My nail artist, Andy, was so sweet and did an AMAZING job!! He was very attentive to even the most minor details and was very kind to us. I would definitely go back for him!

Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. About this 1 visit, the technician didnt apologize, didnt explain what happened, didnt ask questions, and rushed the whole job. The manager didnt offer a discount or anything, I had to ask, not sure this place is worth it if this is considered okay or well enough

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went today to get a manicure and it was incredibly messy. I shared that I was unhappy with the results and no one did anything to try and make it right. What a disappointing customer service experience.

Each time, I ask myself why I bother with this place. After disappointment #459372, I’ve given up.Ladies, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to Carrollton, Dallas, or even Temple. You walk in to a salon full of waiting customers with technicians who are constantly overwhelmed.Want a pedicure? Sit in a tub full of cold water after waiting. Want a nice, relaxing manicure or fill in? Sit in a chair with a technician who rushes, because of the line wrapped out front of the building.I keep wondering why people show up here. It’s so disappointing. It’s just a place where people wait to wait.

I made an appt and they kept that appt within a 30 mins difference. It was graduation week and it was very crowded, but the guys there were able to get me in and out in a reasonable time. Very organized from what I could see. That was my first time there and I got a pedicure. I w I would def recommend.

They are the best nail salon I’ve ever been too! Everyone up there is so nice and very helpful.

My nails are not the same size and they are crooked not to mention I asked for peppered square and she did regular square. She did not even line my nails up when cutting them to make sure they were the same size, and charged me more money than she was supposed to for the length (not long at all) . I’d assume she realized I was a teenager and didn’t think I’d say anything.

I will not be frequenting this place ever again. The “nail tech” took a fake nail and stuck it under my acrylic nails and pulled them off. I’ve been here before and that has NEVER happened. I told him my nail hurts and he pretended he was deaf. On top of all of that he didn’t even do my nails as requested.

This was my second visit here, unfortunately since I only wanted to get my dip powder taken off and a basic pedicure I was rushed along and the job done on both toes and manicure were very rushed.When I asked about why there was still sns powder on my nail beds she told me it’s because I had been getting them done for so long which didn’t make any sense it just was not done properly and they did not want to take the time to fix it ..go at your own risk

Everyone is super nice, the facility was constantly being cleaned and sanitized, and they are very reasonable prices.

My mother went in for gel nails. 2 days later she had peeling she went back to have them fix it. They told her she didnt get gel. Charged her for it but wouldnt fix it. Horrible customer service and a scam . Dont go here.

I love this place and I go to this place over any other place in the area. They are very friendly people and they do a really good job. I have had one or two experiences that I wish could’ve been better. I just know to not go in there when they’re super super busy. Overall though amazing!

Man they messed up my big beautiful eyebrows. They have a new lady doing them and she seems to give everyone she touches crescent shaped eyebrows instead of following there natural brown line. The normal lady (and older and shorter woman) does a very good job, not sure why they switched but I’m sure I’m never going back.

I just asked for a simple toe polish and sns. They didnt take their time. They laughed at me when I changed my mind about something and they started talking about me. It was so obvious. The girl doing my nails cut me twice and barely said sorry. I had to actually ask her to clean up evey single nail. They all still have polish around the edges. I couldve asked my cat to do my nails and he wouldve done a better job and he has no thumbs. Rude unprofessional service. Please spend your money elsewhere. The disrespect was too much.

Ive been going here every 2 weeks for about a year or so for pedicures. Ive learned that the best thing to do is make an appointment in advance! Kim is just the best.

Andy always makes sure my nails are looking perfect. Depending on the person you get, they take their time and make sure everything is done. I don’t mind the wait but i usually never wait for long.

I have been coming to Signature Nail forMany years, and love them. I have gotten pedicures at all of the other places in Villa Rica, and none are half as good as Signature Nails. Now I also get SNS nails done and they always look fantastic. Definitely recommend!

