Very poor communication in regards to billing and fees! When I contacted them twice to cancel membership and was told it was taken care of and it was not! Kept billing me! When I went in to see what was going on they would not cancel the membership until I paid for the 3 months that I had not went and was supposed to be already canceled! Worst customer service ever. Told me because the lady I previously spoke with was no longer there they could not honor what she told me. Manager was very rude.

This gym is good. The time of day I go is never crowded so I can get in and get out in a timely manner. It took forever for them to get plumbing correct in ladies restroom after they first opened and I hope the wait was worth it and there are no more problems.
