I have been living here since February 2020. The last management company was okay. Cam was very helpful, but maintenance has always been horrible. A new apartment company is here and I thought things would be better but they have gotten worse. My dish washer is messed up. They have came and fixed it twice and it continues to flood my kitchen and sink with water. There is mold in my building near the laundry room from a leaked ceiling. I have complained for months and someone came and just wiped the water out the floor, but still no fix. The mold is causing way more bugs than there already were in the hallways. I have been waiting to move in a two bedroom since March and they have been telling me to wait until August. Now that August is here they are trying to charge me a extra $200 towards my rent because my lease is up, but I have been waiting to move into a two bedroom. I cannot move into a two bedroom because they ‘say’ they’re doing renovations. Only thing that looks different is the front office. Also they are going up on the rent and the apartments do not reflect. As soon as I find a new place I am moving. The crime here is horrible as well. The police is always here everyday. I would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced and not worth it at all. A two bedroom is currently over $850. I don’t mind paying that, but I will not pay that for these apartments.

When I first applied to these apartments, It was a rough start as the management company I was dealing with was in transit of leaving as a new company took over. It WAS a rough start as I had been on a waiting list to move in. But new management has been very accommodating with all the mess that they stepped into. I can appreciate everyone in the office who worked hard on getting me moved in per my request move-in date. So far its been great living here & quiet too. I havent had any problems and the maintenance guy Jason has been VERY helpful! To the people leaving negative comments, you cant judge a company by the previous one. Want to Thank all of you for all that you do...
The new management gouging the price insanely, and leaving the regular services undone for months. Think of paying 800+ and living in a house without air conditioning for 3 weeks in summer
Brannon Park is the worst!! Several property management changes since 2019. Im not first time renter, but this the worst experience I have ever have. Roaches, crime, and they dont fix ANYTHING!! The new company management just lied about me being held responsible for breaking my lease early. I have moved back to my home state and they sent me a bill. They dont want to be held accountable for any previous issues. They dont know what theyre doing but act like they do and try school you on property management rules.

Poor communication and Bad management. I was approved through new management for an apartment with the intentions of moving in at the end of may or mid June. I told them that I wanted to move in as soon as something became available. I was told the day I submitted my application that they have 7 available apartments. They told me that they were going to call me back and let me know, I never received a call. I called them back to check the status of an apartment and they told me that they were going through renovations and that nothing was going to be available until august and that they would contact me with new details and prices. They did not try to accommodate me or offer different options. This was POOR COMMUNITCATION on their part because I wouldve never wasted my money to apply if I was going to have to wait until August,
With this new management team I am looking forward to making a move to this place the upgrades are nice.
They won’t completely fix anything, only give small fixes until it breaks again. This complex is great if you don’t mind having heat, a/c, and consistent management staff. Please save yourself the money and find somewhere that actually cares about the people care about their tenants.
Worst experience with an apartment complex in my life. If I could give no stars I would. I currently live here and I am moving the second my lease is up. I have lived at this complex for 2 years and since Ive moved in they have changed management companies 3 time and are changing again next week. They do not fix anything and then give you the run around when you follow up on your work orders. I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for a year and a half that turned into mold and ended up flooding my entire bathroom, plus my air conditioning stopped working due to the water trapped in the ceiling. This problem did not get fixed until I called the city of greensboro and stopped paying rent for 2 months. Today, they have fixed the hole but have yet to fix the air conditioning, which is another work order that has been in for 3 months. They lie, and the leasing office doesnt care about anyone but themselves . They are still telling me I have to wait till the new management companies comes in to put in a new work order because there is nothing they can do. Absolutely garbage
Nope!! WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! run, don’t walk, the other direction. Cannot get any issues fixed despite multiple requests, in person, online, and over the phone. Whoever I spoke with last over the phone acted like setting up an appointment for maintenance was just an inconvenience - my husband and I both work and we prefer to be there and has not been a problem at ANY other place I’ve lived - and I’ve lived in several apartment complexes.The door got ripped off my mailbox and have made no effort to fix or even tell me if it is in fact, owned by the post office and they have to fix. God knows where my mail is, haven’t been getting all of it at office.Prices are going up for no reason at all so don’t think you will save any money here, you are better off paying more in rent somewhere else where you won’t be ignored. These are old apartments and something will inevitably break, and you’ll never get it fixed. Oh and by the way don’t rely on them if you are filling out a rental application because no one could be bothered to call the company back or return an email. Fortunately I had a backup reference that was much more professional. I have never rented from a place that straight up ignores residents. I cannot wait to be out of here in a few weeks. Don’t do it, run far, far away!