It was ok. My mom came in from out of town so we went here. Ive never been before but i heard they did good. We went Wednesday before Thanksgiving and it was so crowded and they were kind of rude they kept rushing us to pick a color then i had a question about a color and the guy told me just pick a color. I ended up just rushing a picking a color I really didnt want cause I didnt have time to look. The girl who did them was nice but the man kept telling her to hurry up so my nails came out horriable! They are lumpy and not even, the color isnt even smooth. Maybe when they are less crowed they might be better but just based off my experience I probably wont be back.

Do not go here if you want your nails to look professional. They have people practicing on you. And they are rude.

I just left here and had terrible experience. Told her I just moved her for my job and need to pick a new place. I immediately got sat in a pedicure chair but water was cold and then they did nails at same time and hurt me didnt offer me which pedicure, I may of wanted other than basic but nope. I was dressed down because it was my day off and I feel like they thought I couldnt pay or something. The guy kept hurting me. The color I picked for pedicure is not what they used. My fell polish manicure is terrible I am having to file my own nails and they ha e half my nail missing paint. Some nails look darker than the next and manager didnt care either.

Evan did a great job. He was very nice and the foot massage was the best ever. He was gentle and did not tickle... thank you Evan.

I love this place! This is the only place I will get my nails done. The people here are so nice and the manager really wants to please. If I ever have an issue he has no problem getting me what I need. Me and my family go here all the time. My nails last for a long time Ive only ever broke one nail and I was going on 5weeks when that happened. Again this place is awesome! I recomend it to any and everyone!

It does get busy fast so get there as soon as they open!! Tan was amazing! Fixed my nails from another salon that screwed up and made them look perfect!! Will be coming back from now on!! I got there when they opened on Sunday at noon and was out within 45 minuets!! They take their time and make sure everything looks great!!

Make up prices on the drop of a dime told my daughter one price and then told me it was even high that he was giving my daughter a 3 dollar discount and rudely ask me which price i would rather pay. As an establish you would think they would treat customers better. Will never come back. Prices were listed. But they dont follow their own price guidelines. I also witnessed them sharing tools with other costumers. Never seen any form of sanitation. 0 stars from me

Edited: I no longer liked the service after Tony and his team left. Tried twice with other techs and was not pleased.I have been going to Signature Nails for a few months now. No complaints what so ever. I make appointments, and Im in and out in a timely manner. Customer service is great! I always get what I ask for, and nails last 3+ weeks. Its hard to find a great nail tech; Im glad I found mine (Tony) so close to home.

Rudest people I have ever dealt with. I got a design on my toes and I had a picture. I told them if they couldnt do it then dont try because I was getting married. It was a white flower with a diamond in the middle. They tried and they looked totally different. It was horrible so the lady told me that she would take it off but could not do it again. They were super rude!!!! Never again!!!!!

Love this place they were fast and efficient and very welcoming. My mom and I went here on new years eve and they were slammed, but they got everyone taken care of! Will def go to this salon for all my mani pedi needs.

If I could leave less than one star I would! When I got there they put me right in a chair for a pedicure. I sat there over half an hour while I watched three other people come in, get a chair, and a technician went to them right away. After a half hour, no one had come to help me. I asked the lady next to me (which was one of the three) if she had an appointment or something. She said no. Finally I just got up and left. No one said anything to me. Extremely unprofessional! I will never go back to this business again. I hope everyone reads this and does the same!

I was really excited to go to this salon because i had heard good things about it. I went in with the intent to get a fill in and red polish. While I was there I saw another lady getting what was called chrome polish and it looked great so I decided to get that instead (Fill in and Chrome polish $52). After I left, while in the car I had scratched my nails on my jeans and the polish came right off. I turned around and went back and they fixed them and put on a different topcoat (I really liked the guy that did them that day). They said this time it should last and let me know to come back if it didnt. Two days passed and it was coming off again. I wasnt able to get back in until the fourth day and this time it was a different guy. I asked for a polish change and he urged me to get another fill in as well (which I didnt even need) he said he would take care of it (which I thought meant he would do it for free considering I just gave them $52 a couple days before). When he got finished (this time with the regular red polish) he said it would be $20 more. This had me paying $72 in four days for what initially was suppose to be a fill in!! Not to mention the fact that I spent over 3 hours of my time that week at the nail salon!

