Does anyone actually work here or what? Ive called several times, left a couple of messages, and Ive never talked to a single person.

These apartments are not kid friendly I lived there for six years and gotten nothing but complaints. If you have small children dont come here. Rude neighbors and on top of all of that nothing gets fixed here. Have fun in either hot and stuffy apartments or freezing cold. This place is better suited for single people or it should be converted into a retirement home.

Lived here for 3 1/2 years. The apartments are in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. Martha, the leasing manager, is a very sweet lady.The conditions of the apartments have consistently gone down since I first moved in and the rent has gone up every year since 2013. No new amenities or upgrades (besides new privacy fences but they were well overdue). We no longer have access to the pool because of maintenance issues. And the riff raff is really bringing the atmosphere down.In my lot a man works on cars, a neighbor never has his huge pit bull on a leash (even though Ive never had any issues with the dog its still off putting), and it usually takes multiple calls to have maintenance come do a patchwork job (when they do come).Please use caution when considering these apartments. Tour the full complex and CHECK YOUR UNIT (patio too) before you sign the lease.

The lady never responds to any calls. Wanted to rent here but whats the point when theres lazy management. Im going somewhere else to rent.
