You get a different nail tech every time you go even though you want one in particular! Ive been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old and Im 33 now and because of them and the terrible service they provide I just decided to say hell with getting them done!! The male tech that sets in the front rushes and cakes the gel polish on and cant get a shape correct or even nails!!! Oh if you get long nails they cant get the acrylic on thick enough on the tip of your nails that you wind up breaking the tip off and you tell them this and they tell you its because of the shape you pick! No its because you dont apply enough acrylic on the tip of my nails!! Im only getting coffin shape so why would that be the reason for breakage a day or two later when Im not doing anything rough with my hands to brake my nails!?!?

They were very busy, but once it was my turn the hot water was out. They were very apologetic about it though and didnt rush my pedicure even though it was past 7 oclock. My pedicure was still amazing and I will return.

If I could use zero stars, I would. I had the worst pedicure ever in more than 30 years. There was dust everywhere and nothing in the place looked clean. Horrible experience. I could have done a pedicure myself and it would have looked better. Never going back.

I had a mid price pedicure and it was all of 30 minutes. He didn’t even have my first foot soak before he pushed my cuticles . My feet had barely soaked when he did my heels. I left there with thick calloused skin still on my heels. I could have done better myself but can’t bend due to hip replacement. Would not recommend unless you have a name of someone there who is good. The guy I had was not!

Went with my Granddaughter to have our nails done. They were a little busy and we had to wait. People came in after us. They talked, you could tell the lady was a regular customer. They started working on my Granddaughter and moved me to a table and said he was going to begin. I waited and I waited and waited, FINALLY I turned around to see where he went and he was at another station working on the lady that had come in way after us. And we knew by the talk beforehand she did NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! Needless to say I was upset, I left and waited for my granddaughter outside. Thats not a nice way to treat people. Each patron is just as important as the other.

Great experience here both times very happy with their services and Kim is amazing with doing designs! Wont go anywhere else.

Amazing, they always do an amazing job. The prices are very reasonable especially since I get complicated nails lol. Ombre coffin shape. I pay 65 to 70 depending on colors plus a tip of course because they work so hard and do amazing. I will always go here from now on. Ive been 4 times in the last 2 months, never had a bad experience.

If you haven’t been to this place before you have to stop in!!!! The service was so good and fast. Kim did my nails and she did them exactly how I wanted them and I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you Kim so much again for the great service 😁

They did amazing! Apart from one who cut my aunts finger. Dont know if they were new? But they apologized to her, it was minor but still. I had Anna and she was so meticulous and very sweet. Wish they had some music though that wouldve been really relaxing

I absolutely love this place since i moved here. They make sure to accommodate whatever i want on my nails even if its difficult and the man named Commi is outstanding especially on my ombre nails! Came out better than i expected.

This is my new nail salon from now on. I literally googled the best nail salon in Georgetown and it was the first one that came up. They already have really good reviews and stay busy. You can have an appt or walk in.

The man did my nails all wrong and was worried about everything else but my nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I don’t like (pretty nails) neither but I would go over there then spend my money at deluxe nails. Some of the people in there do great but many don’t care how your nails come out an plus they charged me 55 for a Full set which is fine it’s more cheaper then usual but when I came bacc in 2 weeks they charged me 55 for a fill in. long story short take ur money elsewhere

This shop may have some decent nail techs but, sadly I got a bad one. When i left three of my nails had violently cut into i was bleeding all over the mail file and he didnt stop until I said something! I wonfer how sanitary this salon is since they just let you bleed all over their utensils. One of the worst experiences ever and i didnt even got so much as an apology!

