I had Rossie to do my birthday nails and baby she done my nails to the T. I love them

Sept 2021- $45 acrylic french manicure full set lasted 4 days. $15 toenail color change looked awful.

Guy was in a rush my nails were a bit thick.

For starters, I should’ve known something was up because the place was a GHOST TOWN on a Saturday evening.. I came here because the salon I usually go to didn’t have any availability. I wanted gel, cool. They hardly had any colors so I couldn’t get what I originally wanted. The nail tech told me she couldn’t shape my nails even though I get my nails the same everytime. Then she completely RUINED my nail shape. All in all, customer service was trashhhh. I didn’t even let her finish the second hand. I’m so disappointed. 🥺 worst experience I’ve had in a while.

They were super rude. They Would not fix what I didnt like about my nails. Also did not take the steps that were suppose to be taken for a manicure . Also when I told them what I wanted and they redirected and basically did what they wanted to do my nails now look a mess and i have to wait 2 weeks.

Love my nail shop and thats what it is, MY go to NAIL salon. Best atmosphere, wonderful people and amazing work. Highly recommended for everyone of all ages. Keep up the great service. See you next time 😁

I have been going there for the past 3years and I have grown to love it there!! Jen is my nail tech and her mom do my feet

I got my nails done and paid 80.00 for my nails on the 13th. On the 17th my nails on my right hand lifted and one came off. After going up there and discussing this matter to the staff they try to charge me again and become argumentative. I will NEVER go back.

We had a very pleasant experience here today. Me an my daughter went in to get pedis. They was Nice & friendly, an did a great job. My daughter has also got her nails done here an we was very satisfied with her nails as well.While we was there a lady came in that does not see well at all. A man at the nail salon, opened the door for her, walked her to her seat to get her pedicure an was just such a sweet soul to that lady. That situation could have went 1 of 2 ways. I was thoroughly impressed with his sweet nature & compassion. We will continue to go here for sure.

They are a little more expensive than some other nail places. I am very hard on my nails and they last at least 2 weeks.

I am not satisfied at all 2 days after getting my nails done they needed to be filled in!!!! Dont recommend getting your nails done here unless you want to spend 25 dollars 2 days later

This place is the best. I have been going here for 16 years have never had a problem. The people are very friendly. The place is clean. I have 3 nail places within 3 minutes from my house and I still drive 15 miles to get there. Love this place.

The BEST service and SKILLED nail polisher ever ! Jen your the best and I will be a regular. After many many years at another salon my past experiences were no where near the quality and Respectfulness from the staff. They TALK to YOU.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my life. I went with my daughter to get manicures. The lady doing mine, did not tell me upfront that she didnt know how to take my dip polish off. So, before we got too far into it, she told me I had to pay upfront. I knew it was weird, but I said okay and paid because the technician doing my daughters nails said it was to make sure I didnt mess up the polish at the end. She then tried to put white polish on top of my dark dip polish, which made no sense, then told me that I needed to pick a darker color to cover what was on my nails. I was refused a refund, because they dont give refunds. They only fix until youre satisfied. But, I cant be satisfied, if you cant do what I need done. I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever go back.

They do a great spa pedicure here. Important to know they dont have the option to write in a tip after theyve swiped your credit card, which she didnt mention before she ran it so I wasnt able to leave a tip. When they tell you the total you have to tell them to add onto it.

They were super busy yesterday(every chair was full) but they worked quickly and safely to make sure everyone got taken care of. I havent had my nails done in years and I love them.

Owner has a smart mouth for no reason was not professional at all. Need to improve his customer service skills & they did a rush job on my nails not happy at all. I don’t know how they have any customers they don’t do any nail design none of them speak English but the owner (Luck). It seems like if you have a complaint instead of fixing the problem he gets an attitude. What business owner does that. They didn’t even have hot water to wash my hands. I went next door they do a great job I recommend the nail next door from Nail Bliss

I cant tell you how much i love this place they are fast they do a good job and lucky is the best i show him a picture and he makes it look just like it

The staff was very nice but it was the fastest pedicure I have ever had they did a $25 pedicure in 20 minutes and it didnt really include any kind of massage or anything like that for the legs or feet. I had originally given 3 stars but I had to downgrade to 1-star because the very next day I had to file toenails.

I had a terrible experience. My mother in law and myself stopped to get 2 pedicures and I needed a powder fill in. They told me they did not do powder which was fine. I just did gel. I wanted the deluxe pedicure. A very rude lady started on my feet. No massage was given. Nothing relaxing about it. She was very rough. When she found out that I was getting gel she got up and left. It was approximately 30 minutes or more later before someone saw me sitting there and asked what I was waiting on. I told them I didnt know because she left. A few minutes later a lady came and apologized. She pulled out the blue color that I picked. She put all coats on my feet before deciding that this wasnt blue at all. It was green. She was right. She had to take it all off. I picked another color. They told me they didnt have it. I finally went with my usual red. She didnt do a very good job removing the green so after the red polish, my feet just looked dirty. After being there for over 2 hours and getting my nails done, she told me the total was $178. Im still not sure what I paid for but I was so aggravated at this point that I paid it and left. The pedicure area is not the least bit relaxing. There is too much talking and yelling across the salon to relax at all. Needless to say, that was my first and last time there.

