I lived here for over a year and I was very pleased with my experience. The newest management change has been such a blessing to this property as they are making some needed changes throughout. Maintenance was always attentive when needed and if I had any issues, the office was quick to help in the best way possible. I will miss living so close to the interstate and such easy access to White House and Goodlettsville. This place is a little haven from the big city but conveniently close to go out with friends and family to enjoy downtown Nashville. I would recommend this apt complex to people looking to move to a pet friendly apt with convenient location and amenities.

Would give 0 if possible. The apartments are so old and they do not renovate them properly. The floors cave in because they just have been pitting new flooring one on top of the other and the older layers are corroding. The manager, Kellie K is horrible, unfriendly and never willing to properly help when a issue occurs. I put in a work order for my light bulb going out in my hallway and they did not send anyone for a week. When I went in to ask what happened to my request they said they will not change the bulbs but will help remove the light fixture if needed. When my husband got upset they they didn’t tell him this when he came in to put in the Work order they said they will not speak to him because he is not yet on the lease and so they will not take payments or work orders from him or deal with him for anything at all. Which would have been fine if they had not been so rude in saying so. The apartment themselves are just not well kept enough to be paying the amount they are charging. As for the manager and office staff they are just not pleasant to work with!!!!

We have lived here for over 10 years and hate to leave. Kelly Krantz has done a wonderful job managing this property!! She is amazing! The staff for the majority of our stay was horrible! Kelly came in and overhauled the property and made it new again! I hate to leave her! She is the absolute best manager we have ever had here or anywhere else!!

From the very beginning of our relationship with The Ridge they upheld the highest quality of customer service and always made us feel valued as residents. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally. I always felt safe no matter what the time of day was. I never had to park far from my apartment. LOVED having a storage space to keep our things. We opted for one of the bigger two bedroom floor plans, and had plenty of room. The kitchen offered tons of cabinet space and counter space. All appliances worked perfectly and never needed any work. The amount we paid each month was well-worth the comfort and peace of mind that we had while living here. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone.

Since living her its been fairly decentGive or take a few issues regular to an apartment thats not too expensive, the place is nice. Heather has always been super cool and fun to speak to, and helps out very well. The other girl Tabatha is nice as well and both have been there when I need them for help on anything with my apartment.Highly recommend here if needing a place of your own.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. First the original management couldn’t keep any maintenance men. Then they originally were treating the pool with bleach!!!! Any maintenance requests put in were either marked off as fixed but never even came to my apartment or were just half way fixed. Then the new management took over. Same thing with the maintenance. The management couldn’t keep track or find any information about our original lease. I was asked to give 60 day notice for early lease ending. Which I did. I even paid my fee early. Always paid on time. But after I moved I was charged $1200 in fees and was charged for an extra months rent. After calling multiple times with no reply I received a call from a collection agency saying they turned it in..... A WEEK AFTER I MOVED!!! If you want terrible living, horrible neighbors, and for them the screw you financially? Move here!

This place is pretty great overall, but don’t expect your maintenance requests to ever get responded to unless you hound them. It took them over a week to fix my leaky sink. I thought it would be a priority because they wouldn’t want water damage, but I put the request in on a Saturday and they didn’t look at it til I asked again on Tuesday. He said he’d be back the next day and then didn’t come again til Friday because he was “waiting on parts.” My living room window wouldn’t stay up on its own. He came and looked at it, said he had to order parts and then never came back. A few months later I put in a new request and same thing happened. Finally, while dealing with sink I put in another request and it finally got fixed. Now my wall is literally separating from the ceiling due to obvious water damage. I put in the first request over 2 months ago and nothing. When I asked about it they just tell me the maintenance guy is so busy. Now it’s separating in the other room too, so it’s gone all the way through. Sent another maintenance request. That’s been over a month and nothing. The wall is literally separating from the ceiling and nothing. There’s probably mold up in there. These guys are real nice to you, but they don’t get things done. Office hours are inconsistent. Every time I swing by, it seems like they’re closing early. I had to hound them for a key to the workout room. I was promised a copy of my updated lease that I never got. They say a lot of things that never happen. The cons of the actual apartment: very little storage and thin floors so you can hear everything the people below you do.Pros: the landscape is pretty, the layout is great at making the most of a small space, and it’s cozy. The neighbors I’ve met are nice. Valet trash service.I really love living here ... so long as I don’t need anything from the office/maintenance staff.

I usually do not review places but I would feel better knowing that I helped at least one person by making this known. This used to be a nice place to live up until a couple months ago now its all about the money not about the customer service. The new girl in the office Heather is the most rude person Ive ever had to deal with and Tabatha is okay if you catch her on a good day other than that she will not come out of her office to address issues she will loudly speak up so you can hear her but will not come out to face you. A person who pays rent here should not feel unwelcome or hesitant to go into the office to report a work request or even to ask anything at all. But living here you have to go into the office because their lack of communication they WILL NOT answer the phone they have caller ID and if they want to avoid you they can and they will. If I go in to ask about a maintenance issue they play the blame game of whose fault it is for the problem not being fixed because maintenance is horrible and nobody knows what is going on. Save your money and move somewhere where you will be treated better and where they care about the people who live there.

We were told rent would be 840 for a 2 bedroom we are now paying 935 with all the added on expenses. No cameras for safety. The office staff never answers the phone when you call nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone around here. Moving in was horrible whatever crew they had to clean up and get the place ready sucks they pained over dust, halfway filled in holes in the walls. Also we noticed bugs after the first few days of moving in had to go to the office because no one would answer the phone to notify them they sent out a bug man, but the bugs only got worse and she said “ a lot of people are complaining about bugs right now.” Not worth the money you pay 0/10 would recommend.