Every time I come here I absolutely hate it. They are so rude. They always quote price to me like I’m not going to be able to pay for the service!#notip

I usually always come here to get my nails done cause they always did a good job & always got me in & out. However I went in the other day just to get a regular manicure & a regular pedicure. I got French tips and used the gel color cause they said it was only five dollars extra and it lasted a lot longer than regular. Tell me how they ended up charging me $80 When a regular mani & pedi together is like $40 together. There’s some nice women in there but the lady who did my nails, was extremely rude when I started asking questions about why it was so high & she was not gentle at all. I’d rather go to tango nails.

Went today to get a gel full set bc I have a gross habit of biting my nails and my husband hates it. I had no nails but Tan was so kind and took his time and made my nails look so pretty. My husband was so happy and so am I! Will definitely make them my regular nail salon! :)

Used to come here all the time but the last two times Ive made appointments and still have to wait forever. When they finally start my pedicure they seem to rush through it or halfway do something. This time the women only did the loofa instead of the cheese grater claus remover. Maybe if my feet hadnt soaked for 20 minutes in water there might be visible callus to be removed. And when she painted my nails she rushed through and barely covered them. Wont be back again

Ive been going to them for two years now on and off and the last two times have been so disappointed. My new Gel set turned into pink and whites because she couldnt understand me (which is nothing against her) and lasted a week before they broke. Last week My daughter and I went in for a Gel manicure ans pedicure and I was charged $10 more than her when we got exactly the same thing and after 4 days the polish is peeling off. Never have I been so disappointed with a nail place. D- at best.

Love my nail shop and all the staff there. Very attentive and always aiming to please. I have used my nail technician for years AKA Tony, love him and his creativity. When you FIND a great shop stick with them and this is exactly what Ive done, wouldnt go anywhere else.

The wait is long sometimes but the attention provided is well worth it. Scheduling an appointment in advance is certainly is better option. Overall great experience otherwise.

Had a shellac (gel) manicure here while visiting my grandmother. The girl who did them applied it really thickly, and it started lifting at the edges the same day. Went back to have it fixed and the same girl who originally applied it said I was picking at it and wanted me to upgrade to SNS (powder dip) because I was a picker, (I didnt pick at them, only gently cleaned the lifted area as I wanted to preserve what was still attached to the nail as much as possible.) When I asked her what her name was, she ignored me. I asked her again and she deliberately blew me off. Terrible experience. Visited my grandmother again a month or so later, and she talked me into going back with her to try again. This time, the guy who did my nails was amazing! They didnt lift at all, and lasted almost three weeks. Great experience! Unfortunately, its the luck of the draw. Ask for Long, the guy who does my grandmothers nails, as hes always fantastic. I wasnt able to get the name of the guy who did the great job the second time.

My wife and me visited got pedicure she got her nails. Great best I have been to here. Was a little busy but was still not bad of a wait.

We had a party of three including a 3 year old. They were packed when we got there, but they still got us in quickly and had us sitting together. The service was awesome and they did an awesome job on our manicures and pedicures. Highly recommend this place!

I have been getting solar nails for a year now, and would not go anywhere else! Olivia gets them perfect each and every time. I have past experiences at other nail salons and they were not as good at all. At Signature Nail and Spa they are always friendly, even when its packed, and it is most the time. Olivia never cut me, or hurt me when doing my nails, and even with all the manual labor I do around my horses they stay on! Love my nails and this salon!

Very accommodating when you come with a friend. They make sure youre seated together even though they are usually packed. I always love my pedi paint job too!

