QQ is the best! I’ve been twice now, both for special occasions, and my experiences (pedicure and gel manicure) have been wonderful. I’ve made an appointment for both visits, and they’ve been so nice, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure for vacation. After having a bad experience with a mall nail salon, I opted for something different. I looked and this place opened early (9am) with great reviews.Upon arriving, I was greeted very friendly. He asked what I wanted and I said I want a gel full set and gel pedicure. I was talked into getting a dip manicure and gel pedicure based on a few questions I was asked.The pedicure was superb! When I tell you they work on Myras feet!!!!! I had so. I had so much dead skin, Im ticklish and all and they were able to remain professional and get the job done. The foot massage is one of the best! I also received a hand massage after my dip powder manicure. I loved the results. I loved the time, effort, and attention that was given to me in the shop. They were very kind. You know how some nails salons can make you feel uncomfortable, but not this one! I will definitely be returning to them for my bi weekly maintenance!

Alan did a pretty good job on my French tipped pedicure. He really took his time to painstakingly paint the tips without having to go back to remove any excess globs. The staff were all very kind and helpful as was their menu. Id advise choosing directly from the menu as only one person there speaks English fluently, and he looks to be the owner.

Always have a good experience. Great staff and have never had a nail lift! Lots of gel color/temp change polishes that I love!

I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to any young black women. This place has consistently been rude no matter how nice I am. This weekend idk if cash only is their policy, but they asked me to get cash to pay for my service and completely ignored me when I NICELY asked why. I understand if it’s policy but the way they treated me today was unacceptable

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I got a beautiful pedicure and powder dip manicure. They were super affordable too. Highly recommend and cant wait to come back!

Great experience! Great work 🤗!I was the last customer in the shop and i thought i would be rushed through the pedicure ( like some places when closing time is near) but they didn’t! She took her time. My toes were super pretty and my feet felt amazing! They were genuinely nice and pleasant the whole time! This is my New favorite spot for sure!

They did a nice job on my nails, for a good price. The nail polish smell is a bit strong in the front of the salon.

I thought my nails looked great when I left. Only a couple of days like 3 later the gel was chipping.. when I went back to get it repaired, I thought I should get another color because that gel wasn’t good. I was treated as if I was trying to scam them. I just paid $70 for my full set and feet not even a whole week earlier. I got the same color and it chipped again. I think the quality of service was good but my gel polish shouldn’t chip that easily.

The environment was comfortable, the nail techs were all very friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely go back. My one and only concern is that I wasnt fully pleased with my personal experience. My nails look good, but I didnt feel like I was being pampered. Getting your nails done should feel just like getting a facial, its not just about slapping on polish. Its an experience. ❣

I always feel cared for when I come here even though I am not a regular. Their spa pedicures actually come with a massage. Some lasting 15 minutes. Ive gotten spa packages at other places that promise massage but give a quick rub. Not here. Iris is the best.

I would not recommend QQ Nails for Dip Nails (SNS Powder). I went twice and I had the entire color pop off my 2-3 nails after 1 week. The selection is not impressive. I do appreciate the warm towel and neck & shoulder massage that comes with the service.

Ive been twice. I thought the first time was a fluke and maybe it would be better the second time. Disclaimer: I get the dip powder so I cant speak to the other services.Pros: the place is clean and they massage your shoulders at the end.Cons: The first time they couldnt get the dip powder off and I was there for 3 hours.One nail chipped within one week and the other in a week and a half. They gentleman who works there said its because I type too much. Huh?Multiple people did my nails and they didnt seem to know what they were doing. It was very disorganized.They also seemed confused about what an almond shaped nail looks like.Overall they dont really do a great job of the dip powder, they have limited colors, and I dont recommend them if thats what youre getting.

They gave me one of the worst nail jobs Ive ever seen. I got an acrylic full set and I didnt even want them to put gels on it because I knew I was going to have to take it home and fix it. The guy didnt know how to build an arch and the tips were unbelievably uneven. He cut my finger with the drill (it bled) and left noticable drill marks in the nail. All of the nails lean way right. He was really nice, but this is not the place to get your acrylics done if you care about how they look.

I have very small nails and the nail artists here did an amazing job with them. They didnt cut or hurt me, even though its extremely easy to do so with such short nails. I had a gel manicure and it lasted forever. Never chipped! Never peeled! Love this place. Ill be going back.

Absolutely amazing experience! I was a walk-in (no wait, btw) with a complicated request, and I had 3 people team up to give me exactly what I asked for! I asked for a black French tip gel manicure (on short AF nails) with the ring finger as a Philly rainbow flag (8 colors) French tip! They did such a wonderful job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Though I love my manicurist, my daughters did the bare minimum - shes 13 and came with me for the first time. (He didnt do cuticles, just 2 coats of polish.) However the rest of the staff are very good and customer friendly, which is why I give 4 instead of 3 stars. Good enough for me to return, by myself.

Relaxing pedicures and massages. I used to get the dip powder on my fingers and they did a great job.

