I have been here several times with no issue other then having a long wait, until today not only did he cut up almost all my fingers (especially my pinky) he charged me $72 for the same set of nails/ style that I get every time I get my nails done, stating “sorry prices have changed”. I go to check out and even the man at the front questioned him about the $72 charge all while continuing to apologize to me while running my card. Very disappointed in this place, I will no longer be going here for my nails and will not be referring anyone else here.

VENICE is the ONLY place I go for my nails and pedicures, they do an amazing job each time and are so friendly and really listen to what you want. I have been going here for the last 2 years and will continue to only have my nails done here. Excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, and just all around wonder experiences each time I go.

I went on a weekday during the week and it was very busy. I had to get my old dip nails removed and I got passed around to different employees to remove the nails, because of that just removing my nails took almost 50 minutes. Also. I wasnt given a lot of opportunity to review the shape as she was doing it. I am not very happy with the quality of the shape, a lot of the nails are angled instead of perfectly square.

I have been enjoying getting my pedicures done here for years, the one or two times I went somewhere else I was always disappointed.Venice Nails is clean, trendy, has great energy and the girls and guys who work there are so nice. Give them a try!

They are always in a hurry and they don’t guarantee their work. .. they act like it’s your fault if something is wrong. Clean place nice music but they’re not as good as they claim. Worst manicures ever. Don’t completely trim your cuticles and barely put lotion on you if they are reminded to. Been here for a while ..think that they would be nicer after a mess up. Felt very uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience. Bummer because the front girl seems pretty nice and such but she turned on a dime When it came time to let them know I had an issue. Hate to do this but they did it to me.

Never use this place for eyebrow waxing- the lady that did my waxing was in a huge hurry and just did not want to pluck at all, and she burned my skin under both eyebrows and they are raw and hurt. She also was very rough when dealing with turning my head- horrible experience. Ive never cried before when getting my eyebrows waxed, but I did yesterday.

I called and made an appointment to get a pedicure, on my lunch hour, and they told me to be there at 12:05, didnt take my name or anything. I arrived by noon and was directed to go wash my hands and have a seat in a pedicure chair. I did as I was told and waited 15 minutes, no one ever said anything to me, acknowledged me or anything. Didnt fill my water bowl up so my feet could be soaking or anything. And, the lady next to me, who was getting a pedicure, had a tech, who when she sat down on the little stool, spread her legs apart the whole time I was there, and you could see her panties in all their glory! I put my sandals back on and left without a word, and no one said anything to me as I left either. Like they were too busy and didnt care. I was very disappointed in this place and I wont be going back there.

My daughter and I had manicures done. The lady that did my daughters nails was nice enough, but the other lady was really rude, got upset when I told her not to do my cuticles. She did a hack job on my nails and filed them so rough leaving rough edges. My nails looked and felt much better before I went in. Would not recommend.

They take walk ins. Do a good job but they seem rushed.

The place was lovely. Everyone was nice. Things seemed clean and well maintained. However, it was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Nothing was done to soften my feet or remove dry skin even though I chose a higher grade pedi with a heel treatment. I had to go to a different place a few days later to get a proper pedicure.

This salon is very pristine, clean, and relaxing. The decor is very lovely and soothing. Nice quiet classical music in the background. Drinks and fresh fruit served. Bound menus with clear pricing, professional staff, all dressed appropriately, and unlike a lot of other salons Ive been to, when they were busy, they didnt stand around the clients eating or talking on their phones, or gossiping to each other. Even when they got busy you could close your eyes and relax feeling like you were in a spa. Xay who did my nails was very gentle, and did a great job.All the tools came from fresh sealed packages. They even give you a shoulder massage (which I declined but its nice for some!) . Just be sure to bring some cash for tipping since there is no tip line if paying by debit/credit. Or be sure to tell them to add to total prior to running. Best pedicure Ive had in ages, Ill be back for sure! (Great prices too!)

I have been coming here every month with a friend since last summer, we love everything about this place! Even received a Christmas gift from the owner at our December visit. How awesome was that!

