Very clean place and spacious.Staff is polite and friendly. Feel safe. Have used other spot locations however this is the best one we have found in 30 mile radius. Recommend to anybody wanting a good laundry experience. Like the cards verses quarters. One spot laundry in hagerstown had major issues with change machine and had the attendant not been there or had change we could not have done our wash.

Always a great, safe, place to do you laundry - in a timely manner. Self serve, with two 80lb washer, one 40lb washer, and 5 dryers - only took us about 2 hrs to complete. Would have taken much longer at home.. especially with all the comforters and blankets we had. Love that theyve made the Martinsburg location 24hrs. I always reccomend Spot when anyone talks about a Laundromat.

Greatly exceeded my expectations of a laundry mat! I’ve only seen them in the shows and movies being fortunate to have my own washer and dryer; now I’m in the middle of moving and needed a place to do laundry. I opted for the full service laundry my first visit and it’s a reasonable price of 1.50 per lb with 24 hour turn around time. Clothes were clean and well taken care of folded nicely and hung up according to shirt styles. I am now in here doing my own laundry the washers and dryers are high end commercial grade the place is spotless and very aesthetically pleasing simple environment plenty of places to sit. Lots of rolling carts for personal use and even a kids ply area. The people all around are nice too. Great Spot!

I never thought I would rate a laundromat but here I am. If you have to go this is the place to be. So clean, spacious inside, plenty of washer and dryers, great seating area, kids area is a huge plus, love that theres TVs and vending machines. Going here makes laundry not so bad

The place is huge and has so many washers and dryers. Well lit. There are tables and benches, so you could get some work done while doing laundry. Its also spotless. I love that there is someone working there all the time, so I can feel safe if Im the only customer in there. The no cash system is genius!

Very Clean, nice Machines and plenty of space to fold clothes and relax until your clothes are finished. I love that its open 24 hours and there are many cameras for safety. Great idea of providing a many card to use for the machines instead of inserting coins. I will be using this facility regularly.

We travelled a lot because my husband’s work so we have been to many laundromats in different states and this is by far the best and the cleanest. It’s huge and has many machines, even tho sometimes you still need to wait for the dryer cause it gets busy during the weekend. The price is reasonable -$2.25 for Small machine, $4.25 for medium and $6.25 for the humongous one. One thing to be noted is that you pay $0.25 extra for warm water wash and anther $0.25 for hot water wash, which I’ve never seen in any other laundromat.Oh and I love that they take card. Fumbling through all pockets and drawers and cracks to look for singles (or any cash) for coin machine is always a pain for me and here I can just pop in the plastic. Life is so much easier.Another side note - be sure to bring your own detergent and stuff, they do sell supplies here but it’s pretty pricey.On another note - customers here can be rude, they would hold on to the laundry cart (which does not belong to them) as their load are in the washer and wouldn’t let anyone use it until they are done with the drying and folding. I’ve seen at least 3 people putting their own hamper on top of the cart and guarded it with their life until they leave the facility.

This is one of my favorite laundromats to process rags / mophead laundry. Large site, well lighted, staff always present, high quality machines, and location near my commercial sites. Iam absolutely in love with the large sized 80lb washer they have (last one on the right), as we process hundreds of laundry pounds per week. My rags come out super clean, debris knocked off, and fairly dry from the spin cycle. Fairly priced, and the dryers are crazy fast.

Masks required sign is a joke since few clientele nor the very friendly staff bother to wear masks. Won’t go during 5am-midnight hours since the rest of the clientele will cough on everything then look at you for a fight in case you where even remotely thinking of saying anything. The 24 hour access is the only redeeming factor to having to use a laundromat at all along with The little money bonuses for doing a certain amount of loads. The $5 dollar reward is very nice and has definitely helped in a big way before.

Great place. Clean, friendly employees and great machines. They have a small area with tables so you can eat while you are waiting. I also let them wash, dry and fold my clothes. They do a fantastic job.

Very clean! Attendant was wiping down machines as they were being emptied. No coins needed. It is all done on a laundry card. Very easy to get one. Machine is on wall, choose new card option and insert cash or debit card into appropriate slot or choose load card if u already have 1. Card issued and use like you would coins. Prices are about same as any coin laundry. Im impressed and will be back again.

I have been washing my clothes here since they opened. Always clean and staff is always helpful. I was use to using money to wash but, this place has cards to use for washers and dryers. You get to put whatever amount on your card. Wash so many loads and you get a bonus of $5.00 and free drying. I never really need to wait for machines because they have do many 😊

Very clean and most staff is helpful. My only complaint with a suggestion is about the handicap spaces. This is one of the few places I need to use my placard and designated space. Most of the time the spaces are taken by cars with no handicap marker. Even before the virus outbreak, people would be sitting in the drivers seat. I called about the situation with my suggestion, but was advised to ask attendants for help. Most people, like myself, dont want to wdraw attention to their handicap. I suggest signs at each space with warning that violators will be towed and possibly fined. This is mandatory in some states.

Best Laundromat-hands down! We live in the Martinsburg area and had well issues that left me unable to do laundry at home. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the machines! Super easy to get a ton of laundry done quickly too.

