Amazing VIP location! I have been coming to this store for different services for almost 2 years, and I have never had any issues! All the employees are very kind and attentive to the vehicles they work on, getting everything done efficiently and quicker then most automotive shops. I will always choose this location over any other and recommend anybody who hasn’t to come visit.

The customer service is outstanding! Their knowledge and patience to show me the things that might need attention on my truck later down the road gives me an idea of what to look forward in the future like brakes and possibly tires. They are always friendly and always treat me like family. By the way I think Marlow is the sweetest and is the most charming over the phone. These guys are top notch

I brought my car here a year ago because my front end was making a noise and my regular garage couldn’t get my car in for a month. They took it the next day and fixed the problem. The manager was so nice and professional that I thought when I need to buy new tires that’s where I’m going. Stopped in at 3 on Sunday and they took me right in and replaced my tires. I very pleased with the service. I will be going back.

Love the service from this place. Everytime I come in the guys take care of me, getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If there’s anything wrong with my car, they make sure to let me know and don’t push it too hard. Have yet to have a bad experience here.

I have always been a regular customer of VIP in Augusta, Maine because their customer service and the service to my vehicle has always been exceptional. This time I stopped into the VIP in Winslow, Maine because my vehicle was nearby and needed a tow to be fixed. They were super nice and accepted my vehicle to be towed to them with no issues at all. They took the time to talk with me about what could be wrong with my vehicle and said they would fit me in to look at it. I was afraid I wouldnt get the same service at this location like I did at Augusta, but it was just as good and I was pleasantly surprised. I believe it was the manager, Patrick, who gave me the great service! I will gladly use VIP in Winslow, Maine as a regular mechanic to service my vehicle. Thank you, You made my bad day better!

These guys are awesome! Im very picky about who works on my car but this crew is top notch by far. To the point in fact that I sent my mother and sisters to the same place for tires and service. These guys explained to all of them of what repairs may be coming up down the road for each vehicle and did fast work. All the girls came back to me with an education about their car and were impressed at how professional the crew was. Ive been going to vip Winslow Maine for some time starting back in 2018 . Ive been a regular customer starting with a 2018 ford focus and now a 2013 Dodge charger. I have been treated very well with no issues and well respected. Ill continue to come here for years to come thanks to the staff who has gone beyond my expectations.

Ive had all four tires replaced on both my Q5 and A4 Audis and everything went perfectly. Every one of the techs were beyond helpful and kind, which is the complete opposite of the Rockland branch. I wish I had gotten their names but the guys working on 10/17/20 definitely deserve a raise because so far theyre one of the few tire shops to do a good job and at least tell me when something is wrong instead of just sending us on our way. Only 5 stars because they dont go any higher👍

I am very pleased with the service that I have received at VIP in Winslow, Maine. I feel well taken care of, and that my lack of knowledge about my car, is NOT held against me. I received a great oil change, if you would consider an oil change - great, and have been back a couple of times, for attention to a low tire pressure issue. Slow and could not comprehend a simple task.I asked for them to put new tires on that I had with me.Dropped it off at 9 AM on a Monday morning.6 hours later it was not done and they were trying to point out other issues that I never asked them to do.I asked for the tires put on...Simple task that wasted an entire day of time.

I stopped coming to this location a couple years ago due to an old manager there that was unprofessional... But let me say the new manager Pat has earned my continued business that guy helped me in a bind when no other shops would pinpointing my problem on my jeep in the parking lot which amazed me... Fixed in under an hour and no more death wobble !!!! Thank you Pat for your professionalism and skills!

I have been using the Winslow VIP for years and every time I go in, I get fast friendly, and expert service. Then if I walk in with an unscheduled repair, they always seem to fit me in, even when they are fully booked. I feel like they also try to minimize the cost of repairs, attempting to package things together to give you a deal on them. They also know both my name and my vehicles. All in all, I am very happy with their service, and will continue to recommend them.

Had an appointment scheduled for 11am Saturday. Inspection was quick, and Zach behind the counter had answers for us in moments as to what to expect for repairs. We were told it would be late afternoon before they would be able to start my exhaust job. I got a call at 1:30pm Saturday afternoon, my car was finished! Very impressed with this great, quick service. Zach also remembered us from when my boyfriend brought his car for work in months ago. Great customer service, and great work. Thanks all!

