Horrible experience living there. They did construction in the Laundry room which sent huge amounts of concrete dust through a hole filling me entire apartment. We spoke to the manager who said what Am I supposed to do. No cleaning or help were offered. Also alot of college kids are givin apartments there, loud partying and drunk driving on property with no action taken. And now they took us to collections because we left a month early due to their incompetence and refusal to fix damage they caused.

Property management company didn’t give my deposit back after I moved from apartment, manager told me your deposit mail to your new address, it been six months, I never got my deposit back. I call six to seven time manager told me accounting department behind issue check, Tracy apartment and also bad bug problems, very old property no maintenance and charge lot of rent. I don’t recommend this apartment

Ive only lived here under the current management, and I noticed most reviews were posted under previous management. Current management is great. They are friendly, easy to work with, and readily available to get in touch with. Maintenance has always been able to get to our issues in a timely manner. The biggest problems seems to be that unfortunately management and maintenance are having to play catch up with cleaning up after previous management. They are also always trying to promote community by bringing in food trucks, hosting complex wide virtual games, and offering other things for residents.

DO NOT COME IN TO THIS APARTMENT! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! I’m being charged ridiculous amounts for this trashy place. I loved living here it was literally the best until now. They have no maintenance on site, it’s like a forest in here, charge you for no reason, the manager is awfully rude. You have to “hunt” the manager down for responses. THE APARTMENT IS LITERALLY FALLING OFF. About a month ago a resident at the place was being rude to me and I told the manager and she did absolutely nothing so I had to call police. Just wait till you have to deal with the manager. The worst place to live don’t recommend. Because of this I have moved into a better place.

Old apartment, charge too much rent, no maintenance guy on property, no real people come on phone just live voicemail. Bed bugs . Not worth your money