RUN! Do not waste your time or money at this apartment complex. I had a mold issue for 6 months before someone came to fix the issue and it took me multiple times calling and reporting it and finally going to the office with video footage of how bad it was. The water damage hasn’t been acknowledged and it has been 6 months. Christmas Eve my bedroom was shot into! Day after Valentine’s Day (presidents day) my patio and living room area was shot into with multiple bullets and my daughter was at the dining room table for virtual school. I call emergency maintenance since it is a holiday and the voicemail is full. I am forced to inbox a manager on SOCIAL MEDIA TO HAVE MY GLASS REPLACED OR BOARDED UP. It is NOT safe in this complex at all.

This place is a joke. Emergency maintenance responds 6 hours after a emergency maintenance request. Literally my bathroom could have been flooded by the time the responded.Management is a disgrace.The gate is always brokenIts basically the hood.Loud noises, music, and fighting daily..

🚨 Do not rent here🚨We moved in on May 5th 2020 while there for only 2 days we found that the apartment was infested with roaches. (Video evidence in hand ) we quickly moved May 7th 2020. They refused to give us our money back. This place has a lackluster management staff and will only give you a number to call and email for corporate but you will never receive any type of communication back. They ripped us off during a pandemic. If you are looking for a an apartment do not rent here they will steal your money.
Long review but worth it if you are considering this place. RUN, dont walk, the other direction. And I swear I did a review yesterday so Im going to give the benefit of a doubt and maybe I didnt follow through all the way - but if this one mysteriously disappears then something is fishy.This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance issues have been ongoing and straight up ignored. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is by far the absolute worst. Zero responsiveness. I have sent several emails regarding these issues, including my move out notice, zero response. Also emailed corporate yesterday, that one hasnt quite been 24 hours so we will see if I get a response. Obviously dont care about their residents. When I called because a maintenance request that had not been dealt with got marked complete, acted like making an appointment so I could be home was an inconvenience, never has been anywhere else Ive lived. Not to mention prior to that, my husband went by the office endless times while he was out of work to say Im home, can someone please fix my issues.Dishwasher has been broken for going on 3 months now, the door got ripped off my mailbox and that is approaching going on 2 months. Have not received all of my mail at the office and I know this because I get emails of what to expect in the mail each day. Not sure if the carrier is hanging on to because they cant leave in an unsecured place or if office is just losing it or what. I opened a PO Box at my own expense. I get COVID caused some issues but my husband was told a new dishwasher had come in, this was end of August/early September, and no one can seem to come install it.A pipe is leaking in closet where HVAC indoor air handler and water heater is, but apparently they arent too concerned. They did come by once and blew the line out, but it didnt work. No one seems too worried about it to come back by. So theres likely going to be some mold issues soon, shouldnt affect us though because we are gone come mid-November.The office could not be bothered to return calls or emails from my new rental company to verify information, thankfully the apartments I moved out of before this one were professional and handled the request. This will mess you up these days with the way rentals are flying off the market.The rent here is going up and for no reason whatsoever because you get no service. And I mean NONE. We have pretty much been left on our own. These are old apartments and things are bound to break, so if you think you are saving any money by coming here, trust me, you will be better off paying higher rent in a nicer apartment where maybe your stuff will work or get fixed!
We love it here. My boyfriend and I have been here over a year now and it has been great. Eith in the office is always super friendly and helpful and we were blessed with nice neighbours as well!
I chose this community for its great location…The overall property and management was a complete disaster to the point that I was planning to move. So far this new management has kept their word on getting things done around here. They have suceeded on my request for repairs and more. The management is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I am looking forward to seeing more improvements and what this management have to offer. Keep up the good work.
My experience was wonderful.. when I called in Mrs.E at the desk had awsome customer service.. I then went to the property and met Ms.E. She showed me around explained everything and of course made it all happen.. Thanks again
Would not move here at all! Very unprofessional! Me and my boyfriend nearly died Friday oct.2,2020 was told by the apt complex residents the main office was open Saturday at 10 and they didn’t come in. Me in my boyfriend was in the car parked and a tree snapped on our car. If we was a parking spot over we would have been severely hurt. We have yet to still get into contact with. This was not an accident by God. Multiple residents have told me they have went and complained about the tree being weak! The management just didn’t take the precautions and cut the tree down!!!

