Leaking pipes, Power constantly going out, Theft in the neighborhood, raises the rent, out dated work orders haven’t been fixed. Thin walls and the parking is horrible

Four Seasons Townhomes!!! The location is great, you’re only a few minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The layout of the apartments is great! Its nice not having neighbors above or below me. And I love having a large private patio! Hope to transfer to the area and call this home.

After looking at endless apartments in Greensboro, I finally came across Four Seasons Townhomes! The location is great, you’re literally minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Since the new management has taken over this has been the perfect place! I love the style of the townhomes, and truly love that you do not have anyone that lives above or below you. I am excited to see what Hawthorne has in store for us moving forward! Highly recommend!

I looked at these townhomes in Greensboro and just loves them from the start. They have so much space for the price. I also loved the fact that it was so close to other amenities and the highway for work purposes. It’s a quite neighborhood and having a pool is always a plus!!

Quaint townhouse community located in Greensboro. It has easy access to the highway but its set back in a residential neighborhood. Located close to Four Seasons shopping center and Gate City Blvd. But just down the way so youre not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle! They have a great 2 bedroom floor plan with a HUGE private patio!

Although the space is a good size for one or two people. The maintenance and office staff are great now, but thats where the good things stop. The walls are extremely thin. They go up on rent all of the time even when you are always on time. The pool is dirty. There is no workout room. The apartments are old and if you want them upgraded as a current resident, you have to pay an additional $40-50. Absurd! There are constant noise complaints that arent followed up on. The security company was fired to save money, but the residents don;t get that discount. On top of that we have to call the police for noise complaints which is tedious and uncalled for. One f my neighbors lives next to someone with about 6 people living in a 2 bedroom. When I visit heri feel bad for her. All I hear is her neighbors running up and down the stairs, doors slamming, screaming, yelling, and bass from music. I dont know how anyone can live in this place longer than a one year lease. At lease rodents and roaches are no longer the issue that they have been in the past. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

I can say while I was living in four season it was quiet but as far as maintance it was not to good. My apartment always stayed cold even with the heat turned up to 90. We had to turn the oven on in order to keep the apartment warm. Then they have roaches and so far has not nobody come out to treat that issue yet...

I recently toured Four Season Town Homes. Dustin was friendly, professional, and well knowledgeable about the property and all the available amenities.

This place was horrible. I lived here for a year and things never got fixed. My living room was always filled with water because of pipe leaks. My ceiling contained mold from the water Continuously leaking in the living room. Things never got fixed! When it was time to for me to leave, I signed my lease to renew it but found out a week after I signed it I got into this assistantship program so I asked could I go ahead and break it because it has only been a week and my lease wasn’t originally up until July 19. I was told I had to pay $2300 to break my lease but if they found someone to move in or if I did I would only have to pay 1 months rent to leave. I posted my place everywhere and couldn’t find anyone. How about Dustin took my $2300 and moved someone in that following week. They are scammers!! They knew they had someone to move in and still charged me $2300. They said it’s a 8day grace period to clean the apartment and fix it up and they moved them in before then. Not to forget they shot up on rent. We went from $757 to $795 to almost paying $849 a month. Don’t trust them or these apartments.

Too many bugs, I have lived here for the last 4 years, they do not resolve your issues promptly, they do not care if you have a problem in your apartment, manager is very rude, do not live here please, management is bad.So far nobody came to resolve the rouches issues, nasty.