Generally service is great. I guess its just one of those days. I will say they need to get some help. The wait should never be an hour on top of getting fly by night service!!

In and out fast. I have been going here years and Im always satisfied with their work.

Money wasted. First time coming here and it will be my last time as well. I asked for a full set and made thin to look natural. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. I asked for a color change on my toes and it looks like a 5 y/o polished them. Luck did my nails, but I wasnt lucky in this encounter.

Sloppy work, couldnt do ANY design I asked for so I ended up settling for a color/design that I really dont like. First I asked for ombre, I was told NO they could paint them solid white......um thanks? Why the heck would I want solid white nails when I just asked you for ombre? The design that I finally settled for was so poorly done Im embarrassed to say it was professionally done. This place is the bargain basement of nail salons, if youre looking for anything more complicated than a simple coat of polish take your money elsewhere.

Staff was very knowledgeable enviroment was clean the quality if work is great. Recommend if your needing nails done ans want a comfortable enviroment with good atmosphere then this is your place.

Not happy at all. They were quick but my nails look cheap and horrible, like they will break easily. Even my fiancé said they looked cheap and like my child had done them. Will not be going back ever..

Called 40 mins before close to ask if they had time for a full set. Letting them know if not that it was okay (since I was called so close to when they would be closing). The guy that answered assured me it would be okay & that I could come. I get there 5 mins later & of course they all look at me like I’m crazy (understandable). But I told them I had just called & that I needed a full set or at least a fill. There were 2 ladies sitting (staff). And they started talking in their language & I’m sure it was about me wanting a full set & they were probably asking who was going to do it. Then one gets off the couch & comes over to me & day “sorry you have to come back tomorrow we don’t have time for a full set” I told them I literally just called 5 mins ago & I wouldn’t of come if they hadn’t told me to. I’ve gone her 2 or 3 times before & though it isn’t phenomenal work. It gets the job done & I’m not that picky. I tip well & I don’t appreciate they just kicking me out. Very unprofessional & just not okay in my opinion. Sooooo 1 star for me. 😊

This is the best place to get your nails done! They do exactly what you want and if your not satisfied then they will make sure you are! I dont know why some of these people say theyre no good but I love them!!

The nails look like press on. I couldve done it for $5.00, not $35.

I love this place. I have been to several salons over the years and I never have a problem with there services. I always had a problem with my acrylics lifting around the edges and that has never happened with them. I will only go to them!

I visited today, got a full set, wait wasnt bad at all, reason as to why I give 2 stars is because the man Jacob who assisted me he wasnt great at all assumed how long I wanted my nails, how I wanted them shaped and he was brutal with the file and the nail electric thing, he let me walk out with cricid nails and glue all over my fingers, I dont expect them to be beautiful due to I bite my nails anyways but I did expect straight, pretty nails. Not worth $37 dollars.

Terrible experience, every time I go in something is wrong and their acrylic has MMA in it (nail tech) the only acrylic they have that doesnt have it is the Tammy Taylor they offer for pinks only, left with my nails cut nothing filed or fixed just sharp as heck because a nail tech got mad because I didnt like the shape and asked if he could add more powder to the sides, told me I didnt have to ever come back and that I didnt know what I was talking about, got my toes polished and they look terrible too but I was so irritated I just had to get out of there! They have terrible customer service and I will never go there again or recommend to anyone ! If Im paying you to do something why get mad

Always an amazing service when I go in

I asked for pink and white and a shorter style. I also asked for a darker pink gel. I have had my nails done the same way for 10 years. I came here and my nails looked so terrible my husband who wouldnt notice if half of them were missing commented on how bad they looked. Instead of asking for my money back I came in the following day and quietly asked for them to be fixed. ( you could see my actual white nail bed before the white overlay before each nail). They said Id have to come back in 2 hours. I had to bribe a young girl $20 to come file my nails down and she airbrushed white paint to hide how badly the gel job had been done. $90 and 2 hours down the toilet. Had to get them re done in Hendersonville a week later.Lesson learned.

In my honest opinion, my nails were rushed. I wasnt asked many questions on what I wanted, which was some designs since the nail technician left before my nails were finished. I just asked for them to put on the nail polish I brought from home and wasnt attended to after that. I actually got up and left when I thought my nails were dry. It wasnt really an atmosphere I would be compelled to go back to. Still looking for a nail salon that I would want to go as a regular yet no luck so far.

No bliss! Pain. The experience which is usually relaxing (at L.A. Nails) was sharply painful nearly throughout. Rough handling, including the heel file and the massage. And the digging.... ugh.

Luck has been doing my nails for about 23 yrs. He is good at what he does.

Nail tech took phone call during service. when I came in i asked how much for a pedicure. I was asked will it be cash or credit. I said cash, they said $30. during my pedicure the lady said I needed something and said $5 would be added. the message chair worked poorly and one arm was broken. job done was satisfactory but experience was not great.

The lady that did my pedicure was rough.I had to tell her twice tonstop being so rough on my feet.Usually when I leave i feel good today I left and my feet were hurting.Of course the owner said something to her but never again will she do my feet...