It was loud all the time, the breezeways were always trashy, took six months to respond to a maintenance order for the refrigerator. The front gate worked maybe three days in the year I lived there and if you’re in the back buildings expect a rotten egg smell for a majority of the year be of “flowers” that bloom over by the power lines. They enter without notice whenever they want, and have little to no regard for their tenants. Someone in my building was escorted off the premises upwards of three times a month and they never addressed it. Never addressed noise complaints. The turnover rate here is high, everyone I met said they were shown apartments much nicer than the one they were given and can’t wait to leave. Also there’s been gun violence, break ins, robberies, and plenty of loitering. If you can help it, go somewhere else. It isn’t worth the hassle for the price. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I did going here.
Great location. The new office management team is great! Ive had amazing interactions with the staff. Ive placed work orders since Willow took over and they were completed promptly and correctly. Any time I need something Ms. Eith, Cameron and Kelsey have all been very kind and helpful. The online resident services are easy to use and access.When I first moved here in Summer 2019, Brannon Park was under management with Pacifica Mizell. That was changed to Willow Creek late 2019. After the initial adjustment period, one of the staff members that made me feel most comfortable with the change was Ms. Eith. Shes really kind and thoughtful. She will take the time to talk to everyone she comes in contact with. Not only will she talk to you, but she will connect with you. She is beloved among the residents in Brannon Park. When I have work orders, she ensures they are handled quickly. When I had a package that was too heavy to carry back to apartment, she had the maintenance guys help me bring it back. Shes truly a joy to have in the office especially because the people that worked there were not as welcoming and friendly. Ive had my most interactions with Ms. Eith but Cameron and Kelsey in the office are really nice and helpful too.

New management is no different than the last. Ive been communicating with the office since they took over in October2019 about all the problems in my apartment, the biggest being a mold problem and Ive been getting the run around ever since! I had to threaten to call the news and a building inspector to finally get a call back about me move to another unit bc the maintenence man said it was alot that need to be fixed in the apartment that was causing the mold. Finally they have an apartment opening and said that i could move in on the 8th of july. Fast forward to the day its time for me to move the guy in the office tells me the day of that i need another deposit,my rents going up and i hv to pay a pro rated fee for rent when i literally just paid rent in full 3days ago for the month of July... what since does that make? If anything my rent for the old apartment should hv been rated for the week that i was there and then another prorated price for the new apartment. How is it fair that i hv to pay basically 2 months of rent for the same month?? its not like i just want to move for the hell of it, there is literally mold growing on my wall that cant be wiped off Or the ceiling falls down. A lot of my things have been damaged bc there is literally mold growing somewhere in every room and all im asking is that they make it right and he says this is the best they can do! They are just after your money and could careless about anything else. This mold puts my kids in danger but they dont care about that at all.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE and I cannot wait to move out when my lease is up in a few months. The property manager speaks to you like you’re dumb (when she’s the one who doesn’t know what she’s talking about). The hallway & carpet inside the building is filthy and according to the manager, is not a “common area”. So who’s responsible for cleaning that mess? The tenants? We don’t own the building & it IS a common area, just like the laundry room. It is a shared space so management should be responsible for keeping up with the condition of their buildings. There are bugs and trash everywhere and the place reeks of smoke. It’s absolutely disgusting. They have no care for who they rent the apartments to cause it’s nothing but a bunch of trashy people who have no consideration for their neighbors. Loud music, loud talking, AND fighting throughout the night. Doesn’t matter what time it is. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