Stopped in with my grandma who is a regular. I regularly get SNS, that’s what I came in for this time. Not only did the tech cut me up on almost every finger, I left the salon bleeding, but after only 24 hours my nails are peeling. I’ve never experienced this before with SNS. It’s like the top layer wasn’t the correct layer to be applied and it’s peeling. And there are noticeable cracks in the application.

No wait good atmosphere will be back.

Giving 2 stars only for the fact that they are really good about getting people in in a timely manner. As for the quality of the service, absolutely a joke. I spent $50 for an SNS manicure. I walked out with clear and evident discrepancies and marks in the power which were clear coated over- yet still glaringly observable. Each of my 10 nails all retain different shapes and lengths. During the process, the manicurist yanked my arms (instead of verbalizing) and pinched so hard (on top of a painful scar) to attempt to immobilize my hand. The front desk lady noticed my dissatisfaction and offered to fix it, however the whole manicure would need to be removed and done properly.I have NEVER not tipped in an environment like that, however, I just shelled out $50 for a manicure that is going to cost me another $50 to go get fixed somewhere else.

This place has horrible service. They care nothing about their customers just money. Recently came to this salon and received horrible nails and pedicure. Lack of communication skills. Never have i been treated this bad in a nail shop. I dont recommend anybody to use this service.

Im very torn on this review as I want to review the person who did my pedicure and not the salon. The salon itself gets 5 stars. Its beautifully appointed and very clean. They bring you a canned Cola as well as a yummy fruit cup. Not only do they do pedicures but they also give you a massage as well. Sadly I cannot remember the name of the pedicurist. She was 30 something and tall. Unfortunately she was very rough and began at times pounding on my legs and heels. I asked her not to do it because I have fibromyalgia and bone spurs in my heels. But she seemed not to understand, although I was saying stop stop and waving my hands in a manner that says to stop. After the pedicure I got up to go to the drying table but I couldnt find my purse. I started to get a little nervous and then I saw her at the drying table and she had my purse and my drink. She began to do massage on my head and neck and shoulders. As Ive stated, I have fibromyalgia but I also have carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve damage and bone spurs and bursitis in both shoulders as well as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome which causes a great deal of pain in my arms neck and shoulder area. Again she was very rough with the massage and I had to ask her to stop because she was pressing so hard on my temples. So she continued on and then the next thing I knew she was pounding on my back and my shoulders and I said stop stop! She brushed it off and continued on but I was never so glad until she finished and went away. My neck and shoulders hurt that evening and my pedicure is good except for some reason the third toe on my left foot is cut at a downward angle which looks really weird with the rest of my toenail definition. So I decided to split the difference here and give two stars. If I were just reviewing the salon itself, I would definitely give five stars. If I were reviewing the pedicurist only, I would give one star. So Im a little uncertain as to how to correctly review this.

Ive been coming here for a little over a year and will continue coming here. While they are busy, they take great care of you and always apologize for any wait. My favorite nail technician is Jack, he always keeps my nails in PERFECT shape. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable and all the other amenities that they offer (like drinks and snacks) are great as well. I have not found a better nail salon anywhere in Georgetown, Round Rock, or Austin!

Came in for the first time today, I felt very welcoming by the manager/staff. It was a pleasant experience. Variety of drink options and a cup of fruit. Lots of colors to choose from. This is by far the worst manicure i’ve ever had. First, she didn’t clean up my cuticles at all she just started roughly grinding my nails, then I told her that I didn’t like the color or length she was about to do and she did it anyways claiming it would look like the picture when she was done. The biggest issue was the nail art. I asked before hand if she could do what I wanted just like the picture and she said yes. It looks like a Kindergartener did it. When I asked if she could fix it she scoffed and got angry so I just left. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT DECENT SERVICE AND/OR NAIL ART.

Yesterday was my first time here. I loved how pretty it was and very relaxing. I did not have an appointment when I walked in I could see they were busy. The lady up front was nice had me sit to wait for a pedicure. She and another man came by several times to check on me. I could tell they were very worried about me waiting, but I did not mind I was relaxing. My pedicure was great even got a gorgeous flower on my toe. I will be back !

