Grace is amazing! I decided to stop going to #1 Nail because of a bad experience with a nail tech and I am so glad that I did. Meeting Grace was an amazing experience and she made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like she cared. After my first visit I booked for another two weeks 😊

They are affordable and will do good work on you. I went here multiple times and only EVER HAD 1 BAD EXPERIENCE but I called back the next day and they fixed me up free of charge.

Not friendly and worst pedicure I ever I had

My first time here. Reasonable prices, on par with other salons. Very friendly shop. Was busy on the weekend.

Called and asked if I could come in for a pedicure rather than just walk in. Was told to wait 10 minutes, and that I could come in. After waiting, I went inside and got to select my color. I was seated around 5:20 in a massage chair with a basin of scalding hot water. Luckily the water turned pretty cold (cooler than room temperature) in the 40+ minutes I sat and waited for anyone to acknowledge me. Service finally began a little while after 6 and was done by 6:40. The tech did a decent job, and the price was pretty good for a basic pedicure. I just don’t understand why I waited so long.I had wanted a full set of acrylics too, but after spending an hour and 20 minutes for a basic pedicure I was just about done.

I was able to walk in without an appointment when my go-to salon couldnt fit me in. The massage chairs seem old and/or really inexpensive, so I just turned mine off rather than be bounced around; however, the technician was friendly and did a good job, which is most important. Its definitely a no-frills establishment (lacking in ambiance, no beverage offered, no pedicure upgrades offered), but Im pleased with the end result, and it was a good value--a little less than I usually spend actually. I think my nails look great, and Id definitely go back.

Older lady did my toes and clipped the corners of my toenails in a weird angle it is so ugly I hate my toenails... I have to wait for them to grow back out to get them filed correctly GREAT.Pricing was good just not lady who did my toes I WILL NOT be back.

Ive brought my wife here almost every two weeks for the five and a half years since her stroke. The staff know us well and we love to go where everyone knows your name.

I love Tango Nails Salon. They are amazing and do great job. I ve done French Gel Manicure. The gel nails last over two weeks. She took her time and do its right. Highly recommend.

I visited this nail shop for the first time. I got the Acrylic full set with Gel polish. They dont over charge which is great. Kim is really nice and did good job. I definitely recommend my friends go to Tango Nails.

This is the BEST nail shop if you want a friendly, clean, and personalized experience. Kim did my nails. She did an AMAZING job and ALWAYS take her time to make sure I like them. She also did my eyebrows, my moms nail design, and my daughters paint color. She is the best!Cho did my feet. I was a little skeptical at first because I had not had him before. He did WONDERFUL! I even messed up 2 toes and he still fixed it WITHOUT an attitude. I will definitely be coming back!

Please believe the reviews. The worst service I have ever gotten. Kim is very friendly but I am not sarsatisfied with my nails because they are uneven. I had my nails on 3 days and they are breaking already. I go back to have it repaired and Kim had me sit there 45 min just to repair a nail. I will not be going back there ever again.

Ive been going to Tango Nails for a very long time. The people are great and they do really good work. There is not a lot of turnover so you can get to know the technicians. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful place to become pampered! The salon is clean and the personnel very friendly and accommodating. Kim is a gem! Great service and no one rushes you out the door. I have been a customer for several years and would not consider going anywhere else!

First time customer at this location that my co workers go to ALL the time and decided to give them a go to get my nails filled in, I did not catch his name but he did an amazing job fixing my nails up! They need some better nail techs. First I picked a gel nail color and when painted on my nails it was a different color. When I showed the tech it was a different color we picked another color. After leaving to go to my car I took a closer look at my nails and they were painted half one color and half another. I returned to show the tech, he then gets an attitude with me. And started saying he will not repaint my nails without charging me. REALLY!!!! And that point I wanted him to take off all the polish and left.

Wonderful service! I have been to Tango Nails. These team is very personable as well as a great manicure and pedicure. The staff is very friendly and quick service is provided. I would highly recommend them(good prices) and Ill keep going back as well.

