The management is really nice and professional 100% of the time. It’s a really beautiful community. Love the upgrades that have been made. All around wonderful living experience.

Pool closed washers and dryers usually dont work and they dont care that they have drugies living on thr premises

No call back and no one in office. I was interested in an apartment but hmmmm.

Really love the new management. Someone is really in the office which is a first. Cant wait until all the upgrades are done! With that being said none of the promises have been kept. The pool is still unopened. No hot water in my building and my ceiling is Leaking call for emergency maintenance get hung up on. Its Friday and the office doesnt open until 9sm Monday. Good thing my lease is up.

Absolutely love the new management, they are so helpful and responsive. This apartment complex has been lacking the personal touch and they make it feel like home

Very decent apartments compared to what Ive seen but no one EVER answers the phone. The apartment managers excuse was that the line was backed up with multiple people trying to get through at once BUT I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND CAN *NEVER* GET A HUMAN TO ANSWER THE PHONE. The sad part is that Ive drove by while calling and shes definitely there, I guess answering phones for potential residents wasnt in her job description. Great way to lose potential tenants.

Horrible! We moved in February I had just had my daughter and the ceiling over the shower ripped open and water came through. Toilet started overflowing. They didn’t fix it for 2 weeks. The pipe under our kitchen broke and they were supposed to switch us apartments that was months ago! Every month they tell us they’re gonna switch us and never do. We had cockroaches when we moved in. The ceiling in our bedroom started leaking. The kitchen is tiny but that’s the least of my problems. No one is ever in the office, just horrible. I had to move out because the ac stopped working and started leaking and now mold is Where the ac unit is. I HAD MY DAUGHTER IN THIS TILL SHE WAS 4 MONTHS OLD!!! We always told them and they said they’d fix it and switch apartments but never have.

Love this place. Great place to live if you are a college student. Great location for shopping malls and great restaurants. Walmart, target, the outlet mall, and very helpful places are only 15 minutes away. The manager is very nice and gets things done quickly.

Cute apartments

This complex used to be good once it had new owners! But unfortunately, it’s gotten worse. Maintenance is horrible and this summer, we went without central air, only a small window unit. Horrible!!! No quick response to leaking water in the shower wasting hot water that resident have to pay. This place does not care for its residents. WTH all these inconveniences, they should lower their rent to hold on to the few residents who have not moved out or sued them!!!!

Id never live there. No patios! Its trashy too. Unattractive and I know ppl that live there. The apartment was filthy when they moved in and it took forever for then to get the air conditioning working. The kitchen is unreal! You have to open the dishwasher to pull out a drawer. Theres very little kitchen space. Living room large... Big deal. Kitchen tiny. One star is a compliment. Im so glad I dont live there.

The new owners have done ALOT of remodeling and it looks alot nicer than it used to be. They also seem to be screening their tenants better which is a huge plus to someone who visits often because her parents live there.

I love this place !!!! Its quite here and the management are always friendly and available to help. The complex is close to the bus route, schools, Grocery store, restaurants and a pharmacy.

I love our new manager.

Terrible service, I have been here for a short time and I regret it, I have been waiting for 3 days for them to come fix the stove that has been failing for days and I went to the office and they say later they will go and nobody has come in 3 days until I have called to remind them and nobody comes I have children I have to cook food for them, it is not fair for them to be there, since one is always pending to pay the rent on time and it is not only the stove, but also the bathrooms. I have videos of how the apartment is filled with water because the other bathroom above leaks water, I hope to leave this month, I cant stand their incompetence, they dont do anything to keep customers well, since some of us are responsible
