WARNING: Run for your life. The landlord curses at his tenants, threatens to evict you if u ask him to fix anything. Especially women. He will also keep your security deposit illegally. He has also tried to fight several of his tenants.

The living space is nice but the landlord is so rude and disrespectful. It doesnt matter if ur a good tenant or not. He talks to people like their nothing. He does not care about his tenant(his words)

Daughter had been living there since January and since has nothing but problems, leaks under sink, leaks coming from washer machine aAir conditioning not working and they have a two year old, and to top it off they don’t answer the phone, been calling for over and hour and half, no answer ! Don’t even have a voicemail so you can leave concerns, getting really frustrated with their maintenance