I moved to TN about three months ago. I was reviewing online for apartments and even though I read some reviews that suggested I stay away from The Ridge I decided to go check them out based on knowledge that people create false reviews out of malice. I happened to keep a conversation going with the staff member, Heather, about the area and was surprised at the time it took to get approved as it happened before I left. Since living here I have had several interactions with Heather as well as Tabitha and have had nothing but positive experiences. They both have helped when issues came about and have responded to messages within a reasonable amount of time. I have not really found any of these other reviews to be completely truthful. I however have paid my rent on time and have never had any complaints against me so I can not comment on how they handle those aspects of business with other tenants. Overall from this complex compared to others I have lived in (travel a lot for military so there are quite a few) this would rate as one of the better ones and the staff would be among the most helpful.

Office lady is the most unprofessional, confrontational girl i have ever had to deal with. tabitha was great but this new girl causes nothing but problems and has absolutely no idea how to run a property! not to mention, shell look you dead in the face and lie to you. manipulate, harass and intimidate to get money out of you. maintenance is a joke and theyre rude as well. we pay extra for trash valet but they NEVER pick it up. this place has gone downhill ever since peak living bought it and this new little girl took over. i advise stay far away. the cheaper prices are not worth the conditions or the headache!

I guess the place is okay but the unit preppers hardly cleaned and just painted over everything causing bubbles on the walls. Youll want to avoid single apts that are bottom floor because of mildew and mold. Price is decent in comparison.

I have lived here a few years now. The office staff is nice and the new property management team has added a few things but the maintenance is horrible. They make no effort to clear the parking lots. Our hill is a solid sheet of ice cant make it up. People careless of others who live here just block the road so no one can get around.

Use to be a nice place. Now, I look across the way and see trailer trash! People actually cover their windows with Spiderman towels?! Also saw people cover their windows with what looks like foil wrap! Neighbor actually hit the back of my car, while my car was parked in my parking space. Ended-up having to get a rental while my car was being fixed because it was hit so badly. If you dont mind trailer trash, then youve come to the right place. The so-called courtesy officer is a jerk. He has a really crappy angry cop attitude. If you are late with rent, for just 15 days, they will start eviction proceedings. Wow! They will collect can goods for the needy but will throw families out into the streets if they are late with rent, after only 15 days! Awful. When we first moved here, the place was pretty nice. It has been 1 1/2 years and it has gotten worse. With NO explanation, they gave us a notice stating they will not renew our lease. What nice people, right? It is too bad. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Yall where there opening and closing to door all morning but kept locking it. I was there 20 mins before my appointment and I stayed 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment! Its disappointing knowing this is the second apartment that has stood me up and ignored the fact that I had appointment. Dont have a website where you can schedule your own appointments if you arent going to be there at the correct time. Waste of my time and gas. Thanks.

It should be 0 stars. When you call the office no one is in and they dont return your calls. You have to send them emails and even with that they DONT CARE. All they are worried about is RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND TAKING YOUR MONEY. They are so cheap to fix things and have maintenance people that dont know how to fix things. Maintenance says one thing and management says the other thing. Valet trash service is a joke because it doesnt exist. Neighbors dont even care they let their kids run around and scream at all hours of the day and night, neighbors will mess up your car and not even report it to you. Theres no security and some of the outside lighting is turned off . Ghetto cars come in and out of the place at all hours with blasting music. There have been several instances where there was drug deals going on.Best advice i can give is to stay far away from peak living and its properties. They will over charge you on rent and try to get you kicked out when you request for repairs. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME JUST BUY A HOUSE OR RENT ELSEWHERE. WHY STAY WITH A PROPERTY WHERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU?

I will start with the good things. They keep property clean. Trash comes Sun-Thursday and get it from your door. There are dumpsters though for Hugh garbage.Residents dent your vehicles with no hestitation, if your neighbors are quiet you have it made but if there not this is what you will get all times of night: walls so thin that you literally hear there converations, children playing and the family coming home closing the door, walking sounds like stumping and if they drop something it sounds like a DERN bomb went off . Floors/ Walls entirely to thin. My faucet runs very low pressure. You can see laundry room from living room and theres no door. If it wasnt for little things that adds up it would be okay. Dos are alright sizes in the one story 2 bed rooms.

Beware of this Place! You will live here forever... lol It is that wonderful I moved in my apartment here April of 2014 and I am sad to say I am leaving but only due to buying a home of my own! Let me start with the awesome office staff Tabitha and Deanna they go above and beyond to make sure every time I had to call or come in the office I was greeted and treated with nothing but the warmest atmosphere. Chris the Maintenance man Is superb! & for the longest they were short on maintenance but that did not stop Chris from keeping things a float all by himself. I am happy to say he now has a helper and I am sure things will keep going great for this place. Plenty of reasons to move here first being how close it is to everything 5 minutes from krogers where I did all my grocery shopping and 8-10 minutes from the mall/ Walmart in Rivergate. It felt peaceful at night being able to sit out on my deck and not hear loud music or the hustle and bustle of the city noise. Millersville Police patrol the area two/ three times a day being that this is the only apartment community in the town but it makes you have that feeling of security knowing that they keep an eye on things for the community. I highly recommend The RIdge at Green Haven and all the great things this place has to offer.