Even with my appointment I had to wait a while for my service. But the service was great! Jayden did a wonderful job on my nails. The place is clean, and they go above and beyond with their fresh cut fruit and drink selection. I am a VERY picky person when getting my nails done, so to say I will be back again is a huge compliment.

I was visiting family here, so I came in since I had time to spare. They did an excellent job compared to some places that I go to in Houston. I don’t get fruits in Houston, only some places provide drinks. This place gives you drinks and fruit. Very relaxing.

Best SNS I’ve ever had! Julie is a true artist! She did the French manicure with such attention to details. Looks beautifully natural; just the right balance between thick and thin. Can’t wait to go back and see her again! Great pedicure by her as well. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his pedicure by Linda. She had a great sense of humor and made him feel at ease. They are always so nice and now I am letting my daughter go with me and she loves it as well. They do a great job on my nails. The prices seem a little high for me but I have never gotten infection from them and they always seem to be welcoming. I have been going there for 3 years now.

I came by on Friday after work, they were quite busy but still took care of me. They were friendly and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. And I am quite picky when it comes to getting a pedi done.

Normally I love this place but today Ms. Hannah made my finger bleed because she was filing my nails so hard and fast. I also wanted a pedicure and she proceeded to just take of my polish and paint them. I then finally said something like, “why can’t I get the water pedicure”. She walked away to do someone else’s nails and a guy came over to fill my water and give me a proper pedicure. I still tipped her 20% and she didn’t even say thank you...I should of gave it all to the nice man who did my toes.

I came here for the first time earlier this week. The manager was very sweet, took care of me on what I was looking for. They did a great job on my mani pedi.

I am always impressed with the quality of my nails and how I am treated. Great staff, and good management. I’m never disappointed when I leave. Plus when you need to fix a nail cause it broke they are more then happy to do it! Definitely is my go to place for my nails!

This was the most horrible experience Ive had. I had my nails done 5 days ago and they obviously were not done correctly and the lack of experience was completely ridiculous. I tried going back yesterday to have them fixed because my nails werent filled in correctly. The woman in the front stated she would fix them, however they werent fixed instead she she just added more color to cover up the lack of the previous ladys mistake, and pretty much blamed it on my nails growing too fast, it wasnt even four days that I had previously got them done. All while doing that I was obviously unsatisfied and just left. My nails are lumpy from her just adding more polish, and Im outraged. $55 for sloppy and trashy service

I asked him to leave the length after declined his first and second attempt to persuade me into doing tips. I get sns until my nails are long on their own and just keep getting ans done. Lets just say my nails looked as bumpy and uneven as I35 AND he filed every single nail down as short as he could. I wont be back here. I learned my lesson to just drive across town to my place for quality work and someone who listens to what I want.

Today 8 May 2018. My first time here! Todays experience has been awesome. I did not expect a mini shoulder massage while waiting for my toes to dry, wow! The nail tech, Hue(excuse my spelling), was very nice and very gentle. I will be back again.Only suggestion I have for the salon....please be aware when speaking a different language. You never know who understands what is being said. Especially when a client is explaining their issue. It may sound as though the client is being criticised for their complaint or issue. Not to mention, not very professional to clients who do not speak or understand the language. 😁

Literally the WORST nail experience Ive ever had. From the color, to execution I was very disappointed with my nails. I dont like to be that person that has to correct the nail tech because she put on a tip that didnt match the size of my nail, or the person that complains but I definitely didnt get what I paid for. I thought coming here would be more convenient rather than me driving 20 miles from my house but I drove here to leave with nails that are worse than when I came in. I will NOT be returning its not worth my time or my money.

Sure, they offer fruit cups, water, wine, etc....but the master technicians are pretty snooty. Several different technicians have made my cuticles bleed, one of which was EXTREMELY painful FOR 3 DAYS!.... No infections, but I certainly wont test my luck going forth. Plus, they only show CNN as the news channel. No thank you. I like good vibes. Peace out.

