Mike is an amazing maintenance employee at Park Forest. He is able to handle a large work load and sometimes without help. He is timely and diligent. He is friendly and hard working. He also does very well and goes above & beyond when it comes to making my husband and I feel comfortable with him working in the home when our pets are present and we are not. He is very sweet to them. Thank you Mike you are awesome!The office staff are also very polite, kind, and friendly. They all work hard. They are responsive, accommodating and reasonable. They have made our living experience here the past year Im very pleasant. Thank you office staff!
Its all good!! We have so enjoyed working with Cheryl and Robin, such warm professional rental agents. After two weeks of residency, we still feel great about our choice!! These managers have lived up to what they offered and we found the apartment in excellent condition!! Go Park Forest Apts and Bell Partners!!
Great place to live!! The apartments are spacious, have nice appliances, flooring, countertops and bathrooms!! All updated and modern! Neighbors are all friendly and Robyn in the office is wonderful. The grounds are nice and maintenance is very fast and efficient. I only have good things to say about Park Forest.
I have to say, in the very first beginning, I thought it was an ok place to live. But, when after moved in several months, the company invited the third party to control the parking place, charges people if you want to park in a convenient spot, and they requested to use parking decal, which is fine. About two months ago, I worked in the weekend on call, my husband bought some grocery stuff for me, he did not know about the decal thing because he is not the resident of the apartment,and there is no obvious sign either! only a very small tiny instruction at the side which no one can see when you drive into the apartment territory! My husband parked in an empty space and put those fresh food in my refrigerator. Just 5 minutes, when he got off the apartment, he found that his car was booted! And there was a little note said that he needed to pay for the fee($140). He called immediately because he had a doctors appointment right after that. Someone answered the phone, said he would be there in 5 minutes. Very unfortunately, the guy came after 45 minutes!Because of his delayed, my husband was unable to see his doctor.I requested multiple times to talk with the companys representative, and also asked the apartment manager to arrange a time so that we three parties can sit together to solve the problem. I gave the manager of the apartment multiple possible times for her to arrange a meeting. But at first, she told me whatever she has time we can sit together to talk, I told her that I have to work at the time she is available. Then I requested again with given available windows in order for her to arrange a time for the unfair $140 punishment fee for my husbands 5 minutes and 45 minutes waiting time for nothing, even no apology for it at all! I asked them since the guy could boot my husbands car in 5 minutes, why he could not come in 5 minutes after my husband called him while he promised he would come in 5 minutes? What if in that 5 minutes, my husband had some emergent healthcare issues, who can be in charge of the responsibility?The attitude of the company is NOT acceptable! And they even said, they cannot distinguish whether my husband park 5 minutes or 50 minutes. For the mans 45 minutes delay, they didnt say anything! So, basically, they charge as quick as they can! That is their philosophy!This was how I experienced here.
I have lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. I have lived in other apartment complexes in Greensboro but nothing compares to Park Forest! The staff is always super nice and willing to help with anything and the price range is extremely reasonable for the quality of living that they offer! I just signed another lease and I will actually miss this apartment when its time for me to move out of Greensboro. DEFINITELY check this place out!!
These apartments used to be great. Good location awesome management and maintenance crew. Ever since the new owners and new crew came in just horrible. The new manager Robyn is rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Hillary (the old manager) had the whole complex running perfect. Grounds were always clean, manintece crew was knowledge and quick to repair. They now have inexperienced dummies. Rats, and rodents all over the dump area. Complete mess! Not worth the very high rent+water+sewage+garbage+admin fees. Dont let the high prices, and one unit they list pictures of fool you. The apartments are dirty, no insulation, moldy. Thank god we are moving out in April!
Lived at Park Forest for 10 mo. and I was very impressed with the complex. Office staff, especially Robyn, was professional, friendly and always very helpful. Maintenance staff took care of any issues promptly. I would highly recommend this apartment, and the location is close to everything you need.
I have lived here for almost 4 years and I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend Park Forest. To start off there is not enough parking spaces to accommodate everyone who lives there. If you ride by during the day it might not look the case but when everyone comes home after 6pm you are lucky to find any parking near you and will have to walk a mile. One lady had to park in the brassfield shoping center parking lot down the street because there were no spaces, and she was a resident of park forest. Secondly, management always has some sort of construction going on so it is always loud during the day. They search for the lowest bidder when hiring contractors so in turn a 3 day project will last a whole month. Managements favorite phrase is its not in the budget I also have another family member who lives here and it took them 2 or more years to fix the leaky deck upstairs which was causing water to enter her apartment and soak the carpet! Thats how you get MOLD. The third thing is traffic on Brassfield rd is absolutely terrible! People like to take brassfield rd to avoid the battleground/new garden intersection. It can take almost 5 mins to pull out of either entrance because brassfield rd is so congested.We had one guy in my building almost fall to his death off the 3rd story balcony because the railing fell off when he leaned against it.Between the incompetence of management and maintenance I will NOT be renewing my lease again once its up. Its a shame I just renewed a few months ago but this is the last time.