I posted an earlier review of how I have been pleased with the Winslow VIP service of my vehicles the last couple of years but recently they charged me $50 for an air filter that I could have gotten at Walmart for $10. A couple of days ago Pat, the manager, called me and apologized. He said that it was a computer error that basically double charged me. He was generous to make it up by offering a free oil change. I appreciated his offer and will continue to use the Winslow VIP for my vehicle maintenance needs. I appreciate their friendly, punctual professional services at a reasonable price.

Today I bought four tires from VIP in Winslow. I had previously shopped around and couldnt find a better price, so went there. I was serviced by Zachary. I received the most courteous and efficient service I have had in a very long time. I waited no longer than a half an hour and in that time they installed four new tires, did an alignment, checked my oil and did everything else. After Zach had patiently and politely answered all of my questions, he told me the final out the door price which included a road hazard warranty and the price was much less than I had anticipated. Zach is an exemplary employee and is very knowledgeable about his work and the company. The technician who also worked on my car did an excellent job in record time. I have always taken my car to the dealership in the past, but this is my second time taking my car to VIP and they have won my loyalty. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends.

Very quick, yet thorough, in and out, they give you a printed alignment check and look over your car, and really tell you whats going on, and even bring you out to see what is wrong. Pat and Zack were very friendly and the new waiting room was clean and had plenty of room.

Specifically, I would like to point out the manager, Pat, who took time explaining my options and giving me recommendations both over the phone and in person. Pat also carefully filled out and walked me through the Goodyear rebate information. I definitely appreciate when someone helps me save money! I feel confident that I can trust these guys with my car for any future wheel and tire questions I may have.

Could not even do tire change same day 3 or 4 days wait what a joke

Staff was helpful. They were able to fit us in for an appointment the morning I called which was great! The only negative from our trip was that they did not bag the dirty tires that they put in my back seat after I specifically asked for bags.Overall, a good experience.

Brought my recently purchased used car in after I started to hear a noise in the front end. Was able to have it looked at quickly ( the same day ) and the problem was fixed the next day. One specific member on your team went above and beyond and understood my request of having the repairs done quickly due to leaving out of state with my family in a few days. I cant say enough good about Pat and the crew at VIP in Winslow. Ive had to replace a number of rims and tires on 3 family & business vehicles the past few months and Pat has bent over backward to find the best balance of quality and affordability. Communication is always clear, prices are always fair.

I took my older car here for a state inspection. They seemed professional, but its apparently a fairly strict place to get a sticker. Also, their labor costs are almost double that of some good independent shops in the area. Im sure VIP is taking most of the money away from the mechanics. I took my car elsewhere and got a sticker for my beater for way under half the cost VIP wanted. In short, if you have a beater that you dont want to dump a lot of money into look elsewhere.

I brought my SUV to the Winslow, Maine VIP to have new studded snow tires put on. Zakk Taylor was able to schedule me in almost immediately and made the process very simple. I was able to drop my vehicle off to him before work and it was ready shortly after. He was very professional and attentive and I will be scheduling car services with him in the future.

On Saturday, October 8, 2016 I brought my Subaru XV Crosstrek in to VIP Tires & Service in Winslow, Maine to replace all 4 of my tires. The people were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in about an hour and everything was explained very well to me. I had Kelly Edge tires put on my car and I had found a cheaper price elsewhere but they matched the price for me. I’ve been a customer for years and have had a variety of repairs done to my vehicles from oil change to front end alignment. I’ve never had an issue with their repairs or services.I appreciate the free multi-point inspection. If there is something wrong I’d rather they find it while the vehicle is in the lift than me find myself on the side of the road.I like that their service bays are clean and well lit. Their technicians seem conscientious and motivated.Winslow VIP tires and service works for me.

I came from Virginia to visit family and my car was pulling really badly, so I stopped in and Laura and her group were great. They gave me no nonsense answers and no hard sells. I appreciate being able to go into a car store and not being treated like a child because Im a woman.

Ive purchased several sets of tires and have been very happy with the service Ive received. I always have them do my alignment and rotation every 6,000 miles. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Their hours are great so it makes it easy to make an appointment based on my schedule.

VIPs Multi-point-inspection is a valuable free service that can catch problems before they become critical. On several occasions theyve caught issues on my cars well in advance of failure. I trust VIP to keep my families cars in good working order and will continue to do so in the future.

I had to get my tires replaced and got a very good deal on new tires for my GMS Sierra 4WD. I happened to mention the old tires wore more quickly than expected and during investigation we found the shocks and struts needed replacement. All was done quickly and now the truck rides much more solidly and I expect these tires will last as expected. Great service and knowledge - Thanks!
