First time customer here (visiting my sister who’s stationed here at Bragg). I waited for about 25 to 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and I was on time. John was my Nail Tech. I think he did a pretty good job. They just don’t apply the cuticle oil or lotion to your hands or at least he didn’t. Apparently they over-booked and had more appointments than they could handle. So I waited another 30 to 40 minutes to get a pedicure, John also ended up doing my pedi because they were too booked and he had a lady cancel with him. They are also a bit pricey ($95), $15 more than what I’m used to paying. I paid $50 for a full set with gel polish and $45 for a pedicure with gel polish.

I visited this location today for the first time. I am very happy with the gel nails they did. Lora was very nice and did excellent work! I will definitely keep going there.

First time customer. I was welcomed and treated kindly by all the staff. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed like I have experienced at other places. I got exactly what I asked for and I love it! I stopped wearing tips many years ago and like to keep my nails simple and gel polished now. I wasnt pressured into getting a full set or made to feel like I needed to buy the highest spa package. I am very happy with my gel mani/pedi and I plan to return in a couple weeks to change the polish.🙂

This was second visit. Im having surgery in a week and needed to have them remove the powder nails that I had done back in January because I wont have the time to get them done nor care for them while recuperating and a manicure. Didnt want a nail color so asked for clear. Had this done on the 18th, polish already peeling . This was all done within a half hour. Felt like I was taking up her time. Not sure if Ill go back.First time I was very happy with the nail service. Young lady was fast and afficient.Had the same young lady for my second visit but felt like two different people.

I went here to receive an acrylic set and asked for the first picture in an almond shape. The shape looked good and was how I wanted but I wasn’t informed that they didn’t know how to do nail art and received a sticker on my nail instead when it was not what I asked for.

I really like modern nails, small, and although it can get busy, they do quality work. The people are friendly, and Lara do my nails exactly how I like, short, and cute.

Been to MANY different shops before I found them. They treat me and my family like family. We go every two weeks and its the four of us. They dont mind turning people away if they know that they will be sitting for a while. They are by far the best and now apart of our family we love them.

I asked for a long length nails & he told me I couldnt get them for what reason idk so he made them short anyways & I made him redo the length I wanted & the finish product was very poorly for the price I paid. People please save your money.

I went in on a Wednesday just to get polish change NOTHING ELSE, because I had just got an fill in on Saturday at my regular nail salon. I stopped here because it was the closes one to me where I was taking care of some business. Anyways soon as I requested a polish change, I got the third degree about what was on top of my real nails. Finally the manager told the lady it was not important just polish my nails. She said something and another gentleman came out to do my nails. He keep saying I need a fill in I advise him no polish change. This man kept filing my nails with the drill until they were paper thin. I was charged $25 for a polish change and less than an hour one of my nails. I called an the manager and he fixed my nail for free but an hour later on my other hand my nail chipped. Now I have an chipped nail and an broken nail. They have messed up my real nails by trying to make an extra buck. My pinky nail is broke across the middle. DO YOUR JOB AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMER IS REQUESTING.

Modern Nail is a horrible place to get your nails done. First, they were rude and TRIED not to give me what I paid for. I asked for long nails and during the filing, the tech was trying to shorten my length tremendously. On top of that, I asked for a glitter color she thought that I was going to accept one coat of GEL polish. She also TRIED to leave my nails crooked and different lengths and what upset me again is I asked for stones to be placed at the bottom of each nail and she kept picking the stones up to place them on my nail with polish, I asked if there was another way for her to place the nails then all of a sudden she couldnt understand English and calls all the staff over to see what the problem was, I then told them all about SIX times that I didnt want any residue over the stones so they could shine I was told there wasnt any other way to place the stone. Finally, after I called them all out for trying to act as if they couldnt understand what I explained to them, they switched techs and the tech that said there wasnt another way to place the stone pulls out the wax pen thats used to place stones so the stones wont have any residue and will have shine the way they are supposed to and the pen allows the tech to easily pick up the stone. The tech was also passing gas thats rude and disgusting. They also said that my sister was too dark for the color red and tried to get over on me. I dont understand Modern nails if Im paying, give me what Im paying for. Its that simple!! I dont recommend anyone to go there unless you dont care about your nails, I should have listened when I was told not to go there.

The design and length I got was quite expensive but overall, they were very fast, good cleanliness and overall I loved the final look! Would definitely come here again.

I went it to have my nails removed. I always thought that nail salons soak nails off so that your natural nails dont get damaged but this woman pried the nails off and it hurt so bad. When I winced in pain, SHE LAUGHED!!!!! My nails are so thin and damaged now. Terrible TERRIBLE service!!!!!! Please do not go here!!!!

