Im from Long Island, NY (the land of nails). Holly and her staff are hands down (pun intended) the best place for service and quality. Tina is an artist when it comes to manicures, she is so meticulous. Always clean, COVID safe, always friendly.

This place is so cute. Really clean. Staff is friendly. You can tell that the owner really cares and they seemed to have a lot of return customers.Tina is my favorite for gel manicures. My nails last until they literally grow out, which is crazy because I work with my hands a lot.

I had a gift certificate. As soon as the tech saw it, she couldnt be more rude. Asked if I wanted my eyebrows done because you really need help. Didnt ask what I wanted, didnt like the polish I selected. When she put 1 coat on, she got up and left. I asked the manager if she was coming back. After a 5 minute wait, I got up and left.Overheard a customer complain that the manager cut her finger and the manager just said that it will stop hurting in a minute; customer just needed to sit still.

Have been getting a pedicure with my friend for years at Cute Tips. They are very friendly and do a wonderful job.

Love the ladies and the environment here!!! I only get my nails done here because they take the most care with my nails and listen to what I want!!!All the ladies and myself got my nails done here for my wedding and I could not have been more pleased!!!

The absolute BEST BEST NAIL PLACE in the kentlands and we all know there are PLENTY to choose from!! But Holly the owner is such a wonderful boss, you can tell all the employees are LONG time employees and the price is the same since the day she opened...best if all she knows MY name....I love that!!! I cant speak highly enough of Cute Tips nail salon! The bright pink walls and decor instantly put you in the right mindset for a fun and relaxing experience. Being greeted by the owner with my name every visit makes me feel like Im more than just the money Im spending. Most importantly, Maylee does fantastic work! Ive seen her every two weeks for about a year now (I could go longer but my nails grow out very quickly) and the only 2 issues Ive had (one was my fault and the other a polish didnt cure correctly) were fixed immediately, no questions asked. On a side note, I know some customers have communication or language barrier concerns with nail technicians, but this is never an issue with the staff here. I have tried many salons in the area (theres a ton just in the Kentlands), but none have come close to Cute Tips in atmosphere, customer service, and most importantly, quality of work!

The lady that did my nail had very little experience doing nails. Another worker had to come and fix the poor job she did to my nails. If you dont know how to do a proper manicure, dont work at a nail salon! I was disappointed.

Not real happy. The girl who did my nails must be new. She said she had only been there 3 months. She was very slow doing my acrylic fill. I guess she was trying to do a good job, but looking at them today, the surface is all bumpy and uneven. I dont think I am going back. My daughter and grand daughter love them though.

A friend of mine loves this place and knows everyone by name. Ive been to Cute Tips twice and while they are pleasant, I dont feel they do a very good job. Manicures and pedicures are done quickly, without much attention to detail. Nail lengths are sometimes uneven, cream application and massage is hurried, and polish isnt evenly applied. My most recent visit resulted in nails that werent completely painted, as they didnt swipe the polish down along the sides of the nail bed. Worse still, my manicure chipped on multiple fingers within two days — unacceptable. With prices on the higher side and quality that borders on nonexistent, Cute Tips isnt for me.

Cute Tips is the best! My 7 year old daughter and I went in for her first mani and pedi to celebrate the last day of school. Everyone was very professional, kind, and helpful, and made our mom and me day really wonderful. They even have special kids pricing thats a little cheaper!Here is my daughters review: The inside is pink and very beautiful! They have like a gazillion nailpolish colors!!

Reasonable pricing, experienced staff, appointments and walk ins, no off putting smells

I received a gift certificate to attend and was very disappointed with the service. While other customers were talking and laughing with the owner no one bothered to ask me anything or bother to have conversation with me. Did not try at all to provide good customer service, instead got upset at me when I chipped a little bit of the nail polish. Will not go again. Only been four days and nail polish is already coming off.
