My first pedicure since quarantine and let’s just say I could have waited another 3 months for another one! My daughter got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and I got a very basic, VERY quick pedicure, I was charged $90, NINETY DOLLARS!!! For f***in what?! If I could show my polish on my toes and her nails, you WOULD understand why I highly suggest NO ONE GO HERE! They had great customer service, yes but the service itself was by far one of the worst I have ever experienced

Like a lot of the other reviewers, I was highly unsatisfied with the quality of my nails. I got gel and they had cracked in 4 places the day after... I was at a funeral if that gives you any indication of how little I was doing with my hands... & my sister got acrylics put on and “shaped”. The shape was uneven all over and the nails were different lengths. We did return and ask for them to me fixed. They took off my cracked gel and put new polish on but the best they could offer my sister was to either reshape or take them off... I would no recommend coming here. The nail salon near the new Kroger is 100000x better and has better customer service.Also, when we can the first time, there was a nail on the counter I sat at and clipped nails all over the floor. It should have been an indication to leave but I was dumb and didn’t.

Walked in and the place stunk even through my mask. Got a basic pedicure, and it was $35 each. Did not use a base coat, didn’t pay attention when applying top coat. Worst pedicure I’ve had.

I went in for a pedicurefor myself and a set of acrylics for my daughter. The customer sevice was friendly, however my pedicure was literally 12 minutes.the polish job was done poorly to the point i came home and redone them myslef. My daughters nails had chuncks of the acrylic under the polish and not worth the $75 that i paid for our services. Would not recommend for those who take pride in the appearance of their hands and feet

This nail salon is horrible do not go!! She did my nails in 15 minutes literally and they are so ugly I did not want to pay she didn’t shape them file them nothing just brushed on the sns when your suppose to dip it then she buffs them has me wash my hands and puts the clear coat on didn’t even use a drill or nothing I’m disgusted!!

My wife, Elizabeth, visited City Nails today - she said it was a great Nail Salon that has been in Georgetown for at least 20 years. The owner is Lisa who offers excellent services and selections for color and design. Elizabeth had her pedicure and SNS manicure with Jack, who was excellent as a Nail Technician - friendly and attentive to her specific needs. I know she will be happy to visit them again in the future. Thanks City Nails !

Great service at the time of service on Saturday before leaving to go out of town on vacation... Sunday my gel polish chipped on my thumb, and I had to tri the gel polish on my toenails because it ran and was really bulky... I called the store to let them know I was out of town and would be back in two weeks and would like to have them redone and was told that “since it’s been almost a week, there’s nothing they can do”... gel polish usually last 3+ weeks without ever chipping/dulling. I was so excited to find a salon that had a child’s massage chair for my daughter and would have given them a ton of business... I will not return!!

Be very careful if you have your nails done here. It was my first time there and I told them I wanted gel polish. It chipped in 2 days on 2 nails and then chipped again in the few days after that. This has never happened to me in the 3 years Ive been doing this. Ive had nails chip or break but this was just the polish. They also didnt want to fix it and said I had already had one fixed (hint that its a bad job) and then told me they must have mixed me up with someone else. She said we white people all look the same. And thats a quote.

I have came to City Nails for the past 26 years and have NOTHING but GREAT service! Lisa Lo is VERY professional and takes her time with EVERY customer! I would recommend this shop to anyone! Give it a try before judging by the negive comments on here, you WONT be sorry!!!!

I used to love this place. I’ve been going since 2004. It’s so unsanitary now I’m afraid it’s dangerous.

I went and had my nails done and they look bad I will not be back to this place again

Worst place ever tonight i go in at 530 which it was open and the guy pretty much ran me out the door and said hes not doing nails first off your sign says 8 and you in there open never will i go here again

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Awful customer service, dim lighting, outdated/expired products, dirty and unsanitary environment. They will also rush you out of there, making you feel like an inconvenience to them. Please do not waste your money here. :(

The people are nice but my nails are really bad quality. I paid far too much for them to be lumpy and dull

I went here one day bc my normal place was too busy and I was pressed for time. City nails was completely empty the entire 2 hours I was there. They had one employee and he had to do my nails twice. They looked aweful. Ended up not paying full price and having him not to attempt again as had to go. I didnt have nice nails for my event. It was a terrible decision. Their gel polish was old and lumpy, there files were work out and left dents in my finished nails, their gel light was no good so wouldnt dry the gel., ended up being forced to use regular nail polish, bumpy lumpy, dents and not properly filed. I cant stress enough how horrible of experience and he has the nerve to still charge 20 for that mess

I went in to get a pedicure . There was only one worker. I was in the chair for 20 minutes and they charged me $25 .I was not satisfied With this experience.

I went with my daughter and friend for them to get their nails done one got gel full set other got gel fill ins and granddaughter got just nail polish and got charged rediculous prices and quality of work aweful.Wont ever return .......

I did not like it my nails where coming off the first day I got them .. the quality sucks