Ive been living at Brannon Park Apartments for a full year now and have to say that they have changed for the better!! If you are thinking or have thought about moving here but have been discouraged by reviews, please understand that things have changed! Weve passed through a few different hands since moving here, but the current management is investing a lot in the property and making necessary changes. Theyve been accomplishing things none of the other property managers or staff could deliver on! (Like finally working on the fitness center!) We have never had a problem with noise in our building (not ones that have prevented us from living, of course we are aware that other people live on our floor!) and are overall very happy. The maintenance crew is very friendly and always help... even when they had to come out in the middle of the night and put in hours of work to get our fridge running again! There is always plenty of parking, we havent had a single issue with mail since the change in staff (the old staff didnt accept packages, but that problem has been resolved!), and we LOVE that there are two washers and dryers per two buildings... we dont have to worry about sharing a handful of machines with the entire property, and the machines are well kept (not smelly or old) and we never run into the issue of traffic preventing us from getting our loads done! I always recommend the property to company because its extremely affordable, the property is aesthetically pleasing, and the apartments are spacious and accommodating... theres something for everyone!! We have two cats and have never had an issue with pet rent or any complications with properties that claim theyre pet friendly but arent: Brannon Park is definitely welcoming to all of your fur babies too!! We love the staff and no longer worried about bothering them or checking in, theyre very welcoming and make it easy to ask for help.
In the one year I lived there, someone was shot and killed, our neighbor was maced and robbed, our upstairs neighbor had the cops called on them 5 separate times, homeless people were sleeping in the breezeways, and they took months to fix out fridge. Not to mention theyll make you pay full rent for your last month, even if you move out halfway through and claim theyll refund half of it but its been 2 months and nothing.
I enjoy staying here at Brannon Park because of the great office manager assistant Ashley. She is such a beautiful soul and likes to get things done in a timely manner! I am excited about the upgrades and that we have a new regional director who is awesome! Overall this is a great place to raise your family being that I am a single mother! This is great place overall.
Called to inquire about apartment but they require you to come and see the apartment before they give you any information. I informed her i was living in Charlotte it seemed to fly over her head. Then when she said they dont give too much information over the phone because i may not be approved helped me make my decision. Customer service needs a little bit of work here...
Seems to be a great neighborhood (my sister lives here and Im thinking of moving here). Only 3 stars because there are no apartments with washer/dryer hook-ups. Each building has a laundry facility on the lower lever but you have to go outside to get to it. The staff is great but the laundry issue is huge for me.
So ready to move out of this place ! I moved here about a year ago, moving out next week . However, management and maintenance sucks. I’ve been trying to report the same problem to these people for about 3-4 months . I had a leak in my bathroom coming from upstairs I called to put in the work order because now you have to do it online which I cannot get in and have tried to have that issue fixed too but nobody cares because they don’t live here . The maintenance man that came and checked my leak came, looked and said “I’ll be right back” but never came back. I now have two more leaks in my living room in two different locations, I have tried to contact them about it after the whole hurricane Florence situation, I called, informed the girl that I was not able to log on she asked my name, told me to try again and hung up . So very unprofessional . I will be taking them to court because I am not paying for somewhere to stay that I am not comfortable in .
Unorganized staff. Just got off of work at 4:30 am and I was locked out of my apartment building due to office staff giving me the wrong key. My apartment has so many leaks and broken things it’s not even funny! Don’t recommend really!
They lucky I had to give a star to leave a review I would rather live on the street than live here again, what you gotta gate for if you leave it open and then don’t know whether you want to leave the back one open or closed, and that so called leasing office ain’t nothing but a raggedy mess how y’all gone hire employees with attitudes and talk over you when you call down there with a problem talking bout they only talk through email if that’s the case what y’all working for? The day I moved in I had 3 things broken I didn’t complain I fixed them myself but the longer I stayed more stuff started breaking, in my bathtub only the shower worked so you had no choice but to take a shower the whole area stinks from that dirty pond in the front, the list goes on!
I would not bother applying here if you want to save yourself some trouble. We were told they had three one bedroom rooms immediately available. We applied that same day under the impression that as long as we were approved we would be able to lease one of those rooms. Four days later after not hearing from them we call back only to discover that 1) We were approved, 2) They had no availabilities now, and 3) No additional 1 bedrooms would open up in the 30 days they keep applications on file.So, we burnt $90 on the two application fees for a room that evidently they wouldnt have had available (had we known this we wouldnt have applied) and assuming we would want to live there in the future wed have to pay the fees AGAIN by the time a 1 bedroom would be available.Save your time and spend your money elsewhere, its not worth it.
I went in for a tour today and i have been looking all over greensboro to find a place to meet my income. This is the perfect place for just me. After reading the reviews i was skeptical but people need to realize that not every place is luxury and is going to be all high maintenance. Britnee was my leasing consultant and she was so cool and nice she made me feel like i was talking to one of my friends. I cant wait to complete everything.
There are a lot of bad reviews on here but I have a different perspective on it. Yes management has changed, and the security gate doesnt work (in the process of being fixed). But honestly, I never had a problem here. I made sure I did all my research for signing so there were no surprises. I never found the management rude as I respected them and in return they reflected me back. There may have been a delay here and there but I just stayed patient and followed up with them and things got done. Maintenance service is okay, things got fixed fast but depending on the person they left Lil mess. I never felt unsafe here, but I also am aware its not in the safest area of Greensboro. If you are a street smart individual and dont do risky behavior you shouldnt have a problem. Im a young single professional who was looking for a cheap place to stay that was decent. I got exactly what I wanted. Its not very luxurious but for how much you pay its a good bargain. Ive looked at other cheap apartments in Greensboro and you can obviously tell its not a safe place or extremely run down. Lots of young families around. I cant comment much about the amenities because I dont use them. The buildings are not extremely old either, so the apartment quality and appliances are pretty decent. Overall, an ideal place to stay for someone on a tighter budget that just needs a standard and practical place to stay.
I wouldnt even give this place ONE star. staff members are beyond rude whenever you call, asking questions. NONE of the pictures look how these apartments look in person. the Lake is filthy, & full of trash. you share only two washers & two dryers with the people in your building AND the building next to you. I wouldnt step foot into that so called pool of theirs. for it to be a gated community, the FRONT gate is ALWAYS open. available to any & everyone. really the worst experience for my first apartment. Might I add, things were broken before we even moved in (towel rack, etc). Ill take that breach of contract.. happily.
The experience here started off rocky but the new management team has done amazing cleaning up the mess that was left behind. Amy takes care of every concern I have. Every time I ask for something to be corrected or fixed it gets done. Maintainace is amazing! All around Im highly impressed so far and cant wait to see what they do in the future.