First time here. The staff was welcoming and very efficient. I came in for a fill and a small design along with reshaping of my nails. The gentleman that did my nails was quick and precise. The lady who did the design was awesome. I took a picture in and she was able to replicate it effectively. Total time spent from in the door to out the door, mind you there were 3 others in front of me, approx 90 mins. No nicks, cuts, lumps or bumps. I will be back 😍

Great and wonderdful place! Showed a pic of what i wanted and they made a lil different but it turned out better than the pic! It was quick and painless. Very friendly too. I cant wait to go back and get my nails done again. Excellent for the price you pay

I brought my disabled mother for mani/pedis for her birthday yesterday. She is in a wheelchair and has a lot of trouble with mobility. I wish I had gotten the name of the tech who did her services because he was AMAZING. He was so gentle and helped me with getting her into the pedi chair (which were designed perfectly for our needs), and I didn’t even ask! He asked often if she was okay and to tell him if anything hurt. He was very patient with her and her ticklishness. The nail tech was simply perfect for moms first time in a salon in years, since long before her stroke. He stayed with us thru the mani and pedi and held the door open for us on the way out. If anyone is looking for a great place to bring a disabled friend or family member, I highly recommend Deluxe. They are incredibly accommodating and patient.

I guess they raised the prices here and havent updated their menu!!! I got a acrylic FILL IN with cat eye nail polish, MY NAILS WERE ALREADY ALMOND SHAPE, and asked to have them slightly shorter. The guy charged me$40.Should havebeen $30. Needless to say I didnt tip him! I feel like they add their own tip to your total. I might start going to 5 star nails instead next time bc at least I know a fill in for acrylic is $20 and cat eye nail polish is extra $5. This used to be a good salon, but after shutdown, they have not been on the A game. I believe the nail tech should go over prices when you sit down and tell them what you want, so you know what going on

This used to be the best salon in town. Now however they have so many people that they just rush through, do not listen to the customer, and you leave unsatisfied. I have always loved them but this is my last time coming considering the past 3 times have been awful.

I went yesterday 07/25/2020 around noon to get my nails done. While there, I requested Gel polish. The entire time the technician was doing my nails, it felt extremely rushed. When my technician finished, I had Gel polish in many places on my fingers besides my finger nails. Additionally and again because my technician rushed, my nails didnt fully cure under the UV light. I noticed right when I stepped into my car and walked back in for them to fix it (which they did). However today (07/26/2020), the gel on some of my fingers peeled off like they hadnt fully cured under the light either. Ive provided pictures of some of the nails in question. I will be going back when they open for them to fix it. Im really disappointed because I only went to this salon due to their high ratings.*Update*I went back to the salon and they fixed them no issue at all. Im very pleased with how my nails turned out this time.

Called within a days notice to make an appointment for a fill-in. Once I went in, I was immediately greeted and sat to be worked with. They’re materials were clean and the workers have good quality! Highly recommend, especially for manicures!

There is a young guy who does not understand English! Stear clear of him, all i had done was have the fake nails removed he removed my whole nail my nails was so long i had to keep saying no over and over i had to switch to someone else who did exactly what i asked

I asked for black French tipped nails. He decided to paint my whole nail, and then said they’d fix them if I would pay double ? The nails weren’t even put all the way up towards my cuticles. I’ve had them for a week and they’re already needing to be redone. Don’t recommend.

Perfect experience. The nail tech took his time and made sure each nail was perfect. I got SNS with a full set and I couldnt be happier with the color and shape. Id strongly suggest making an appointment here. I know Ill be making many more.

Everyone that is employed here can apparently all do pedicures. Only 3 people can do nails, so you get your pedicure first and nails are an hour out. Looks like some people have quit too.

Im new to Georgetown, so I thought Id try a local salon. I looked on line, read reviews and chose Deluxe based on reviews, overall rating and the fact that it was a Sunday and they were open. They were busy, I waited for 45 minutes and left. The way they were taking clients was by asking, whos next instead of looking at the sign in sheet. I will go back to Top Nail Salon in Hamburg where they know how to keep up with whos next

I had been going to a different nail salon for the past 14-15 years. Never went to a different place. I decided to try Deluxe and I will say......I will never go back to my old place for my nails. Deluxe will get my business every time. Very nice staff, very versatile with a lot to choose from. Ive never been happier

Because the people definitely know how to do there job...very clean environment.

