I called Millar’s for assistance with a tire leak on my Motorhome. Neil got me set up with their service truck. Juan came out with the service truck and had me fixed up in no time. I wish more businesses had the old fashioned service like Millar’s still has. I really appreciate their way of doing business and taking care of the customer. Thank you!

Greatly appreciated info regarding various tire brands and their characteristics. Fast friendly service. But when you spend almost $1k for a new set, sure would be a nice touch if some tire dressing was applied to beautify those babies. Not sure if this is a guy thing :) Why only 4 stars

This may sound aahh little over the top, but, these guys have renewed my faith in mankind again.!These gentlemens sense of urgency, kindness & hometown pride in the job well done truly showcases through their display of teamwork.I do believe that there were possibly four technicians working on my vehicle within the first 5 minutes of us pulling into the shop.In fact I didnt even have to go inside the building.Before I even had two feet on the ground I had the issue with my vehicle heard, diagnosed and problem solved ....(With options and choices of price and selection.)So I got back in my vehicle drove into the bay… my car was then lifted slightly my tire was replaced, my spare put back in my trunk and my bill handed to me.like a well-oiled machine these guys couldnt have done it better if they tried.Efficient, honest and down to earth! Went to miller’s to get 4 oversized mud tires installed on my truck. The tires were to large to fit on vehicle. Milllers took the time to install tires and to my surprise they did not charge me a penny for their efforts. They also told me what I needed to do to fix the problem. These guys were awesome! We called to see if they had any tires for my car and they did so we drove out there and arrived just before closing time due to traffic. They still got us in and installed my tires for a very fair and reasonable price. Everyone was courteous and professional and I highly recommend them!

Millar’s has been our go to shop for the last couple of years. From start to finish the process of getting new tires and wheels for my jeep could not have been easier. Neil F also has a wrangler and gave me personal experience information that may not have been available elsewhere. Neil went above and beyond after the purchase to notify me of a rebate my tires were eligible for.The shop techs were great upon pick up making sure I was aware of the changes in the lugnuts in the event I needed to take the wheel off. I would recommend Millars for anything with tires, breaks and so much more. I just moved back to Canby and my car needed a lot of work on the front end. They were fast about getting it done and back to me. They kept me informed the whole time. My favorite thing they do is send you a report listing everything it need with pictures so you can have piece of mind that you are only getting the work you need, not extra BS just to run up the bill. I dont have one complaint with the Canby Millars. Everyone at the counter has always been informative and patient with all questions (even the really silly ones) and their attitude is always happy and enjoyable. They are always so friendly when you go in, it almost feels like an episode of Cheers when they say youre name! They keep in constant contact with you to give you a heads up regarding the service being done on your vehicle. Its also nice that they have several rental vehicles available when your car has to be worked on for awhile. The text reminders about when to bring your vehicle in for oil changes, tune ups, etc is also handy to someone like me that forgets to schedule those kinds of things.

This morning our car had a flat. Normally repairing such a thing wouldnt be a big deal, but it was day 2 into a level 2 evacuation with air quality absolutely off the charts. Sadly the tire was a goner, but somehow they managed to get new tires in record time from their supplier, but also get them installed at the speed of light. It was a relief to know that if we had to leave town ahead of wildfires that we were safe with perfect tires. And all of this with a smile during a truly stressful time. Great work - highly recommend!

I stopped in because a different mechanic had said I needed a complete break fluid flush. Not only did they check my car in front of me they showed me that what he said I needed was not actually needed. He also said if I still wanted to do it what the price would be, (which was HALF of what the other mechanic wanted to charge).George helped me at first and was SO nice and knowledgeable. I believe Neil was the other one who rang me up at the check stand and he was also super nice. My kids kept asking questions and he would happily answer them all while he was ringing me up.Seriously, such great customer service.

Excellent job as usual! Tires done quickly, and they are always balanced perfectly.When they aligned my Mustang GT, they did such a great job, I stopped by later, and told them how well it drove!

Called to make an appointment, encountered friendly staff and upon arriving my car was taken in quickly...oil changed they also performed a 30+ point inspection and returned my car quickly and answered all of my questions with knowledgeable and honest answers. We will be back for further car care needs!

The best place to get tires, alignments and such. Was looking for tires and maybe some new wheels. Very patient with all my questions. Finely settled for the Nokian Rotiiva plus and decided against new wheels. Great customer service that goes above and beyond to help you. The crew that mounted and installed my new tires were very friendly and did a fantastic job. Can not say enough good things about them. I have been going to Millars Point S for a few years now and dont see that changing anytime soon.