Never had major issue with management but I would say this online stuff where you have to make claims using the portal isnt the most effective it always take some time for someone to acknowledge my request no matter what priority level I set...... we also have mold in our apartment on the window ledges and in my daughters room dont want to let her near all that mess also the neighbors are constantly fighting in the halls outside our door or outside in the parking lot at different hrs of the day or night
I would not recommend living here at all. The new management was very rude when I was pre-approved and she then questioned my pay stubs in a disrespectful way. Staff told me evictions happen here which was not a good sign. Also, reeked of drugs throughout the halls when touring and saw lots of trash on the grounds. Dont be fooled by the nice paint color. I ended up getting a great apartment down the street where management was super nice and never questioned my pay stubs and got a bigger apartment for cheaper and they have great reviews. I was all ready to move in here but glad I saw rude new manager before I did!

When I first moved here, the old management staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. I loved how they were attentive to me and other residents needs. All amenities worked properly. Ive been here for two years and management were replaced 3 times since then. Now, there are no basketball hoops in the court, the gym is shut down and the gate is broken. Trash is all over the place and the staff isnt friendly. I thought about upgrading, but I change my mind. The rent isnt worth it for what was promised.

I gave a call to get the exact pricing on a studio apartment that i saw on zillow and the demener of the lady who answered the was less than pleasant, as i asked she became upity and stated that it was just rented out but the ad is still up, not to mention not wanting to confirm the amount until after i stated i might take an apartment if one becomes available and after seeing the reviews Ill take the warning and look at other places
***DONT DO IT******The only reason they got 1 Star is because 0 Stars isnt an option!***Resident from about October 2014-July 2018Ive been a resident under several managers there. You get less for what you pay for!! I lived here ~3yrs. The first thing they tell you is that what you hear about them is due to previous management: but you will get the same quality of service. I had a maintenance order for a leaking roof that stood for the entire 3 years I was there. The ONLY time they came and looked at it was when mold started to grow. They sprayed bleach on it, but never fixed the issue. I went without AC for 3 months because they didnt want to pay to have my unit replaced, so they kept patching the old 1980 unit they had.The mail boxes are in disrepair and the ponds are trash dumps that house half dead turtles and water bugsI made numerous complaints about the noise, loud music, and regular visits from Greensboro PD, and the office did nothing. When I couldnt take it anymore, I left and then they charged me for a gate key that I returned to them late (it was accidently packed when moving) Ironically, the gate doesnt even work 98% of the time!!!
You would have to be a desperate individual to lease at this place. I had spoken to Julie consistently over a week about my interest in a studio apartment. Did a tour with the other office representative Ashley and everything. I called them on a Friday to let them know I would be putting in my application that day, they told me there were no more available, with one in the process of being cleaned (which would eventually make it available but she couldnt give me a set date? red flag). She told me she would look into it more and to call her back on Monday. Instead of calling that day I went in myself, and a woman that wasnt Julie or Ashley who claimed she was in charge of actually leasing the units, told me the studio that was being cleaned had been taken that Thursday morning. I had been speaking to them about said studio since the week before that. They strung me along with let me check it outs and call back laters just to have someone else who they were probably hungry for, come in and take the apartment. OR they were just so unorganized and lacking in communication that they dont know how to keep up with important things like what units are available, being cleaned or TAKEN ALREADY which is even worse. I was upset at first, but Im extremely happy now in retrospect. Imagine these same group of women dealing with your rental money and maintenance orders. Nightmare avoided.
This apartment complex should definitely not be at the top of your list. Price for the apartment is decent but the price for the crap you have to go through with this place is unreal. The advertised amenities as stated by others is not given. Things are either broken or as they would say in the process of getting fixed. I have never seen things getting fixed for over a year and yet to see one person working on it. Calling to the office is a waste they dont answer and definitely dont return your call. When you go to the office majority of the time the door is locked during open hours. I have moved out 3 months ago and have yet to receive my refund of depoist. They cant even explain to me why it is not in its entirety. This place needs better all around organization.