I gave this place a second chance after they clipped my cuticles way too far back last month making it painful to walk. Today I specifically told the lady to not clip my nails during my pedicure, she ignored me then proceeded to clip my cuticle making my toe bleed. Definitely will not be coming back.

They where very sweet and patient with my daughter. They painted her nails and made her very happy. They did a great job with my manicure and pedicure as well and the price was great.

Improved atmosphere and newly remodeling. Most people do a good job and you can make an appointment which is advised. They have a lot of employees so usually there isnt much of a wait.

I got a full set of acrylic with gel polish and they are very cute, i told the guy i wanted long nails and he cut them long then kept filing them shorter and shorter after i told him i would be fine paying extra for length. He didn’t listen and i don’t appreciate that. i told him what i wanted and he didn’t give me my length or shape i wanted. i wanted a natural square-coffin shape and he give me coffin and did them very thick. He did not listen and it made me mad. He didn’t take long which was nice but wish he would’ve listened. I will not be coming back

Probably the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I brought my sister to get her nails done and all her nails and my nails are uneven. They have different shapes and dont look right whatsoever. I’m embarrassed and don’t even want to leave my house with how bad they look.

Horrible experience at this nail salon today. I called on Monday & made an appointment to get a gel fill in & pedicure. Note, this is my second time visiting this place. The female I assume is the owner was the nail tech. I arrived on time & she began working on my nails. I noticed that she was speeding through the drilling as if she was rushing to service other customers, but mind you I was the only customer in the salon. I asked her, do you normally speed through customers drilling?She just made a noise & kept speeding through the drilling. At this time, she nips my skin, did not apologize & I asked her to slow down. In a nutshell, I was done with this place & left without getting the pedicure there nor did I have her do anything else to my nails. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I had my pedicure & nails completed at another salon & am very satisfied to say the least.

My mom and I went to get our nails done here yesterday. My mom’s turned out really nice, mine, however, not so much. My nail tech was an older male who was unpleasant, rushed through the process, left dust, bubbles, and nail debris in the acrylic, and some are longer than others. My mom got in a chair 10 min before I did and we both were done at the same time for the same service. He didn’t even put oil on my cuticles, my mom’s tech did it after she noticed. I paid additional for French tips and I’m disappointed. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of 1 is because my mom’s looked nice. We won’t be going back.

Lan was absolutely fantastic. I went for a pedicure with a friend and Lan laughed right along with us while professionally taking care of our tootsies. She also convinced me to get just a basic manicure with clear polish and Im so glad she did.

I went to get acrylics removed. The nail tech was very rough on my nails, leading to one nail to start bleeding. He spent the whole time arching tv on his phone instead of looking at my hands. Called himself giving a manicure by removing some skin and slapping lotion on my hand. I said it hurt and that I started to bleed, but he continued despite this. One of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere.

Just went for my first time and they did an amazing job. Probably the best French manicure and pedicure Ive ever gotten! Ill definitely be going back!

I love this place. I have been twice. The only negative thing is that sometimes they are a little rough when it comes to the Pedis. I dont know how they do when it comes to nail extensions, but they pedicures are great.

I rarely get my nails done due to work but when I can and do I mostly get a pedicure my and eyebrows waxed. And when I do I choose to I go to modern nails, never anywhere else since Ive been in Fay for almost 4 years. I usually get a good experience but the new crew thats on there lately does not take theyre time or do a good job like Andrew and his wife. Im definitely upset because I had to work the day I got a manicure, pedi and eyebrow wax, and they would closed on the 4th, and I would be out of town for a girls trip. 1st my fullset: she was not going to ask me what shape I wanted, she cut them way to short then told me they would look funny if i got the coffin shape I wanted because they are short (i always get coffin with a descent length to work in). Then she gave me the wrong gel color to go with the design I had in mind.2nd my eyebrows: shorty was wayyyy to rough handing my head like she did a good job, only to turn out that my eyebrows are totally different in shape! Not to mention I have a few marks left behind from the waxing under each one. All I asked was for them to be shaped and cleaned up. Now I have a arched brow and and box and arched brow. 🙄3rd my $45 DELUXE PEDICURE THAT WAS NOT SO DELUXE: after I sat still for 30 plus mins waiting for nails to dry, and I mean very still the polish just wouldnt dry. So it smeared from the fan, she takes me back to fix it, and its still not dry even from me sitting in the car still and letting it dry with the air on. By the time an hour passed my regular green toenail polish from them was still wet. Just to only notice that she still left some some pink gel polish I had prior to when I came in.I spent $98 dollars for my girls trip in there before but I will not do it again unless its worth the ones I trust.I spent $98 to look good for my trip just to come home and try to fix my eyebrows myself, go to Walmart and get the right color glitter for my nails because mint did not go with the green or blue I had. And go over my toenails again because it looked like I let a kid do it from the pink left behind on my cuticle with the green I got and since my polish never dried after a hour and a half it still smeared some. NEVER WITH HER AGAIN, DIDNT GET HER NAME BUT I DEFINITELY REMEMBER HER FACE 🙄. Sad thing is I love this place but only with the original crew that Im used to...

