This company is soo unprofessional. They dont communicate with you then they send a bill. They picked up a car for our business July 21st then they didnt contact us telling us they found the car till September 18th. The only reason I gave the. 1 star is because I couldnt give a review with anything less. I will never use such an incompetent business again. Communication is of utmost importance for any reputable business.

This place has been awful, the people there are very unprofessional. They are scam artists and will do everything to try to get more money from you. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be aware. Dont use this business.

Terrible service also took a very long time to show up rushed off didnt even place the car in a safe park zone we asked for it to be parked in the back they refused Im shocked and the ONLY REASON Im not calling and making a complaint is because the lady I spoke to on the phone was absolutely wonderful to speak to very polite direct and respectful if only she was the tower this rating would be 5 stars! to the woman answering the calls you deserve a raise thank you for being so wonderful!

One of their drivers was assigned as the carrier for my car that was sold to Copart auctions. He was courteous, friendly, punctual, and all around pleasant to work with. He made the stressful situation of trying to get rid of my junker car, so much easier. I would recommend this company for any towing needs. I havent used any of their other services, but if its anything compared to their towing service, then its good too. Thank you.

We had used this service previously, quite a few times, and were happy with them. This last time we needed a tow they quoted it would be a half an before they could get there. My husband told them that was fine. An hour later he called and was told they should be there any minute. 45 mins later he called and said never mind. They charged him $65 for canceling the tow when they were almost 2 hrs past when they had said they would be there with no phone call to let him know they were running late for any reason. Now, well never use them again. This is how you treat your loyal/return customers?????Now we are looking for a new towing business to give our business to.The Bechtels

We had our car die in the middle of the highway and they were there as soon as humanly possible. The driver was very upfront, professional, and provided very good quality work in a sticky situation. Can’t beat the cost either! Definitely recommend this business to anyone and will call on them if I ever need it!

Fast and didnt take long to open door

Excellent customer service. Zack who came to tow my vehicle was even trying to diagnose the problem on site before hauling it away. They were able to fix my car at their shop and cut down the price of the tow tremendously because of this. Very fair pricing and had my car up and driving again in 2 days. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who needs a vehicle towed.

I called this company at 8:30 am for a tow, waited 2 hours outside in the cold by my vehicle for assistance to be called back and told the driver wasn’t able to get to my car and could not help me! When actually they NEVER showed up! There was no attempt to rectify or clarify! I was told that the young girl was the only one in the office and she didn’t know what was going on just what she was told! This was a HARD inconvenience and they had no consideration!

Charging $90 just to pull a car out the snow. Right in front of my house is way too much.

Had to get a tow about a month ago.. guy on the phone was nice and figured out exactly where I was . Jo got to me very quick and we had an hour drive which I was nervous about ( I guess tow truck stereotype ). I was more than relieved when I saw a brand new, clean tow truck pull up.. even better when a professional looking young man jumped out with a smile on his face. We were able to talk the whole time and joke, and it made the drive feel like nothin. No matter where I’m at I will always call Misfit Towing first

This was the first time I have ever needed a tow truck so I used Google to see what companies were available. The reviews for Misfit Towing were very good, so I decided to use them. I am very glad I did. From the lady on the phone to the driver that came to tow my vehicle, the entire experience was great. And the price was very good. I highly recommend them.

Cheerful and Friendly Driver showed up within 20 minutes. Was told $45 over the phone (depending on ease-of-pickup/drop-off) and charged $45 when done. He even let my nephew operate the truck to help unload the car! He made a cool experience out of the situation. First local place Ill deal with from now on.

I have to say I will use them again if in the area. They came picked me and my kids up and took our Tahoe to the dealership to get fixed then took us to a place we can stay while it gets fixed. The guys even helped car our carseats in and where awesome with my kiddos. They even gave us a ride to the hotel.

This company did a great job of caring for my car while getting it on and off the flatbed. The driver/operator was very good and knowledgeable.

I had to pre schedule a tow to an automotive shop just before the shop closed so that my car could be repaired the following morning. They were prompt, with the time promised, courteous and professional. And I thought the fee was very fair and lower than other tow companies. I will definitely use Misfits again if needed.

Had a company truck towed... the two young men that assisted me on the side of the highway were very quick, professional. Being a driver for a company and a former recovery worker myself, I’ve delt with many different companies and workers and these were by far at the top. Can’t beat the prices, can’t beat the service. He told me one thing said another. I don’t understand if I’m paying to get my truck towed from Frankfort does it matter what side of town I live to get the key from me. Obviously I don’t have a car to bring it to him so what other can he get the key. He started yelling at me that he’s on the other end of town the rudest towing service I ever called the worst thing about it is he’s only 6 mins away from my house that’s not even across town smh competition towing is going to do it without any problems
