Not even 12 hours after my appointment my acrylic is peeling, also was cut multiple times during appointment and they only offered me 5 dollars off. Should’ve been FREE especially after it peeling.

I love going here . Julie is the best. She does my eye brows and nails great every time . I definitely recommend going here.

They just done a remodel very beautiful and peaceful atmosphere came straight in they got my thing that I want it done done quickly and lovely they did a awesome job

Loved the owner and her attitude. She was a sweet heart.But, my sister in law and I were trying to get ombre nails and the lady didnt even tell my SIL she didnt do ombre.She was just putting French tips with sparkles on her. And they were bumpy from her being In a rush.. When we first got there she was upset theyre was 2 of us, I guess she was going to leave.. Although I coulda swore I heard the owner tell her there was 2 of us on the phone when I called.

My girlfriend went here while we were in town to get her nails and eyebrows done. The staff was rude and disrespectful, they didn’t do what she wanted at all, and all but ignored her. They also ripped one of her nails off and caused her to bleed. What did they do after injuring her? Put glue and a fake nail over it, and took $5 off. This is after the lady doing her nails up and WALKED AWAY, while she’s bleeding, without saying a word and leaving her there for almost 10 minutes. And at the end, doing her eyebrows, they slammed her head against the chair saying they ‘dropped it too fast’. They screwed everything up, nails and eyebrows included, and still expected a tip after all of that. Worst service ever and the staff was the most disrespectful she’s ever dealt with. Stay far away from this place.

The new owner is doing a great job to modernize the salon! Im so glad they are transforming and that Julie remains there as shes the ONLY PERSON I trust with my eyebrows!

Its just like m&l nails. I thought Id try this place, and see how they are. I was seated for my pedicure, and two baggies with nail oil are put on my hands. As soon as the pedicure was finished, two girls took the baggies off my hands and they gave me my manicure. And once again, no relaxing, and no enjoyment. The ole in and out treament. I havent been back since, and wont go back.

Im surprised tonight very disappointed I have been coming to this place for a long time and my ex mother in law goes here they always seam to do her nails top notch but mine not so much tonight. I had to go back and tell them where to touch up I got fingernail polish on sides were it looks like my kids did it I wont be back here and sadly I like going here and like julie and all them here but your service is beginning to go down hill. I wish I could take a picture of this I mean I know that they can do better I have seen it but anymore last few couple times I have came my nails have looked awful they just lost one of there customers that would have kept if they would have corrected it but obviously they wanted me out quick it was known for that I wont be back

Horrible experience. Only visit this place if you want to get ripped off, treated badly and pay for a job half done. Went in a few weeks ago for waxing. Left with huge welts, hair still left on me and $100 down the drain. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and expertise.Also, the owner complains about her customers and badmouths everyone as soon as they leave. Dont make the mistake of thinking they are nice people. Totally in it for the money. I have this from 2 separate clients. Unprofessional and not the way to run a business.

The lady told me I couldnt get the length of nail I wanted. She made me bleed from two different fingers. I will NEVER come back into this nail salon.

My wife and I just moved to Georgetown and she went there to try it out. Seemed nice at first, but then another couple came in and even though she was already seated and feet soaking they told her they were going to go to the new couple and come back to her later......so if you go there make sure you have lots of time to be kicked to the curb.

Ive been coming here for over 18 years for my manicures and pedicures. I get in, get my nails done perfectly by Danny. Im please with my experiences here and will never get my nails done elswhere.

I have been going to Kellys since about 2002 and I love this place. The people that work here are top notch and listen to what you want. Not only that but they remember what it is you like as well as your name and great you like family when you come in. Amy is the technician that I usually use but over the years I have had pretty much everyone there do my nails and while they all have their own style and methods they are all excellent. I have not been in years to have my toes or nails done but they still remember me and what I like and great me as family when I get my brows waxed. With the big wedding looming I would not trust anyone else to make my toes and fingers look good for the big day and will be booking a visit for myself AND my fiance (Its going to be barefoot on the beach and his gnarly feet need a good pedi for pictures! LOL). I cant say enough good things about this place or its people.

Just went in for a pedicure for a wedding, people were friendly enough, I was told $22 for the pedicure, which is around what I expected. She asked me if i wanted a flower I said sure, and she put on little diamonds, I didnt even realise she was putting them on as I was busy finishing plans for my event. (Plus ive heard its rude to watch over people constantly) the after product is great, its the infection on my big toe that im pretty pissed about. Outer side of my big toe, is swollen with pus coming out of it. Went to the Drs. for antibiotics and he said it was a common string found in nail salons who dont properly clean the tools after each use. Ive had a hard time walking around at work, because my toe presses inside my shoe and expells all the pus making my sock damp. Not coming back, I dont want any more fungal infections.

I really like all the people that work there and the services they have.

Friendly but I am not happy with my end results at all.. I had stones put on my nails and the guy put glue over the black polish and I even pointed it out to him that it had messed up my polish and he did not seem concerned one bit.. as a nail professional you would think he would of re did the two nails that he clearly messed up but instead he just went over it with clear coat and sent me on my way.. I will never go back to this place! $35 down the drain

Had a horrible experience today they was rude my nails look horrible lumpy and way longer than I wanted I was the only person in there so there wasn’t any need to rush through my nails and make them look horrible I won’t be back

The older lady and man in there were rude . My nails look like a 6 year old did them. My left eye brow is thicker than the right. Nails Didnt last a week! Worst service EVER!! Will never go back and will spread the word!

Worst place to do your nails in Georgetown, don’t go there, workers are rude, they just want to do what makes them comfortable, your opinion is not important, can’t describe worst experience, quality of service and items used are very cheap

Decent priced, decent quality work.

Had my eyebrows waxed and she had asked who done them. I told her and it looks like she purpose messed my eyebrows up. Filling them in won’t even fixed them. I’m so upset I can cry.

In all they are pretty good it is one lady in there she will butcher you I got her the last time and I come out my fingers was bleeding so sore they stay sore for over a week and she does it with the file she goes to town in your jerk she knows youre hurting but she just keeps on..And on top of it all I had to pay more than I had been paying and I got the same thing I always get..

Rude workers and didnt even do what was asked.