This place is amazing!!!! I waited for about 25 minutes but it has such good energy I couldnt get upset!!! I had Jacob and he did awesome. I got acrylic for $33 they provide drinks and I got a message while my nails were drying!!!!! I will recommend to anyone!!!!!

This place is terrible! I never write reviews but they did a terrible job on my nails. 5 days after I got the first fill on a brand new set of nails a couple started lifting off on the back. So went in and they tried to glue it down and said it was fixed and good to go. That fix lasted a day and by the next day more were doing it. So go back 10 days after the fill and a guy fixed them the right way. Then by day 12 of the fill 3 more started doing it but I couldn’t get in again. So I went on Wednesday. So 16 days after the fill. They refused to fix them said they were to old and I needed new ones. Even though they did the original full set and that was the first fill. I had already made an appointment to get a new fill the next week which would have been 3 weeks. I wanted to keep these till after Thanksgiving. But they refused to fix them. Said I would have to pay for a new set or fill and wait 30 mins for. Terrible quality work, they don’t stand behind their work, and terrible customer service. They kept trying to tell me I smashed my hand and it messed my nails up. I think I would remembered if I had smashed both my hands...

These ladies are awesome and thorough! If you don’t like something, let them know and they will make adjustments. Clean and friendly environment!

I love Ann and Jason, the owners. However today I had my second manicure by “Lilly”. The last manicure she gave me was just okay. Today she was in a real hurry. She scraped my skin with the file and cut the quick on two of my nails that left me bleeding. My polish was streaked and I still had bits of cuticle sticking out. I was so upset I went to another salon where they redid my manicure. If you go here I highly recommend you make an appointment with Ann or Jason to get a really top notch manicure. I’m just not happy with any of the other staff.

Started going here last summer after my friends mom suggested it and now theyre my favorite! They hand you a menu of pedicure options and prices are reasonable. Looks very nice inside. Complimentary fruit cup and drinks are offered.

The staff and lady at the front is very sweet. I think this place is a little over priced. When I got there I waited 20 min to get into a chair. When I got into a chair I then waited another 20 mins. I got a manicure and pedicure, the lady that did my toes was not nice at all. She rushed through the entire pedicure. I then had to wait 10 min to get my nails done after. The woman who did my nails was very rough. The SNS color I picked was not the same one close but not it. I then told her that I didn’t like it, she offered to do a GEL color over it. I was there for a whole 3 hours. And I leave with nails that look like I got them done a week ago. They look like they have already grown out. Not very happy about that.

This place is great. Lots of pedicure options and they did a great job. I liked the massage chairs.

Im actually writing a review.. Wow. Other than that this place sucks. Nail tech molly has a literal wart on her hand. AND IS DOING NAILS. gross. Second i had to go back in 2 days later for a broken and chipped nail/nail color fading off and the lady to correct them was rude about it and mad at me like its my fault that the nail broke. She had the nerve to say it broke because you have them too long and her acrylics were literally the same length. Long story short they suck and are mad about it. Rude service. Not worth 55$