My friend moved here 6 years ago and Ive been visiting her every Summer. This complex has been deteriorating over the years as a result of the revolving door of owners and staff and neglect. On labor day her water heater broke, she made a call to the office on Tuesday - they were closed on Monday - to report this inconvenience. She was told that they were short staffed. We had to take cold showers. Since there was no immediate response to her report, she called 2 more times during that day and the lady in the office hung up on her on the last call. When the maintenance team finally came at the end of the day, she was furious but they informed her that they were just told about the problem. They fixed it but the next morning, it died again. More cold showers. She went to maintenance and told them that we cannot be without hot water again. The guys installed a new tank. THANKS TO DANA, MANNY & MO for their efficiency. Management is very unprofessional and uncooperative. The advertisements are false; those pictures posted are when the complex was new. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT NOW. The pool area is unkempt and dirty, the ponds are gross, the gutters are clogged and overflowing, appliances are outdated, buildings are in need of repairs. In addition to these issues the office staff are unprofessional and disorganized. My friend is extremely disastisfied, especially since she pays her rent ahead of time every month but is not getting the services shes paying for. Her neighbor also has complaints which were made to the office staff. The response received was if youre dissatisfied, you can hand in your keys. UNACCEPTABLE. Customer service training is desperately needed. Whomever owns this complex needs to take note and action....
Love living here ! Everyone in the Office is great ! Not a single issue ! Definitely a great place to live !!
Amy is very sweet and helpful all the time she gets everything done in a timely matter she was very helpful and sweet when I had my 3 surgeries done I dont think to much of Sammy because it takes him forever to put my work order in and is all the time outside on his phone and smoking a 🚬 Amy haves made a lot of changes since she been here I love Amy please keep her here thanks
I normally dont post reviews like this, but this place is awful. Our power is currently out in our building for the second day in a row - not in the apartments, but just in the parts of the building the management company would handle, so Im assuming that they either didnt pay the bill, or something is messed up that they havent bothered fixing. Unfortunately, the apartments have no washer/dryer connections, and without power to the rest of the building, I cant wash my clothes.Speaking of washing clothes, it will cost you $3.00 for every load you wash in their tiny washing machines. Just a heads up.Also, good luck getting maintenance to take care of any problems. Every time you call them, you have to harass them several times to get them to come out to take care of anything. Oh, your toilet is leaking half a gallon of water everytime you flush because our terribly done seals have come loose from the bottom? Yeah well take care of that sometime this week - after you call us three times.Furthermore, when we moved in, they pulled a bait and switch on us, showing us a much nicer apartment than one we actually got. The one they showed us actually had storage space - the one we got doesnt even have bathroom cabinets. AND in the few cabinets we do have, half the shelves were missing and we had to harass maintenance to take care of that. They finally did - but they replaced the missing shelves with plywood, rather than actual shelves.So basically, the management of this place is absolutely terrible. Do not live here unless you just absolutely have no other options.
Love these apartments, well within my price range and a quiet neighborhood. Wasnt exactly given a full tour of the property though, just the one apartment I was looking at.
New owners and management have taken over this property in the last 2 months and they have been Extremely nice and have been to my apartment three times to fix things that were not fixed under the old management and owners they are really trying to improve Brannon Park
Horrible, i came in for a tour and it was awful, KENDRA the assistant manager has no right working in apartments, hateful, short toned, she act like she didnt even care... i mean who brings their lunch with them on tour.... everything about this place is wrong !! however next door at Summit Village they know how to treat people....
I am really disappointed in this place. the model looks nothing like the apartment we were given, our dishwasher is still broken after numerous work orders, place smelled horrible upon moving in and has only improved because we are constantly using Frebreze and air cleaners. the gate at the front was a selling point for us and yet it is very rarely working. Mail boxes are falling apart, no security what so ever. my vehicle was broken into and when i inquired about reviewing the security cameras i was told they didnt have any in the area where my car was, right outside my apartment. i personally havent had a problem with the managers or staff it just seems like a general lack of care half the time. not to mention all the times ive seen police in the complex. i do not feel safe at all and i will not be renewing my lease when it expires. i do not recommend this place unless you have no other options.
Update review:Water is leaking from roof they are not taking any actions. Everyday we need to put a bucket under that. Main gate is broken for 7 months, one of the washing machine was not working for 9 months they are not fixing it.New management try to show new resident outside of appartment. In side of the appartment is going down day by day.New management is very bad. We are faceing several problems for last 6 months they are not fixing those. If we go to office they told we are working on it but nothing happened. Managers behavior is bad. There are no maintaining of property.My friends leaving the apparent only for new management.