I have been to this place many times before, over 10 times. I only get pedicures here but the last time I went in which was May 13th to get my usual pedicure that my boyfriend paid for me for my birthday. They gave me an INEXPERIENCED boy who DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I have ingrown nails on my toes and I have never had a problem with the people getting them out for me before, well the little boy did and ripped my nail wrong and made me bleed which hurt. I explained to him I didnt want the rest done. Then he painted my toes the color I wanted but it looked like a 2 yr old painted them!! I had paint all over my toes. My boyfriend went back in and complained to them. All they did was take nail polish remover and go around my toes to remove the blue on my skin, but my little toes werent even completely painted, he left places unpainted, they didnt fix that. They also only gave me $10. I shouldve gotten a full refund due to the pain I suffered from them letting an INEXPERIENCED boy do pedicures.

If you’re gonna primarily be an appointment only” salon you need to emphasize that. Change the hours on the door or something. You say you open at 9:30 but every chair and tech is occupied and it’s gonna be over an hour wait or to come back in over an hour.

Horrible customer service!!They are always rushing to get to the next person. They lack attention to detail. Save your money and go to a nail salon that will respect minorities.

Not worth the money. I went in wanting a full set SNS powder and the quality for the price was abysmal. You can go somewhere else, pay half the price, and receive better results. Please do not waste your money. I read the reviews before I went and figured I would take a chance. While Im sure some of the people there take pride in their work and ensure quality results, the lady who did my nails was incredibly rude and could care less. I had her fix two of my nails while I was there. After which, she held my hands in such a way that I could not look at the others to see if they needed to be fixed as well. Fifty dollars later I had rough uneven nails that did not even last until the fill-in two weeks later. Please take your money somewhere else. Youll be glad you did.

I have been coming here for years. They were WONDERFUL until the last few months. Many of the techs are no longer there. The last fill in I got was terrible and started lifting the very next day. The wait is always over an hour. They speak in their native tongue all of the time now which makes you feel uncomfortable. They used to always speak english even to each other. I sure hope it improves soon!

Question: Why do my fingers itch after getting acrylic nails?Because, they do not clean their nail tools/drill heads after every customer. If you observe them you will see how they will use the same nail tools on every customer with out cleaning any of those tools. They are always in such a hurry to get to the next customer they have no regard for spreading germs and bacteria through unclean nail tools/drill heads.Every nail technician should take the time to clean and disinfect all of their nail tools/drill heads in between customers. Also, they should use Lysol disinfecting wipes to clean their nail station after every customer. When they do not germs and bacteria are spread from one persons body to another. Which results in itching, burning, and, swelling of the fingers.On top of this they do a very poor acrylic application. I paid forty dollars for a solar acrylic fill in and, two weeks later the acrylic started lifting up from my nail bed. I would not recommend this nail salon to any one.

I got the deluxe and my feet don’t feel or look like I had anything done but color on toes. Didn’t scrub or anything to my feet. I’m new to area so I’ll be finding a better one..

My daughter and I have been here 3 times and will not go back. 1st off they penny, nickel and dime everything!!!! On our 3rd visit we were both told that we needed new sets, when they just put on our nails 6 weeks ago! The paint job is awful and they were already lifting after a week.

My daughter and I waited forever. The lady that did my pedicure and painted my daughters toenails did an awesome job. But the lady who did my full set seemed rushed. She never pushed my cuticles back, None of my nails were the same size or the same shape. She also did not paint the sides were the tips of my fingers that I look funny when you look at them from different angles. I ended up spending $70 to have a pedicure and for the lady to paint my toes with gel finger nail Polish, and my daughter to get her toenails painted with a flower on the toe, and a full set with gel finger nail polish. We had already spent 2 hours in this place and I had somewhere to be, or I would of had them fix them. By the time I left it already looked like I had my nails on for one week

They do a really good job. Very inconsistent with their pricing though. One week Ill pay one thing, and the other Ill pay something different for the same Services. Thats puzzling to me.

Went to this location 3/20/17 to get a gel manicure by Chrissy and even though she was very sweet she needs more training. She made me bleed twice and kept working like it was nothing. Four out of ten of my fingers are still hurting and sore. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

My daughter and I have been coming here for 3 years. We love the staff and although more expensive than other places they always do an amazing job!
