Very unimpressed. They switched workers for me 3 times. They took almost an hour to shape my nails properly, even after the hour they all came out uneven. I asked for a design and they didn’t listen and just went with a solid color. They used a nail polish that wasn’t good and I could probably find at Walmart. I will not be returning again. Please do better.

I have been several times here, taken my girlfriend and my kids. They are great, always getting us right in and remembering us over time. My kids love the pedicures and kid sized massage chairs. They have a well kept relaxing location and the staff is very professional.

Update: over a month later and my nails still look pretty good. Time for another nail job! Added a star for durability.I was a spur of the moment walk in and the nail tech was friendly and pretty good. In and out with no wasted time. Lee was my techs name and I recommend her for sure. 4 stars because it’s a little small and needs a more soothing interior for the type of business it is. But I’ll return for sure.

I dont remember the ladys name but she did an awesome job on my pedi and provided a much needed lengthy foot massage. Will return!

They cut my finger while filling them, there was literally blood in the file, they didn’t care or clean, my friend got gel and they painted like all her cuticles, my nails are so thick, I just wanted dip powder with rhinestones but they only had two size, they did not clean anything when we were in there, the cut my nails extremely un even

Very friendly staff. They get busy quickly, so you might call ahead for an appointment if you can. If not, its worth any kind of wait, but they do try to get you in a chair as quickly as possible. Go for the deluxe pedicure, and wear shorts! The exfoliating scrub of your lower legs is great!

Love it, they do a great job! The guy massages for a long time and doesn’t cut it short! There is a woman that cut my mamas massage VERY SHORT, but we just request the man now because he does a good job.

If you want good acrylics do not go here! They are terrible

We never had a problem with this place when we visited occasionally until recently. The egregious behavior and conduct was so unexpected, we will never return again, especially since it was their behavior and conduct and treatment they refuse to acknowledge and reaction to such.

Very friendly staff and they mean well.. but good lord they do a terrible job. My nails looked TERRIBLE and there is absolutely no way that my technician did not know, he just didn’t care to fix them or do anything about it and still charged me $60 when at organics or bliss they charge $40 and do an amazing job. I do not suggest going to Palace.

I spent 28$ on a pedicure and the bottom of my feet are still ruff so bad this place is trash bad

Did great job on pedicure as usual, got the Delux complete with mud bath for legs. Feet were in rough shape, now nice and smooth.

LOVED MY pedicure !!! Just went there for the first time .. they took their time, super accommodating, & extra minutes w foot massage. I have pretty high standards and this place was clean, friendly, & thorough!

I went and I asked for a full set, not sns or dip powder because I work with my hands a lot. The lady kept insisting and so I did dip. Three days later two of my nails break. I go back in to get them fix they told me to come back in an hour. So I called an hour later they tried to push it 40 minutes back and I told them I had to work so they finally after 1 1/2 hours got me in. I told them what happened and they told me “ well that’s not my fault that’s you’re fault “, I never said it was anyone’s fault I just asked if they could fix it. Then they put my nail on crooked because they were in such a rush and put it the wrong shade of blue. I have had some good experiences and bad with this place but this last week has been by far terrible treatment. Probably wouldn’t go back for nails. But they are good at waxing

Took my daughter to get her nails for homecoming the lady cut her finger when filing her nails they played it off saying it was the glue!!! John said he would look at it when he did he said sometimes that happens that’s absolutely unacceptable been coming to John for 20 yrs and he has gotten bad at his job this place got too popular and too busy and now they rush everyone out!! Will take her somewhere else from now on

Visiting from out of town and was able to get a morning appointment for mani/pedi. They were right on time and did a fantastic job on both!

Did not like the nails at all. They don’t do French ombré... they do them really out of shape. Will definitely not come back.

Been coming here for years, very nice people, no one has an attitude and they have always done great manicures and pedicures on me, and Im a guy. My wife has been going here much longer than i have and has no complaints either.

Terrible job. Im so disappointed. Nails are very uneven and crooked.

Its an average quality nail salon, but its very pricey for what you get. Most salons that charge this much have a much more upscale vibe, offer complimentary beverages, etc... This is just a basic salon with Premium pricing.

The nail tech talked to ME and not the other techs, which if you have ever been to a nail salon, you know the feeling. I have been to so many salons and I actually felt like I mattered. I will definitely be back!

Great massage with mani/pedi

If I could give a negative number i would have. The lady passed out numerous times while she was doing my nails. Cut me. Burned me. Got polish all over my hands. This is the worst experience Ive had at a nail salon.