My nails are nice but at the same time its uneven and messed up. They just paint your nails really quick and it doesnt look good at the end. The man that did my acrylic nails was really aggressive and uncommunicative. Instead of talking to me ab where to put my hands he grabs it and pushes it away. The lady was nicer for my pedicure but didnt massage well. She was just basically scratching my legs and pulling it. The nail polish looks sloppy and not good selection of paint.

They are the best Salon in the area. I refuse to go anywhere else. They are very polite and professional! When I move to Colorado I am going to be sad because I will not be able to find such good service.

I will start off by saying I will not return to this shop! I use to love coming here the owner is the only one that can do nails! And he’s always “booked”and as of lately he seems like he doesn’t want to do my nails if I’m coming out of my pocket! You better do them right!! My gel polish was rushed and after 2 days I had air bubble in my nails! That doesn’t happen with gel polish I could go on and on but I refuse to spend my money where they really don’t wanna do my nails. Period!

Worst nail salon in Hinesville went there to get a fill and fix one nail I was RUSHED. As he continued I noticed many errors in my nails I told him hey nail 12 and 3 are very crooked and lifting up he tried to fix them and I lost more and more acrylic. When I advised him of the issue a nail broke off RIGHT WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE I did not pay and told him to reimburse me for the amount of a new fill. I should have made him pay for another full set because I now have to start from scratch DO NOT GO HERE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE RIGHT

I asked for ballerina nails and they gave me stiletto with a small square tip. They look like Dracula nails for Halloween. The guy clipped the sides too much and some of them were crooked. I asked for thick layer of acrylic he said ok and didnt do it.The girl that did my pedicure was nice. I was charged $70 for everything but got low quality service and nails. I wont return there.

First visit, I usually would go back home to Savannah,Ga to get my nails done on the weekends but I decided to try them since it was a week day and I needed a nail repair and they came out awesome..

I had a HORRIBLE experience. Very unprofessional, is not current with the latest styles. Provided a picture of the nail shape, AFTER the manicure was started was then told no. Could not do 3-d imaging, when I asked for chrome polish I was told NO because he didn’t like how it looked. Will never return!!!!!!

Nice place but my gel nails lasted about a week

Unhappy with their service and they use cheap products. First off I came in with a picture, I asked them if they would be able to do what was on the picture and they said yes they could. (The nails I wanted were a pale pink, gold, and a grayish blue, then the thumb nail was painted white with the matching pink and blueish color stripes, then at the bottom they had a little gold anchor. It was something i found off pinterest) The first guy who did my Pedi and applied the base coat was great. He was so nice. When he was done he said that someone else would be doing the designs and my manicure. Thats when it went down hill. The new girl let me know that they would not do designs using the gel nail colors and The only colors that she could use that came close to matching was a bright neon pink and a bright sparkly cobalt blue. I told her not to use those because it wouldnt look good with the base colors and that I wanted her to just do gold stripes so it would match. She looked at me like I was stupid, got an attitude, and said well I dont know what you want then She proceeded to do the WORSE stripes I have ever had professionally done. I could have done a better job. A 2 year old could have done a better job. They were sloppy, They were not even close to evenly spaced. a couple of them were crooked and ended up running together. After seeing how well she did the stripes, I told her not to do the anchor. Seriously I wish I could post a picture to show just how bad they were. I went ahead and allowed her to start on my hands (I know I know I should have walked out right then and there) She butchered my cuticles and once again put the worst stripes Ive ever seen. When I checked out they charged me $75, I went ahead and left a tip for the really nice man who I started with. but my nail issues did not stop there. The gel polish did not even last until the end of the day before it started chipping. I called and asked if I could get my money back. He kept dancing around my question saying oh no you just come in and we will redo them #1 My cuticles were so badly eaten up that just running them under water was painful...I didnt even want to think about dipping them in acetone. #2 Their product is cheap and they would probably just chip off again so I blew it off and took this as a learning experience.
