Mr. and Mrs. Wallace are not only great landlords but just great people in general. I enjoyed living here and would recommend these apartments to anyone. Great price, great tenants, and great location!

I have been working with Student Housing Greensboro since they started their website, and I have to say that Wendy and Larry Wallace are stellar people who always care about their tenants and spend a huge about of time every year working to find ways to help them out. You cant go wrong renting with them!

Hello future renters of the world,My name is Joy M. I was recently a tenant of The Wallace’s. I am very dissatisfied with this company. It is very apparent that they favor people who look like them (AKA White people) over those who do not. They claimed I was in violation of my lease for having a prescribed ESA from a medical psychiatrist. Even if this was the case, they also committed illegal acts. They informed my (White) roommate that she would be charged fees if my pet were to stay, they informed her of my mental health diagnosis without my permission and they harassed me to make decisions based off of my (white) roommates decision whether I could stay or had to move out.The maintenance staff are really nice, but inexperienced. I was informed that they were hired to be able to do contracting work, and they had no experience doing so. I had to call maintenance weekly to bi-weekly to fix small/large things in the home. They were fixed enough to break again shortly after. Housing is old and outdated for the use of college students due to technology use and gadgets.Larry Wallace is a very passive-aggressive human being. He tries to belittle you, while still making it seem like he cares. Student housing in general normally is not a very good housing situation, but my living arrangements with The Student Housing Greensboro, was by far the worst I’ve experienced. If you can help it, please look for another place to stay.

I have lived under Student Housing Greensboro for 3 separate leases at 4 of their different properties while attending UNCG, and all throughout they have displayed nothing but kindness and willingness to help. They do their best to complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion, and as long as you offer them respect as a good tenant they will reciprocate in whatever way they can.As an anecdote, there was a string of break ins over the span of 3 months that although we blocked where the person/people were getting in it escalated to the point that whoever it was threw a brick through my bedroom window to get in. I expressed my feeling of non-safety to the Wallaces and they were willing to allow me to move to another of their properties, and we worked out a fair deal on how that would happen logistically.Again, they reciprocate however much respect you offer as a tenant. I would not imagine living under any other company near UNCG campus.