I love it there. There is a little play area for small children inside super clean and the washer and dryers were great and they also have free Wi-Fi great price dries and wash wonderful very happy for my small family and our dirty laundry they also during the daytime hours has people there that will do your laundry for you you just drop it off and then come pick a backup of course it cost quite a bit more was very happy that one of the workers even gave my son a free bag of chips from the vending machine made me smile made my wife very happy

Good as a laundry gets as far as I know. You can buy laundry bags soap and such.But its clean with good equipment is what I really appreciate. And the staff is very good.

I HATE going to laundromats, but sometimes you just have to. Were staying in a hotel right now for job relocation, and their washer was disgusting, so I looked online to see if any laundrotmats nearby were any better. Went to Spot Laundromat purely based on the glowing reviews, and I was not let down. The staff was extremely cheerful and friendly while I was there. Even with the Covid-19 mess going on, they did not hesitate to help me when I was having trouble with learning how everything worked, with the card system and all. They were polite to me and my children. I also saw how the women interacted with elderly people, so kind, and even pushing the cart of clean clothes to their cars for them. I caught the name off one name tag, Johanna I believe. She and her coworkers did an amazing job of keeping everything clean, and I really felt safe there as well.PLUS, their equipment was the best Ive ever used. I could not believe it, but our enormous load of laundry was completely dry in 36 minutes!

There was no one here even though the business hours said there should be. I went to buy a new card I put in $31 and no card came out nor did a refund . There is no number to call for assistance. The only number makes you leave a message not knowing if you are even going to get the problem taken care of or if they can even check the problem to fix it. I am so upset. I am on very limited funds and I feel I may have lost out.

I used the drop off service. Staff was very helpful, even called an off site supervisor for a question. My bedding was cleaned perfectly and wrapped up for pick up. I will definitely return. The facility is clean. Theres a little area for kids to play as well.

I love the machines here and the fact that you can use a debit/credit card to load your laundry card instead of using coins. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, & helpful. You earn free DRYS easily and the vending machine also takes your laundry card.

Very clean.. well organized.. staff was very helpful and friendly... it does use the card system instead of all the quarters.. I like it.. some dont.. but finding a roll of quarters is not always easy after bank hours.. and if you go often you can reuse the card over and over .. if you visit while traveling just be careful not to put more on it than what you think you will use.. they also have plenty of television and vending... snacks.. drinks... laundry supplies... overall a very pleasant experience.. at least as pleasant as laundry can be... lol..

Wow! Absolutely amazing. I have never seen a laundromat like this. This is not your typical laundromat for sure. I am always greeted nicely by their staff and helped throughout my laundry process. I have been here several times and every time the place is so clean. I was suprised to see that they take any type of payment, not just quarters. They showed me how to use it, very convenient. The last time in I decided to try their Drop Off service. This was terrific. The pricing is very affordable and quick turn around. I just dropped off my clothes and came to pick it all up. They did a better job of folding then my wife! They even washed and dried things differently as needed. I will definitely be back again and certainly use the Drop Off service again. It is hard to find quality service these days, especially in a laundromat that you feel comfortable in.

Had some heavy work clothes to wash and had never been there before.1) There is an attendant on duty who explained how their process works.2) My money was loaded on a plastic, pre-pay card.3) The card was used to buy detergent.4) The card was used to pay for washing and drying.5) The card was used to pay for food.6) No quarters were used.7) At the end of the day there was still a credit on my card. I didnt know how to get a refund if that were possible.8) I didnt have time to mess with a refund this trip.9) My Carhart winter coat with lining came out clean, and dried fairly well in 30 minutes drying time. The other, lighter items were well dried.10) The seating is adequate and comfortable.11) Machines were clean and the facility was neat.Other than the card refund issue, this is an excellent way to eliminate messing with a pocket full of quarters.I will use this place again.

I usually go to Whale of a Wash in Shepherdstown because I could pay with a card. Today I wanted to try something closer to home since it was pouring and I hate traveling while its raining. Everyone who worked there was great. SO much cheaper than the other place. Very impressed and will keep coming back

Really need to advertise true prices, such as extra .25 cents for warm water use!!! When you cant just add that extra change and have to add more money you dont have with you is a real pain for new customers. Does have a clean and friendly atmosphere. Very kid friendly as well.

They were instructed not to use a certain detergent, but it was used anyway. I broke of in severe rashes and all they said was, Well we have you on video camera saying its ok to use this off brand. Since when does a video camera pick up audio? I asked to bring my clothes back and have them re- washed and I would supply the detergent, but all I got was a very nice lady, stating youll have to talk to the manager on Tuesday. So for 65 bucks they are going to experience very bad publicity from using detergent, they were told not too. Nice people behind the counter, but very very poor management, management didnt even have the guts to call me directly, they had an employee do it. Hope all the employees find someone that has backbone to work for. This companys owners dont.

I do the drop off service. Only thing i would change is having a door on the side so you can pull up and drop off by the counter. Frederick md has a side door for faster drop off. And this one if you have to park far from the door. you have to go get a lil buggy and come back out and get the laundry. A door would be easier and faster. But the staff is very friendly and fast

Business says 6am been here since 550 am already watched 3 ladies carry all their laundry to the door and the building is closed and they had to carry it back to their car! Figured I would get off work and get laundry done! But what are the hours??? Evidently its not 6am☹
