This is our first investment property and he’s been really helpful in our learning process. No extra charge for dealing with us newbies either 😊

We rented a house last year that was managed by Todd Randolph. The level of customer service he provided was absolute night and day compared to the other realty management company properties we looked at. The approval process was smooth, and there was no issues with anything during the time we lived there. He always responded to my emails or calls within 24 hours. When we moved out of state so I could accept a job promotion, Todd worked with the property owners, myself, and the incoming renters, so the whole transition process could be coordinated to meet everyones needs. We moved from NC to the Nashville TN area in November and due to a bad experience with another property management company, we were left stranded in a hotel with all of our things on a moving truck. We looked online and found a home being handled by Property Management Inc. Middle TN. We were able to view it right away. We applied to rent the house and the process was quick and easy. They went out of their way to get the home ready so we could move in fast. Any issues we might have are quickly addressed and taken care of and being able to view our rental account and pay our rent online is so convenient. I thought Todd was ok at first until after I moved in. He had the neighbors spying on me. I only lived in this place for only a month. He knew everything I was doing when I was coming and going who came over to the house I felt like I was being stalked I couldnt take the scrutinizing every move I made I honestly think he was doing it because Im African American so I moved out on my own free will Then this company had the audacity to file an Forcible Entry and Detainer which is not true like I stated I moved on my own.Im seriously thinking about filing a discrimination lawsuit against them Please DO NOT use this company when looking to rent a property theres other companies that will treat their clients with respect
