I have been going here since moving to TN 8 yrs ago. Went to get mani pedi before leaving to attend my daughter’s wedding in California on Tues 9/7th and the place was packed. I asked how long is the wait and they completely ignored me and spoke in their native language. A lady getting her Pedi looked in shocked because of their rude behavior. I asked again and she finally said 1 hour. They will be waiting longer than that for me to go back! Meanwhile went to Summit Nails in LA (View Park area) where I go when in California. Please see the Owner, Gail…you will thank me later!!! Had mimosas and was treated like a Queen! I will find another spot in Nashville soon.

I always get great pedicures here and they also do a great job waxing eyebrows. I like the people and I love that there is light music playing, no droning tv or fast music because I go to relax.

I called before arriving I asked how much would it be for a fill in I was quoted $20. Once I arrived the lady argued me up and down that my nails was long and it was going to be an extra charge. Then I asked how much for designs she said $4 a piece. I was like fine do them I’m tired of driving around. She then got mad and refused to do my nails because I stated I would go somewhere else to get my designs done. The lady was rude and disrespectful

I took my daughter there to get her nails done she ask for coffin nails and they did square nails. They didn’t even file her nails down with the nail drill nails starting coming off the same day will never come back and looking at this pictures up under their reviews look horrible.

I went in for an acrylic full set. They had one of their men do it. He was very rude, very rough, and within 24 hours of me having it done some the nail beds of my nails started to crack. I called and ask if they could be fixed. I ask for someone besides him. The lady argued with me and said he was really good and he would fix it. So I went back, yes, he fixed it but they are still all breaking. Very painful. I’m figuring out it’s the way he glued on the full set before applying the acrylic. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for almost 5 years and I have never had this happen. Ever! Do not recommend and I will not be going back.

We moved to the area just under a year ago and this is the best place we found since the salons reopened. Will definitely be our regular.

This is after a day and a half after having them done! Never should’ve paid when they were done so poorly! They actually tried to overcharge me. Now I’ve got to find somewhere else that’s good. As you can see one nail had already broke off, and 8/9 are lifting around the edges. He also cut around my nails, and when I told him that hurt he ignored me and kept cutting around my nails. I also asked for pink and white solar and he did white tip then tried to charge for pink and white. I’m really frustrated.

They nicked me so many times with the drill. At least 20! The color was not what I wanted and was actually clear. When I asked for another color, they just put sparkles on it which I did not ask for. When I told them that I did not like it and that is was all over my cuticle they just rushed me out the door. I went back the next day and demanded to be them to re-do it. Still got charged for them to re-do it. They nicked me at least 20 times with the drill. Would not recommend this place!

They did a fantastic job on my nails. He had to fix what the last salon screwed up. Both of my thumb nails were crooked bc the salon I went to previously, wasnt paying a bit of attention when he did them. I am very satisfied with the job they did yesterday!! I am just vacationing here, but I will return and when I do, that is the place I will go to!! And it was only $17 for a fill. I gave him a $20 and told him to keep the change. Well deserved tip!!

They quoted me 45$ for the acrylic with gel polish and a word wrote one 1 nail. When I went to pay she tells me 75$! I said u quoted me 45$ She proceeds to tell me that gel polish is an extra 20$ Its not like that at any other nail salon! Then I had to go back because she didnt even put a clear coat on one of the nails. Very poor service and I was highly unimpressed! Dont recommend this place to anyone!!

The lady that did my nails was very friendly and very knowledgeable and did a very good job but for just regular acrylics $50 seemed high. I had called and asked if they did the gel nails where they put the form under your finger and build the nail out itself instead of using tips and the guy that answered the phone said yes but he must not have understood me because when I got there she said no we dont do that they can put gel on your own nails to you know so they can grow and wont break but thats not really what I wanted. But she did an excellent job and was very efficient.

Was quoted $35 when I went to pay they wanted $53. The man cut my fingers with the drill in several different spots. I was very unhappy with the service and my nails. Would NOT recommend this place to any one.

They are great. The gel nails sometimes last up to 4 weeks. Very professional. Have recommended them to several people. All good experiences. Natalie is awesome

Went here with my mom, the lady who did my names was very sweet but didn’t acknowledge the fact that me doing a coffin shape, me and my mom were upset that she didn’t even tell me even when she asked what shape that it would cost 10 extra. The man doing my mother’s nails was very rough and cut her multiple times when she even said ow that hurts please be more gentle, then he made her nails to long and they were very rough around all edges and she showed me here nails and they looked like they needed a fill after he had just done them. She asked him if he could fill in the back and he went less than a centimeter back and they still looked like they needed to be filled, we both left upset. Thanks for reading my comment!