Currently I’ve lived here under two weeks- Upon move-in, we were told that our apartment was not ready yet but that “since we were coming from so far away they sped up the process”. My husband and I relocated from three states away, just to come in here and learn that our stuff is not complete and that we were being moved in anyway. The apartment was filthy, paint on the carpet, handprints on the closet, dust collected in places... Two days in, my husband went to take a shower and the knob fell off of the hot water, and was spewing water. The water also comes out of the faucet underneath causing horrible water pressure and is wasting water and while showering the sink in the kitchen leaks, which I’m sure is all racking up our water bill and I’m mortified that’s the case. The garbage disposal never worked, and now the dishwasher floods at the bottom, causing a ton of cleanup(DAILY pouring water into the sink and mopping the floor) and bugs are swarming the apartment due to the stillwater that I am now exhausted from cleaning up on a constant basis. I have to avoid part of my sink and do my dishes in one sink with a garbage disposal and a dishwasher that was advertised, and was one of the reasons we chose this complex to live in! We are also missing a drawer in our cabinet and have since move in, and none of the drawers have the metal component underneath so it really messes with how the drawers work. We’ve had four lightbulbs blow since we got here and we’ve noticed things after turning in our move-in sheet that we better not be charged for. I just put my second maintenance request in because they never responded to my first one nine days ago, having been here only five days. I’m also pretty angry because I believe our air conditioner is not functioning either. The pool also should not be advertised with it not being open, and apparently not being open for a long time now. The gate finally started working, and I’m glad about that because of the safety of the tenants. The fitness center is really nice, the pond is beautiful but needs some garbage cleared. The geese walk around here with their families and it’s beautiful, and the location is great, the amenities if they worked would be great but the apartments need a ton of work and with only two maintenance men (one was just hired) they need to get their work together, because being a tenant here for less then a month I should not have had so many issues...
Ive been here for almost 3 years. The amenities that were here when I got here no longer exist such as security and gates. I dont know about the gym, indoor pool or laundry room because I have yet to use them. Property managers have changed hands 3 times. Discounts on rent I no longer get as I did before but they take away the amenities and go up on the rent every year and they have recently changed the payment due dates. It use to be you had until the 5th of the month but now its the 4th. I have no complaints about the maintenance because they are always there when you need them. The property manager that we have now was part of the original staff that was caring and respectful to the residents and got things done so Im looking forward to the changes that need to take place. Security needs to be brought back, gates working, parking permits honored, discounts on rent as when I first moved here. Security needs to be back because people are using the entrance side of the gates to exit and there are cars that double park just to name a few. I give a 3 out of 5.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Its an unsafe and unclean place to try to live. The hallways are disgusting. Its dangerous, someone was killed! And theres violent homless people in the breezeways and no one does anything about it!
Management doesnt care, you have to keep going there for weeks until They can fix something. Maintainence is terrible. Place is infested with roaches and management didnt do any thing about it for weeks until several complaints were filled. They are very negligent and too relaxed to care about what goes on with the residence living in the property they should be managing. Dont live here i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
They have a problem with answering the phone even during available hours will let it ring so theyre not bothered to assist with you. But other then that its fine
Cant say much more than what has already been said. The property went through a couple of different management companies when I was a tenant there. The first one I signed my lease with was great but the last 2 were terrible. Stuff didnt get fixed in a timely manner, they were always needing to walk through the apartments to do random inspections. Gated Entrance never worked, there was always one gate that was constantly opened. I would always see people just drive through that instead of using their card at the closed gate. Its been about 8 months and I still have not received my security deposit or any itemized list stating damages. I would give it 0 our of 5 stars if I could. I would no recommend this place to a friend.
They have been bought out by an amazing company out of Savannah Georgia and are currently making high end upgrades to then property and it security systems.

I like the details of my apartment other than that management is horrible. Constantly lie about having a certain percentage off of rent. I signed my lease sadly for another year which stated I had 100 off my Aug rent but charging me full amount. I had the same situation happen 3 times. Dont put something on a paper for people to sign then lie about it. I been through so much hell even ended having to pay 900$ at the end of my last lease. Im only here for school Ill be glad when I finally put in my notice and never look back here. I dont speak to anybody that works in the community I pay my (RENT), fix my own maintnance issues and keep it moving until I can get out of this hell hole. Other than that its not a bad place they are just unorganized.
The pictures look amazing but when you actually view the apartments it looks horrible. Ive seen apartments better looking than this for the price the are asking for is ridiculous for a 2 bedroom they want 650 or more and the apartment is small the hall way have nasty moldy carpet...YUCK...the rooms are small not enough space your kitchen you can barely turn around in. The hot water heater closet is moldy. The air smells musty. The bathroom is very small. The paint job on the door is chipping off. False advertising on website says apartments are cheaper than what they tell you when you get there. Smh also as I have read the reviews I thought things would be different as youve read the complaints but nothing has changed and you repeat basically the same apology to everyone saying you will do better but I dont see any changes
Ghetto. Mold filled, roach infested, units. The office staff is great. However people here are nasty. Trash on the ground, broken mailboxes. The pictures show nothing. The management group, currently from California is making no fixes to this place. Broken gate in a a gated community. A sad excuse of a workout room. Stay away.In response to management, there is no difference and nothing was done. You have a good onsite staff who have their hands tied by crap management.Code violations that were never fixed.
Every time i call to the office the new lady who sits in the front is absolutely RUDE, i thought i moved into gated apartments but my neighbors have informed me that them gates have not been working sonce they been here ! the pool is supposed to be year around and it hasnt been opened since i have moved here . Things in my apartment are always breaking but i dont say anything because im tired of saying things and they take their times to fix it. I do not recommend this place . but the staff other then that one lady is absolutely nice

