This is like my third time coming to this nail salon the first time I came two ladies took care of me the second time two men and the third time a man who did both my nails and feet. I dont feel like the male who done my nails the last two times gave me what I asked for. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it was not even close to what I asked for this will be my last time coming here. If I ask for something and you cant deliver it just tell me that so you dont waste my time and I can find someone who can. Im so tired of having to find different shops I just want to be able to go to one shop and get what I ask for.

I don’t have enough good words about this place. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your relaxing time. The owner Helen is just all around amazing and has been doing my nails for the past 7 years. Her parents, sister and brother literally everyone that works there is just so amazing. Mom and I needed a “girls day” and part of that was getting toes done. (She loves that kind of thing)I looked at reviews to determine our destination and this was the winner.Totally fabulous experience-btw.They even have the cutest princess chair for little ones to have their toes done!!Staff was great - other customers were chatting and enjoying themselves.It was a very relaxing experience.Totes recommend and will be back!

My nails look terrible. i’m going to a different salon to change them immediately. They didn’t wear gloves and not all of them had pelexi glass to shield themselves. do not ever go here and spend your money and time. i wish i could have a refund but that wouldn’t help my nails or feelings. overall i would never go here and wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business.

US Nail in Georgetown is a top notch service to include their friendly staff and being family oriented. Everyone that works there are always so kind and professional. I have been going to US Nail from day 1 they opened and nothing has changed as far as service and the kindness they all show. Feels like family. Do not go here! After 2 months of going to this nail salon I have developed a nail fungus. After showing it to the owner of the salon he said it was not a fungus and just leave it alone. 3 weeks later it went from one nail to all of them. After going to a new salon who educated me on the fungal development process I learned it was all preventable! Not happy!

Very disappointed!! Ive never written a review before but felt it was warranted. Was looking for a nail place ( new to the area) for pedicures, read all the good reviews on this place so I figured I would give it a try, most disappointing pedicure I have ever had! Bare basics, exactly what I could have done at home! Halfway through the pedicure the nail technician walked away without a word and started helping another customer! I thought that was beyond rude! The only reason I can give it 1 star because it wont let me give it less and the male tech who took over was nice.

Terrible. Do not recommend. Sat down to get my nails done and the women stopped half way through to do someone elses nails and left me to sit off to the side. Also my nails looked like absolute crap, they were ridged and ugly. Never will go back. Was the worst experience Ive ever had with a nail salon, and Ive had some pretty bad ones. If there was any way I could give this place 0 stars, or better yet, negative stars I would. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!