I told the guy there that I wanted my nails as short as he could get them. He cut them off and I told him I would like them shorter. He told me that it was short enough! I told he again I would like them shorter than that. He just continued working. He asked me the colors I wanted and I told him and he would just laugh about it. He also kept asking me if I was also doing a pedicure. I said no three time. Nails were all different lengths and too long. I fixed them when I got home. Will not be back.

I went in july 3rd to get my nails done here and by july 6th I had anail fall off on its own no I didnt hit it or anything so I go to have it replaced and the next day another finger did the same thing !!!! Thier stuff is very poor quality because when I got get acrylic at L.A nails I can keep those on for almost a month yes they grow hella out but I mean they still hold strong !! I will not be going back here its a waste of your money goto L.a nails!!!

One nail broke after a week of getting them done. I called today in the morning and let the manager know I was going today and her words were “Come anytime today. Called her again at 5:30pm to let her know i’d be there at 6:00pm she said ok. Got there at 6pm and waited 40 mins, was told I had to wait another 20 mins or come back a different day. I left and called to let her know my frustration. I said I had taken time to call twice and let her know about 30 min before I got there and she said everyone has appointments, so I asked so why didnt you suggest that in the morning when I called you said come anytime and I also called 30Min before arriving.Then I told her I was frustrated and will probably never go back again and I said thank you, her answer was “You’re welcome”. That’s how much she cared about my frustration. She is SO inconsiderate and where are her customer service skills? And she’s the manager?I will not give one more penny to this nail salon. This is the first bad review I write, if that tells you anything!

Great place all around. Technicians are friendly and very talented at what they do. I go at least once a month for a new set of SNS nails and a deluxe spa pedicure.

I was a walk-in trying to kill some time! Immediately I signed in & they started taking off my old dip. I had new SNS dip done & she was so friendly & my nails look amazing.

This salon is the best. My friend and I got an appointment for 6:30 and when we got there they had a long wait but we went as soon as a spot opened we went. They other people weren’t happy but we were like power of an appointment. The lady who did our nails was so quick we got sns and it was amazing. Will definitely go back.

New owners, they are all very friendly, however, the shortest pedicure ever and not done well! I filed my nails in the shape that I wanted, showed it to him and he still made them straight across. Just wanted a little rounded is all, also done very quickly and not done well. I gave them a 3 because of cleanliness and friendliness. Will not go back!

I wanted coffin shaped nails, and multiple fingers are meased up, i had the marble design on 2 finhers but the messed up and put the color i had for the other nails on the two suppose to be marble and didnt take the color back off so i had pink around the edges! Worse nail experience EVER!

I have never paid $40 for a fill in, until today. Especially for one that I am not happy with. My nails are uneven and crooked. But, the lady was nice and tried her best. So overall, customer service was good, price and service not so much :/

Every time i go, i get just about the same length and just a solid color, but it’s a different price EVERY time. when i first started going i spent about $30 and now it’s jumped all the way up to $55 for something i’m not even really that satisfied with. they’re usually pretty good about getting the correct nail shape and length, but not this past time. all of my nails were uneven. i had to go home and fix them all myself. i used to love the place and people but i don’t see my self spending that much money and possibly more money for something i’m not completely satisfied with for much longer.

Positive: Shape and quality good.Negative: I requested my favorite color but a substitute color was used without telling/asking me.My friend had wrong polish as well on a different occasion without being asked if it was ok to substitute. You may want to confirm you are getting the right color BEFORE they start polish.

I have never been to a nail place that has done so good. He was very cool. We went a little after 6 on a Sunday and he took us in when everyone else was closed. My nails turned out beyond perfect.

Best place in town! I started having my nails done by Sam over 10 years ago, and then moved and stopped getting them done. But now I’m back at it, and I drive 30 minutes just to have them done by Sam! He is by far the best!

David is the BEST!! I’ve tried going here a few times and he is by far the best in my opinion. I always do SNS nails and he is so precise and meticulous, as am I! My nails are absolutely beautiful, and he is so nice!

