Waited a half hour for appointment. Asked for the back to be trimmed, 6 inches was taken off instead. Asked for short and long layers, had zero. Asked for a certain color it was the complete opposite of what I asked for, and the color was what I asked it not to be. Was so embarrassed had to go to Walmart after and my neck had coloring all over it including my ears. For a coke and cut it took a hour, felt completely rushed out of there.

I made an appointment at this salon after a hairdresser at another salon butchered my hair. I was scheduled with Candace. She did a phenomenal job turning a complete hackjob into something I can style and live with while my hair grows out. She was very honest in discussing what she could do in the first visit and giving me a plan to get things fixed in the long run. The salon is clean and very welcoming. I am definitely sticking with Candace in the future!