What a relief it was to learn this company does DEQ inspections (2005 and newer)! The gentleman went over exactly what I had to do online once my vehicle passed, and the entire process was maybe 10 minutes of my time. I had no problem paying them $20 for their time and equipment needed to be able to offer this service. The time saved was worth every penny!

(Non-service review)I had dropped my truck off to have the breaks evaluated. They promptly called back with their findings. With everything provided me, I had felt a little overwhelmed and communicated that I needed to think about it and that I would get back to them. I returned to pick up my truck after work and they seemed confused because the vehicle was still torn apart. Obviously there was a breakdown in communication and I can own that, but the intent was put the truck back together and I will contact them in the future should I decide to use their business. This felt like a car sales tactic, though this may not have been the intent.I had already decided from the phone call to go elsewhere. When I was called back after the inspection I was given a rundown of everything they determined needed servicing; including work unrelated to the initial request. This is an absolute turn off for me. I came in for a break check and potential service, not an up-sale. I would encourage them to be sensitive to the times we are in. People are loosing jobs left and right and are wondering how to make ends meet. I am not personally in that scenario but did not appreciate the sales pitch. I found a reputable company to service my truck to perform the exact same work for a third the cost and no up-sale hassle.

First time there, based on all the 5 star reviews I figured this place must be a hidden gem... but was definitely not on par with what I had expected.Brought my Grand Cherokee in for an alignment and oil change.. MIllars oil change service is supposed to include fluid top-offs, vacuuming, window washing, and tire rotation (they told me this when I called). I received my vehicle back, and noticed the washer fluid was low, interior wasnt vacuumed and windows werent cleaned, cant verify the tire rotate, but there was no mention of it when I was done. I called and let them know these issues, and they said come right back and we will take care of it.They did take care of it, but when I was leaving they made sure to tell me that it wasnt a full detail they do, and they just wash windows and vacuum. I think a simple apology would have sufficed. I wasnt expecting a full detail, just do what you say youre going to do the first time, and I wouldnt have to take more time to come back.Furthermore- their oil change is supposed to include a 30 point inspection; I received no inspection form. and there was no mention of the engine oil leak that I know I have, from seeing drips on my driveway. Based on the above Im not sure I will go back...

So last year I got a to repair my struts It was around $750 i went today It went up to over 900 They said they couldnt find the quote.It was done last year so I went and got a quote from a competitor for 741

The folks working in this Canby location were great from start to finish! They acknowledged me right away when I came in. I needed to replace a tire and a few of them worked together to find me an exact match. They order the tire and had it ready to put on my car the next day. When I came back to have the new tire put on, they were done in about 20 minutes. The place seems to run like a well oiled machine.

I have been using Millar’s Point S for almost 10yrs now. I was running late and they still squeezed me in for an oil change. They always do a thorough safety and systems check, clean the car, and keep the car running. I do not like going anywhere else!

Awesome shop! We took our Tandem Tow Dolly Trailer there and were told by other shops that we should pack the bearings, inspect the brakes and so forth...So having heard nothing but positive feedback from everyone I know including the guy who sold us the trailer about Millers Point S, I dropped off the trailer this morning at 7:30 expecting about a $300 bill this afternoon and went back at around 9am to check on the progress, and the mechanic who serviced it told me that with the exception of the brake fluid needing to be replaced everything was fine and they only charged me like $80 🤔😉😁I felt like I was at a family members business! God Bless that whole crew and shop!I would recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a honest place to do business! Im pretty sure ANY of the other three shops I talked too wouldve given me a $300 bill today 🤔 jus sayin....

They reminded me by text it was time for my tire rotation so off to Canby I went. Caught them at a slow time & got in without needing an appt. Great place to work with & nice people.

Came in on a donut after my tire popped down the road. I paid for 2 used tires as they said my other front one was also in bad shape. Came home and they had given me a BAD TIRE. Used or not, a customer expects to at least receive a functioning tire. They would not give me a new one and tried to charge me for a replacement. MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ANY LES SHWAUB AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Came here to take advantage of the DEQ Too services . After seeing everyone post online how long DEQ was taking I decided to give this a shot. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes, check in, test and pay. They were very informative on how to complete the next portion online. I will definitely be doing it this way for my next vehicles.