Depending on the person you get will be the quality you receive, Ive had mostly great experiences here, there has been 2 people there that Ive been extremely disappointed with but my most recent visit it seems they are no longer employed there! Theyve done alot of updates and its very nice,price is rather great as well

I went in to have a manicure, and have my Nails painted with a french tip. She cut off my long nails, to very short. She painted them and did a french tip paint. She said it would last a week. Not even 24 hrs later the white paint had chipped off several of my nails, just from taking a shower. When I went back in the next day they said they would paint them, but I didnt have time as I was leaving out of the country. I asked if they would give me a refund, or a gift certificate so i could get them repainted when I got back. They said nope. Im very dissatisfied that they didnt stand behind their work.

I am a full-time RV-er so while traveling the country I have been to a lot of nail salons. I have to say that The SNS nails I had done by Johnny were the best I have had. Strong but thin, the polish was perfect and I am going on 4 weeks and they still look good - I do need a fill-in or to have them redone because my nails have grown out, but they still look great.If I am in this area again I will definitely return to Deluxe Nails and Spa!!

I got my nails done for the first time here a little less than a year ago and Ill never go anywhere else. Sam is amazing and does a great job. Id recommend it to anyone. Sam is so friendly and does a great job and my nails last forever even though I put them through everything.

First time going here. If I could have given this shop a negative review.... I would have. The lady did an awful job. The tips she put on were too small, sloppy acrylic job, nails all different lengths, shapes and even jagged, the sides of my real nail exposed on every single finger, and even gave her a picture of what I wanted.... completely useless because they look nothing like what I asked for. I spoke up at the beginning once she began putting on too small tips... she legit ignored me. When I pulled my hand back from her, she said, No, I fix. Clearly not. From the time I walked in until I left, completely dissatisfied....20 mins. How, you ask? This woman RUSHED through! Also, must mention I had to ask for sanitized bits and there were no towels or anything to dry hands off with. Thought perhaps I had set my expectation too high or maybe they were just having a bad day. Went back to give them a second chance and got a fill in. Same awful experience. Nails have already started to lift.... within 2 days. At least there were towels to dry hands off this time. Also, the man who did the fill in...cut my cuticles on two fingers until they were bleeding. Im not sure how this place stays in business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Have mixed feelings on whether to give them a 1 or a 2. I Felt like a number instead of a new customer with potential of doing ongoing business with them. Pedicure was ok as far as rubbing on whatever it is when massaging feet, but did very little Massaging. Male didn’t appear to like what he was doing. He talked foreign language when talking to other male doing my granddaughter’s who appeared to have a much better attitude. I know talking foreign language is very common, but for some reason I was very uncomfortable in what he might be saying due to his having what appeared to be a negative attitude. They did no nail trimming, pushing back of cuticles, no buffing of tough skin, or bubbles in soaking water. They just simply polished my toenails afterwards and they could have used a second coat. They did nothing that I couldn’t have done for myself. 9 year old Granddaughter had a pedicure at same time and they about the same for her as well as polished her nails. When I was ready for my manicure, the girl comes over and gets my things including the wrong nail polish; therefore, before I could catch it, she was already putting it on. In addition to having two different shades of purple on my toenails versus fingernails, I also had many different lengths of nails. She didn’t make my nails as thick as I expressed more than once. I can tell if I’d apply much pressure some of them would break. Don’t even think she was listening. Before starting, I inquired about new styles and even pulled up some but she’d already made up her mind and that was: that she wasn’t interested. What really pisses me off the most is: that she didn’t even push back cuticles; therefore, afterwards, I did it and it already looks as though I’m about ready for a fill in. That’s just way too much money to throw away and not be satisfied with. I will give them this: they appeared for the most part of having good attitudes just not so professional or eager in doing a good job. Going somewhere else next time.

I’m not going to lie, the first time I got my fullset acrylics, I left unhappy because of my nails being uneven. However I decided to try again a second time and I left extremely pleased with my nails. He did my nails even and they have lasted more than 2 weeks! I’ll definitely be coming more often :-)