Just got a fill with gel polish from Gina who did an amazing job. The shape, length and thickness of the nails is exactly what I am looking for. I wish I had asked for 3 coats since its sparkles with a clear base, but they still look good and I still love the color. She did a nice hand rub at the end with great smelling lotion. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.The reason I took off 1 star is because I was charged $3 for a cut down. I dont know everyones personal beliefs on this, but my own belief after 10 years of getting acrylics is that cutting or filing down nails is included in the price of the fill. Am I supposed to just keep letting them grow? Cut them myself before I come in? Would I also pay extra if I want my regular nails cut down for a manicure? Its in my neighborhood, so the only way Im going back is if I am stuck here for some reason.

Went here after I was trying to find a new salon and I love it. When I walked in there was no wait, the place was super clean and friendly. The woman at the 1st station took her time and done everything right. I got the gel manicure and over a week and a half later its still on. I will definitely be going back

A bit of a hole in the wall but great hours (especially on weekends!), great prices, and I didnt have to wait to be taken. Very nice selection of gel polish colors and my manicure lasted for almost 3 weeks without a chip. I would definitely return next time Im in the area.

Gina did such an excellent job that I came back for a pedicure. Apparently Sunday mornings is not the best time to come unless you are here when doors open. 2pm is really good as I am done.I will be back as they are closer and more reasonable keep then my ellicott city spot.Thanks Gina.

WOSRT NAIL SALON EVER. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW To DO SNS. AWFULL!!! IVE NEVER HAD NAILS SO BAD. Never gave a manicure. Cuticles look awful.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY LAST APPOINTMENT. MY NAIL TECH STOPPED DOING MY NAILS TO TAKE ANOTHER CLIENT, AND SOMEONE I HAVE NEVER SEEN FINISHED MY NAILS. SO I HAD TO TIP 2 PPL, WHICH OF COURSE MEANT THAT I SPENT MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE. UP UNTIL THIS EXPERIENCE, I LOVED IT HERE, BUT NOW I AM VERY UNHAPPY, AND DONT THINK I WILL BE RETURNING.

I love QQ nails! They have great chairs and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The color selection is awesome, its very clean, and has great hours.

Over all was a good experience and my toes turned out nice but my nails were a completely different color than what I asked. I wanted a light pink chrome and my nails are a dark orange.

Omg this place is amazing. I’m generally nervous being a big black dude going into nail salons, but they gave me the sweetest technician I didn’t get her name but she had to be the youngest one in the building but she tackled my feet I will definitely be back

I’m very confused by why this salon is so highly rated. When I got my nails done, the process was rushed and my technician was distracted the entire time. I also had made an appointment for two but they started working on our nails at different times. All around not a good experience.

Went in on Sunday morning for a pampering session. The nail tech (in training) didnt understand English, never started the massage feature, gave me one long and one short toenail, cut me twice and never apologized. I also had my eyebrows arched and she accidentally removed to much hair on one brow an said just fill it in with a pencil. Needless to say, the session stopped there. No massage, No manicure and No more of my hard earned money for this piss poor service!!! Thanks for the Stress!!! 😤

This was my first time at QQ and I have to say I am very disappointed. I sat down for my pedicure and the lady asked what type I wanted and I said just the regular. She rolled we eyes, let out a sigh, and said okay. Next, she was very rough with my feet when positioning instead of just asking me to reposition. I got a gel manicure by a different lady who was better so I only tipped her. I recently moved to the Hampden area, but unfortunately I will not be returning to that salon nor do I recommend it to anyone.

For my first time ever from a pedicure, got an infected big toe after QQ׳s. The polish job was also uneven and they ran 20 minutes behind on my appointment time.

A nail salon thats open on Sundays is always a plus. I didnt have to wait to be seen and they ask you to pay before your visit is completed. It cost $15 for a regular manicure which I think is reasonable. They also offer waxing services and spa manis and pedis.

I love that its open on Sunday, blocks from my home. I went in today and had a great experience. I decided at 3:35 p.m. I was going to walk down and see if I had a shot at service; I really needed a mani/pedi.I walked in and was lucky to be seated in the pedicure massage chair right away; it would still be a few minutes until the tech was finished her last appointment, so I took that as some extra relax and chill time. She did a great job and I was impressed she could maneuver around my toes with such delicacy; the massage chair is powerful and shakes alot :)My gel manicure was also wonderful. Ive had lots to compare them too. She was very gentle with my nails. She took her time, and put on neat/thin coats.I spent $62 plus tip for both techs, which is pretty average.I do plan to come back. I think next time Ill make an appointment. Several people did have up to a 20 minute wait, which Id expect on a late Sunday evening, even with about 6 techs working. They had a constant line of clientele trying to squeeze in some last minute primping :)

Ive only had my nails done. Ive never had any other services but they do a great job on my nails and Ive heard good things from other people about their other services.

There was no wait, the place is clean, quiet, they are friendly, good prices for good service, I can be very picky yet confused with what i want but they took their time to do my nails and pedicure with which i was happy. Overall it was an amazing first experience
