I’m on a work assignment here and I needed a pedicure. This place was recommended to me so I went to check it out. The men here were very quiet and not in a good way. No one said hello to me, no one asked me if I wanted a drink or anything. I was asked what I wanted and I said a pedicure and was told to go to chair 3. I sat down, water was ran and he gave me the colors to pick from. My color was picked and he asked me if I wanted gel and I said no just regular polish. A man came over, didn’t say a word and just started working on my feet. I was not asked what type of pedicure I wanted and it was just assumed that I wanted a regular basic pedicure. I actually thought they only offered basic pedicures until I saw another young lady being given a pedi book to choose from. I told the man I just wanted the color I picked, in regular polish NOT GEL, and they tried to sneak the gel on my toes anyway!!! The experience just wasn’t good and I won’t be back and if I could give less stars I would.

Love this place. Have been going here for over 5yrs and would not change it. They can do what ever design you desire

Having me nels is my go to any time I want something specific with my nails I can show them a picture in they do it almost to AT never exactly the same but almost perfect

This place was dirty, my mother and I had our nails done at the same time and they would ignite my mom when she tried asking a question or talking to them. My mothers nails came out great. Mine were not good at all. The female did my nails and I had to have her correct the edges of my nails because they were amazing on my clothes when I was finished. We had the feel dip and the very never day my polish was starting to peel. She also didnt put when costs on my nails. Not when a week later and 5 nails had all the mail polish peel off. I did notice that she did a different technique than the guy. I think thats part of the reason. Will never ever go back.

Am no please with this place they don’t do nails like they use to came with my mom today to get our feet and nails done and when it got to our finger nails to get done they didn’t do what my mom asked and he just put fake nails on her and that it the guy who did me didn’t do what I I asked I asked for oval short short with powder and red like my toes and all he did was paint them no powder or nothing. There to worried about doing shellac nails.. will not be returning to this place

I moved to Midland recently and have now found my new nail spot. Everyone was nice.. the only down fall is they can stand a good wipe down. Pedi chair arm rest and side were sticky. Left over nails and small trash on them .

I just left not even 3mins & my toes not dry paint was OFF my 2 little toes (thank goodness I have the same color at home to fix) I just enjoyed the lime massage but he couldn’t paint correctly!!!! My nails are cute wish he did my toes too I had 2 different people .

Tiffany did a great job on my dip, taking time & care to get them exactly how I like them. Good customer service- she was very friendly! Will definitely return, good job guys.

Service was rushed after I had called and told them exactly what I wanted once I got there they rushed us out because they wanted to leave at 7:30 my daughter didnt even get her design she wanted.

They did a wonderful job. Me, my girlfriend and her daughter went and got pedicures and they got their nails done. The pedicures were very in depth, I recommend the lime margarita pedi, it was very refreshing. The girls nails came out perfect and exactly how they wanted even with the language barrier. I wont take my business anywhere else out here

The new owners here are very unprofessional, have really terrible, and or disgusting attitudes. I’ve been going to heavenly for years never once had an issue until today’s appointment. They are very careless and so disgusting!

I have been coming here for over 5 Years and they always do a great job on my nails. Never disappointed as they always provide friendly customer service. Clean and cozy atmosphere. Dont hesitate to try them they truly care about their customers and do their best to keep you happy.

It was my first time there and I was helped as soon as I walked in, I had to get a new set because another salon didn’t do well. I was Tiffany’s client and she’s the best! She’s so patient calm and a very nice girl ! She took her time and took care of me well! My new set came out AMAZING Thanks to her! I highly recommend!

The place is clean and staff was pleasant. Its hard to find a good nail tech and I was super surprised that the guy that did my nails did an awesome job. I saw a coment that said that they do not line the basins when doing pedicures but while I was there they all used one. I will definitely being going back.

My go to nail place, quality work and usually a minimal wait time. Didnt give 5 stars because price seems to change by 5 yo10 dollars depending on who you go to.

Terrible. Walked in at 5:30 and asked for a full set and a pedicure. I was told no problem, pick your polish. Done. Sat there. At 6 I was told to go to the pedicure chair. Went there. At 6:05 a lady walked in and asked for a full set and she was immediately seated and they began working on her. At 6:20 I walked out. First and last attempt.

John did an amazing job on my nails I loved them. I am a happy customer and do plan on returning .

I was in Midland on business and just happened to drive by Heavenly Nails...glad I did! The young man (spoke english very well) that filled my nails was very gracious and very good at his job. I would recommend this place to anyone, be it from Midland or out of town.

Not the worst place in midland. Staff was nice, but i felt my nail tech was TOO confident and ended up doing little mistakes. I got a full set, coffin shaped, and my right thumb nail is crooked, and my nails look like they already need to be filled because he did not go all the way to my cuticle and I got them done two days ago. My friend got a heart on her nails and he hand drew it and it looked good but on closer inspection it was kind of messy in some spots. Youd think theyd have some kind of stencil for designs like that?? They were nice, but it wasnt the best customer service ive ever had.

Went in for a full set, i was the last to sit on the pedi chair and the first one to get up the guy practically just cut my cuticles and was done. Am talking to the guy and he says i was talking on the phone and didnt see him work and started raising his voice at me..i refuse to exchange words with an illiterate chinese fool..the female owner stepped in but long run bad pedi experience. I never right a review but just had to do this one for all those who work hard for their money. If you need a place for pedi please go somewhere else were ur dollar n business is appreciated. As far as the manicure..it was on point

Bad place to go.When i got my feet done there at the time they didnt use bags & got a foot bacteria, still dealing w/it tell this day.Thay pick who goes first i sat there 20 min 3 people came after me, went before me. I would give this place a zero, nasty place