Love this place

I asked for french manicure, was told it was $5 more than polish. I decided to go ahead. Polish chipped within 6 hours. White tips were uneven and not properly done. She asked several times if it was okay, but if you do this professionally you would not think this was good work. I should have asked the tech to remove it all and do clear. My fault for paying. My fault for not stopping poor work.

So, I’m not sure how to rate this. Until 11/22/2017, I’d been a loyal customer. Spending $45-70 every two weeks, depending on which services I wanted. However on the fore mentioned date, it was suggested to me by Hannah, one of the techs, and the owner’s wife, that “maybe you should find some place else to do your nails, because you complain too much.” To say that I was appalled would be an understatement. I bumped my nail, as it was drying, as most of us have done, and asked for it to be corrected. She literally snatched the polish out of Philip’s, her husband and shop owner hand. Again, i’d been a loyal customer for over 5 years, and I’ve witnessed her nasty and rude behavior before, but never quite been the recipient...Philip and Natalie are wonderful! Their attitude and understanding of customer service, has been part of the reason I continued to patronize this nail salon. They are also skilled nail technicians. Hannah, on the other hand can be rude, nasty, and quite uncouth! I will not be returning to Nail Trix.

I came here early and was sitting for about 40 minutes, ended up leaving before even being seen bc there was only 3 technicians and more clients just kept walking through the door. I figured this was a good sign, seeing how many people were there. I came back at 4pm with an appointment at 4:15, waited until 4:40 to be seen. My nails are decent but there are many flaws that only *I* would notice since they are on me all the time. The acrylic is lumpy. The tips of my toe nails arent painted. The massage during the pedicure was just straight up awful, she didnt even massage all the lotion in, instead just wiped it all off with water. I only got one hot hand towel for my legs. Only good thing is the color of my nails and the massage chair.

Ive been here a few times. First time I thought they were just rushed and decided to give them another try after having a horrible manicure. The next time I took my mom and mother-in-law to have a girls day and had a decent experience but neither was happy with the jobs that were done. This last time I got a manicure and my polish started flaking off the very next day. I do not recommend this place. The people are polite and want to help but its not good quality do not waste your money.

I just left this place after getting a gel manicure...my nails look TERRIBLE. A few things:1) To get my old gel polish off, she had me soak in acetone (fine) and then pulled out the drill thats typically used for acrylics. Ive been getting gel manicures for a long time, and Ive never had someone use a drill before.2) When it came time to trim my cuticles, she didnt open a fresh and clean sanitary pack. She just pulled a pair of clippers out of some box on the table. Gross. Im just praying I dont end up with some kind of fungus.3) I was sent to wash my hands after the lotion massage. There were no paper towels - only two damp wash cloths in a heap beside the sink. More gross. I decided wiping my hands on my jeans on the way back to the chair would have been better.4) She didnt ask if I wanted my nails trimmed down or just filed - she said your nails arent very long, Ill file. Thats cool - a lot of places just file my nails, but they usually do more than two swipes with the most coarse file they have. I didnt realize how bad this part was until I was driving home and tried to scratch an itch on my face - I think Im bleeding. They are so rough and jagged in places.5) She polished my nails quicker than anyone else. Ever. This really isnt a positive thing - especially when were talking about gel. My nails are streaky any horrible.6) To top it all off - the top coat was just sloppily thrown on so everything is stuck to the skin around my nails. Its so stuck in so many places - I think it will completely ruin the whole thing (even more so) when I peel my finger away from the polish, so theres no saving this horrible manicure at all. There is literally not a single nail that isnt messed up in some way.So, to sum it up - DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. And its extra crazy b/c they werent busy AT ALL. I was the only customer there - so it wasnt as though she was hurrying along to the next one.Im so mad at myself for paying for this service

The lady was nice but the work on my nails are HORRIBLE!!!!!! Not completely painted and extremely jagged edges and some were uneven after I pointed one to her twice. I wondered they were lite on customers the day before Mother’s Day, now I know why...very very disappointed

Worst nail job I have ever had. Tried to explain what I want 3 times. 3 times he redid them. The only thing I wanted was the black powder dip. Not to thick. The customer service, terrible. I left out in tears and I was the rude one because my tears hurt his feelings

I have been going here for 3 years since I moved to this area. Have always had a good experience there and many compliments on my nails.

People are nice but the work is horrible. I got a shellac gel manicure on Friday and the polish was peeling on Sunday. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails. $30 wasted!!!
