lease, and it becomes nothing but a money hungry nightmare!!

I recently applied on 5/27/2018 for apartment located at Bridford West Apartments. It was towards memorial day weekend. They assured me that I would be excepted and so I waited outside the complex during that weekend which was a four day. I had no other place to go. That following Monday I walked into the office confident that I would get keys. I was then told I was not excepted. I put down nearly $400, $300 of which was a deposit and some other fee that you get back. I pay that with a card online and you figure that you would get that back the same way and within A weeks time. Unfortunately they told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get that money back and I have yet to hear from anybody to a sure me let alone let me know the status of that money returning back to my card. They said they would need to do a paper check to me. At that timeI did not have a place to go. I found a place by the way however I was scared to go to any other places due to the fact that they are all managed by GREYSTAR. I will not, nor will I ever think of going to any property managed by these people. When you promised someone something and nothing happens or the exact opposite, that is just bad business practices. By the way I have yet to receive a phone call from the property that I applied to nor my money back. I am scared that I may not get that money even though it was supposed to be returned as per their terms of application.

Over priced and lying office staff. I started here when the complex was originally built and it was named Hawthorne at Bridford. Ever since they got bought out by Greystar its been lies and fees after fee. I renewed my lease back in April and specifically asked about termination fees and I was told what that under Greystar it was a flat $1200 fee. I need to move for my job which is why I asked months ago about breaking my lease agreement before I signed my lease in the case that my job would require me to move. I went to the leasing office today to inquire about the termination fees. They didnt find anything in my leasing contract about termination fees and stated. THE TERMINATION POLICY IS UP TO OUR DISCRETION We require a 60 day notice and we are going to charge you for 4 months rent to terminate. So they couldnt find an actual termination policy in my signed leasing agreement so they just made something up on the spot saying no you agreed to it by default. Of course the office manager that I signed my lease with is no longer there to vouch for the lease I signed and the discussion we had. Their office staff is constantly changing and I think that speaks volumes about this company and complex.The complex is also near a major highway so its very noisy all during the day and especially at night. The maintenance staff does a half ass job fixing maintenance issues. My AC was out for 4 days and took two trips from the maintenance men to fix. The first time the maintenance man simply switched my wall unit on as if I dont know how to work an AC unit and called the problem solved. I had to request some one else come out and take a look at the unit not just switch on the wall unit like I hadnt already tried that.Spend your money elsewhere!

Had multiple problems living here. For starters, there are two sections to Bridford West: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 2 is the newer section built containing of two buildings. Problem is, they put a lot less money into building and amenities. Phase 1 is nice and clean. They always keep it fresh I guess as a selling point to prospective renters. Phase 2 however is another issue: It is very dirty. All the stairwell have lots of spider webs and nastiness. They never clean it. Stairs are disgusting. Phase 2: You barely will find parking after 6pm and will find yourself having to park near Phase 1. Phase 2: The garages dont work a lot. They work about 60% of the time. There are residents like me who cannot get into the garage or cannot get your car out. However, they still charge residents $125 to $150 monthly to rent one. Go figure. BTW, there was a recent hit and run. Someone ran into someones car here and left! Lets talk about the animals here. About 80% of the residents have dogs in their apartments and not just one. Were talking two dogs -- some with very large ones. If you are looking for quiet, this is not the place to live. You will be surrounded by barking dogs. Its almost like living in a zoo and about 99% of the residents leave dog poop around. Okay, on to the cabinets in the apartment in Phase 2: They have lots of little holes all over the wooden panels on the cabinet doors throughout kitchen and bathroom. Whoever put the kitchen cabinets together did a very poor job. I moved into a new apartment and even the kitchen draw was broken. They put it back together in a very shabby way...so shabby I still cannot use the extra draw. The property here at Bridford West is directly right behind a very loud highway. You will hear noise all day and night! BTW, I have to say: this is my second apartment here. I used to live in Phase 1. However, a always drunk neighbor caused me problems and used to purposely stomp on the floor (i lived on the 2nd floor). He literally terrorized me everyday for the month that I was there because I went to management about it and he was upset so he continued bad behavior. Within only 7 days of living there I asked management if they can transfer me into another apartment since the tenant was harassing me. I was BRAND NEW there...just moved in and instead of transferring me without fees, they charged me a $500 fee!! I asked several times if they can waive it since I had to call the police on this guy several times. Even the police told me it was their 3rd time in two weeks that they had to come to his apartment before I moved in because of him harassing other residents on the property. But thats how Bridford West treats new residents after they move in. They also lied to me upon my move in. I asked specifically who lived upstairs because if it were more than one person, I wouldnt have moved in due to noise above my head. I was told a woman lived there and that she was barely home and works a lot. Turns out that was a misinformation. There was a man and woman there who constantly blasted their music and stomped on the floors. When I finally transferred into a new apartment, but in Phase 2, I was told there was one woman living downstairs and that she was not a problem..... turns out....she has two VERY noisy dogs who are constantly barking and especially 2am, 3am, 4am in the morning always waking me up! Definitely made a poor choice moving here and look forward to moving when lease is over! Too expensive for the issues you go through here. If you are young and enjoy the college style party atmosphere this would be a great place for you. Otherwise, you wont be happy....too many young, wild people here....

We went in to discuss our lease termination and were met by Jerry and another girl that were both rude.The girl I spoke with mocked my wife and Jerry didnt take us seriously. Apartment management leaves gates broken and wonders why there are break ins.