Sorry long post ! Summary: STILL FIGHTING INFECTION from this place. Wine served in DIRTY GLASS WITH FRESH LIPSTICK ALL AROUND IT .. not a small miss... when I pointed it out the girl went to shelf to get clean glass ( picked up a few and kept putting them back) then proceeded to poor the wine from the lipsticked up dirty glass IN TO THE CLEAN ONE AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO ME! I am non Confrontational so i just did not drink anything..I have been here a few times. Never had a horrible experence but this last visit was absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in MY LIFE. Nail tech that did my pedicure had glasses and seemed to be register girl, just learning. Not only was she not able to trim my nails or massage at all, but when the other tech came over to help her she literally CUT THROUGH MY SKIN UNDER MY TOE! I was literally clenching and vocalizing pain, then the blood started flowing ... before I could blink or breath the lady grabbed her dirty green bottle of bleed stop and doused my toe with it! The burning was unbearable! NOT ONE SORRY -NOT ONE MOMENT OF EYE CONTACT FROM THE 2 ladies MUTALATING MY TOE. She grabbed dirty cotton off the side of the stand and crammed it in to my bleeding wound and used a metal tool to push the cotton soaked in burning bleed stop goo under my cuticle! I was literally doing all i could not to Cry in pain (my daughter was with me and I did not want to cause a scene) she ripped the cotton out quickly painted my nails - used the clear coat EXTRA On the cut toe and directed it into the cut !! SO MUCH BURNING!! Still NO APOLOGY, NO ARE YOU OKAY.. just laughing and speaking to her coworker. As i got up I immidieatly saw the bag she had been grabbing tools from (most were not pulled out of bag to be used) BUT they were ALL DIRTY! NEVER WASHED FROM PREVIOUS USE! I got home in so much pain and terrified of what my poor toe was in store for! I doctored my nail used bactroban and neosporin - of course next day INFECTION was there .MD Had to prescribe oral antibiotics ! SO PAINFUL. This was Wednesday... Still fighting infection .. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. If you go check their tool bags, I’m sure I’m not the only one to have this happen. FYI IF THEIR ARE NOT BLACK LINES ON THE BAGS THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN RUN THROUGH HEAT SANITATION NEEDED TO KILL BACTERIA.. and when they neatly open and close the bags back that means they are reusing them which is not supposed to be allowed for sanitation purposes, and thus there is no way to know if they are actually cleaning ANYTHING! . NOT ONE PERSON THERE CARED. It will take me a long time to recover from this experience ! No Pedicure for me for a long time and I’ll be doing my field research before I trust another location.

I decided to take my two daughters to get their nails done just two days ago.I told them all three of us would be getting manicures and told them white tip gel for me and then whatever colors the girls selected.They sat me down and started, 5 minutes later a woman came and took the girls to the other side of the room! So far away from me and it wouldnt have been an issue but they are 4 and 6, this was also their first time.The man doing my nails was extremely rough and did a terrible job. I did not receive gel nails. My girls came back after ten minutes and they did not even put the colors they originally picked out on them.I sat there for 25 MINUTES waiting for my nails to dry never saw the guy that did my nails again.Here we are two days later. The girls nails have completely come off and mine are so bad that Im considering removing mine, they didnt even do gel on my nails so it will be easy to remove. He just painted my nails white and put a clear coat over them. Something I couldve done at home.I will never go back and I will never recommend them. Im new to the area and will start traveling out of my way to get them done right

I was told to sit in pedi chair number 4.30 minutes later I still don’t have any water in basin. When she sat down I said I like hotter water( it was cold) she turned it all the way up and immediately scalded my heel. I yanked my foot out and she said something in Vietnamese and the man next to her laughed. I won’t be back.

I’m only giving one star because it makes you choose before you write a review! I usually don’t post things like this against businesses, but I’m very disappointed. My mom, who is a senior citizen on a fixed income, went to Venice Nail Salon on Williams Dr. on Friday to get her nails and toes done, she had them painted with gel polish and is started peeling by Sunday. She went back today to get them repainted and she chose a different color because she thought maybe the polish was bad. They tried to charge her $50 to change the polish on her nails and toes, (because she likes them to match and she thought her toes would probably start peeling soon too). She complained and they dropped it to $40 and then offered a 10% discount; like they were doing her a favor! I think that is ridiculous to charge that much for their mistake! MAYBE, I could see if they charged her for a polish change on her toes, but not $40 after she paid $90 plus a $10 tip two days prior. Really sad how people take advantage of nice people.

Wont be back. Quality has decreased. No longer worth the high price tag. Would not advise anyone with special requests or needs making use of their services - callous removal, leg massage, and special gel colors were provided (or, not provided - color) in mediocre fashion. When returned home, and had to reapply lotion, I saw what a halfway job was done on basic color and felt how slip-shot the pedicure was. Shame - really liked them, but there are other, much better salons. If visiting Gtown, skip this place.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! I will never come back here. My nail lady left my station and went to work on another customer without saying a word. Then left AGAIN when it was time for polish. I walked out before even getting my polish done AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER I STARTED