DO NOT! I mean DO NOT move here. My boyfriend and I originally signed a 13 month lease and ended up breaking our lease after 3 months! Within those first months my boyfriend got his dirt bike stolen (on account of the broken fence) and our car got broken into. We moved out in March and have yet to receive our security deposit back. We paid a full months rent for the deposit and were told BY the manager after her walk through that wed get our entire deposit back and after that they called me with all these random fees totaling up to $200 in work done. Save yourself the stress and pass over this place in your apartment search.
The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is nice to your face and and soon as you sign the lease, they want nothing to do with you. They require a 60 day notice before you move out and the end of your lease, but fail to mention that to you.

As the other people said they really should fire Starr because she is rude and not helpful at all! The office is supposed to be open but if you go there even at 11:30 am, you wont see anyone and the door is closed! I think they are kinda trying to escape because they are getting so many complains about the maintenance! They wont fix anything even after asking them 1000 times for maintenance or fixing things ! The previous management was good, they used to fix things. But now this place is full of ----! I am planning to move out because of all these. They should hire professional and not-rude people. Otherwise people will keep moving out.

This place has definately went downhill since I first moved in 4 years ago. All the amenities they use to have no longer exist. No security gate, no security, no gym, no yearly carpet shampoo, no pest control. When I first moved here I was surrounded by good, quiet, working people. Now I am surrounded by ghetto loud people that throws beer bottles & trash everywhere, deals drugs and spray paints the sidewalks. And its known the office manager lets her friends live in vacant apartments for free. Smh. I wouldnt recommend it, but if you have to, you have to.
Mia is the leasing office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I submitted my application and was approved but she never notified me of my approval. I had to call up there for a week before I could get her on the phone to tell me I was approved. These people just want your application fee and to waste your time. Excersize your other options please.
I woke up a little after 6 this morning with 5 major leaks in my apartment coming from the ceilings with no one to contact.....
They are rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here, how are you going to reuse the gates and not let the people know living there ! Or at least give them a heads up! The lakes are disgusting. Management have a lot to work on they always act clueless about situations
This place has gone down hill. Too many things to list... But just a few....NO SECURITY anymore, not well kept anymore, new mangement doesnt have a clue.They need to get the 24hour SECURITY back, start using the gates again, and make sure all the doors to buildings stay closed at all times, no key, no entrance. Too many thieves in this area. Time to get serious about saftey.
I have been living here for 4 years now and all I can say is that this place IS NOT like it used to be. The gates used to automatically close at 6pm but we dont see that anymore. We used to sign in in a book before getting our packages but now all they say is ohh just help yourself ... Really? The office is constantly closed for some reason and there are no security guard like in previous years. Also, I remember seeing people spray pesticides or whatever you want to call it at least once a week in the entire complex. However, Im not sure if they still do it. I am considering moving out next year. Lastly, I WILL not recommend this place to anyone.

I NEVER write reviews, but my experience has been so terrible that I had to. I lived there for over 2 years .Its impossible to get anyone to return a call, The Security gate has not worked in over a year! I had trouble paying my rent online, which no one was able to solve. The apartments are dirty and unkept. Management is non responsive and many times rude. When moving out, they lost my keys and forwarding info, didnt inspect my apartment for over 1 month, and as of almost 74 days later, have not received my security deposit back, no an accounting of what I am owed. I would NEVER deal with these people again! Avoid like the plague!
When we leave the apartment we got only 50% of our security deposit though A to Z was clean when we leave. When we ask that question they said well you know though you guys clean everything but the apartment has to be cleaned by professional people & you have to pay for that.

I moved out 6 months ago and I have to receive my security deposit back. I call every week and I always get the run around. This was by far the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. Within the year I lived there, there were at least 4 different owners and nothing worked (gate or gym equipment), but yet they expect to get their money on time.

Steadily got worse management is lousy and forever changing ...finally got out and now they wont return my security deposit ..always Ill call you back which never happens, went to the office ..no one recalls speaking to me or even getting my receipt for professional move out cleaners and here 6 months later they still havent returned my deposit ..in fact I was told the old manager was dealing with it and she doesnt work there anymore then the phone was promptly slammed in my face ...😒