If you are looking for quick, half ass service with a smile, and maybe some conversation, this is the place for you. I went in for a pedi and a gel fill-in (which the fill-in was as much as a fresh set), they sat with me with a older lady name Grace. She seem very nice and chatty - however her work was horrible. My nails look like I did myself with a lot from a drug store. Absolutely horrible. The fill-in was horrible and it looked as if a 10 yr old polished my nails. I was so upset that I just had to pay and leave before I snapped. NEVER AGAIN!!

The wait wasn’t long but my mom had leftover black nail polish on her nails and the lady yelled out loud saying that the black nail polish was. Something else and that was really embarrassing. Don’t bring children because it’s not kid friendly.

I read the review of the young lady that was a walk in on July 4th and just had to add a similar experience at this salon. A friend and I went into this salon as walk-ins (it does say walk ins welcome) and was rudely told by a female worker (I can only assume the owner) that they were closed. All indications were that they were clearly open as the doors were unlocked; It was clearly not the posted closing time and they had quite a number of patrons already inside.That was my first time visiting this salon and it is definitely my last time.

I am done with Tango Nails! I scheduled an appointment with Quang and requested gel nail overlay which I have been wearing for many years. He told me he does gel nails and instead of putting gel on my nails, he proceeded with acrylic! Then put gel polish on over it. When I went back to my regular nail technician, she immediately told me it was acrylic. Thats terrible to be dishonest to customers. If you dont do gel, just say you cant do it! Then he got very nasty with me about it. I will never go back! Beware and dont waist your money!Very Concerned Patron

I went to this place for the first time because my friend introduced me to Tango Nails and I will difinitely be going back. They are very friendly and professional. A girl did my nails and it looks fabulous! I will now be a regular customer for sure! FANTASTIC JOB.I did shellac manicure polish. They are quick, professional and above all nice. The Gel nails rarely chip. I can make it at least 2 weeks. I love this place with great prices. I difinitely recommend this salon.

Ok girls. Ive been a client here since 2002. All was good until last year. Appointment times arent acknowledged, you are only treated courteously by your own nail person. But now for the 3rd time in a row my nails looks horrid. Im paying for lumpy acrylic, and bubbled up paint and at times like today my nails look as if I went to bed with wet paint on them. No shine at all. The products are old and the service is hurried through. I feel that management has lost interest in the salon and doesnt care. Meanwhile, like a silly..Ive gone back to pay for service that is LESS than stellar.

Tango Nails S-U-C-K ...suck. yep, thats right I said it. My sisters French manicure tips were all uneven.Instead of fixing it, the manicurist painted over the mistake which made it worse. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I will not be back, what a waste of $30.00 for a piece of 💩.

Just had my nails done here. An older lady probably in her 70s did my mani and pedi. She was unfriendly, and left my nails jagged. I can get past unfriendly, cant tip on jagged nails. Skip this place, there are better places in Garner.As Im writing this review, Im realizing that my nails werent even sealed properly and are still sticky. This is ridiculous!!

I was so offended. A lady, I am assuming she was the owner, was standing near the door and wouldnt even let me in, even though the open light was on and they had customers in the chair. She asked what I wanted done. I told her a mani/pedi. She looked me up and down disapprovingly and asked if I was paying credit or cash. I told her credit and she told me no credit, closed the door and turned the lock. I am convinced that she would have rejected me no matter what. I will never beg someone to spend my money and will never visit Tango Nails again.

Very very disappointed in the lack of customer service and satisfaction! I came in to get a full set (long) and was told $50! My nails look TERRIBLE and short. The polish is awful. I went back to express my concern of them being way to short especially for the amount I paid for only to be told to come back in two weeks and was given back $10!!! This was done by Nana as they call her. I was very outraged. Never will I take my business back.

So I had a gel polish full set done and it was completely unorganized and half done my nails were left misshapen and the polish splotchy I had it fixed and was still sadly left unsatisfied.

This is the worst treatment I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a pedicure and I was in the chair and done In 20 minutes they did not do half the things I expected...the massage chair did not work. she cut me with the cuticle tool . I would never recommend going here

I called in and made a appointment only to get there to sit for 1 hour and then told to come back Monday. Smh

Kims mom saw us pulling up and she closed the door quickly as if she didnt want us to come in. She is rude and will look you up and down as if your nothing to her. Sequently the colors are old, Tango needs to step their game up.
