Stopped by given my normal nail salon was booked and I was in need of a pedicure that day. It was the most rushed, painful and unenjoyable pedicure I’ve ever had. The tech (Kim) was aggressive and gave me multiple cuts on my toes and feet. I regret not walking out mid service- I would have been better off.

Not too busy they do 6 feet social distancing, disinfect after each person nice n friendly environment

Called ahead for an appointment and was told we could get two pedicures at 4:30. When we arrived at 4:30 they told us there was no one available so we needed to wait. They proceeded to take another walk-in client right in front of us. At 4:45 they told us they could do one pedicure now and another after that one was done.

I have been getting nails done for over 10 years . I recently moved and tried out this place . The lady that did my nails was soooo mean you me. She sits in the car back on the right . I went to get nails done and she was not friendly . She rushed me to choose my colors. I did not know what I wanted so I changed my mind 1 time and she gave me attitude. Every time she needed my hand she hit me. She made my nails bleed. She was not kind at all and all she did was hit my hand, rush me, made me bleed!!! And she has no respect.I have also noticed that other guests are always mad about the wait time. One time a guest pointed at me and said that I stole their appointment . I am not in charge of the appointments . I am a guest . NEVER RETURNING AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE SERVICE RUDE AND PRICY FOR NOOO REASON!!I highly recommend going to another nail salon . There is one 5 mins away from this one . It is the best service for the best prices. The name of this salon is H&T Nails! Much better, and the people are respectful .

I absolutely loved my experience at this salon especially with my technician Tony! He did an amazing job on my full set but I absolutely loved my pedicure as you can see!!

VERY unprofessional. Do NOT bother getting an appointment because they do NOT care, they will make you wait either way. This place is awful. They are rude and mean, my pedicure is a mess nail polish all over my toes. If you don’t want to do your job the right way get another one! Will NOT be coming back, I’m writing this review so other ppl won’t have to go through same negative experience.

The worst customer service EVER! I received the most painful rushed pedicure. Then was told to go as soon as my toes were polished. I asked could I sit for a few moments toAllow them to dry. I was told No and they sprayed some spray on my toes. I will not be returning.

Salon is clean and pleasant however the gel manicure I received was unacceptable. Manicure chip in 3 days and started peeling in 5 days. Will not use salon again.

I have been going to this place for over a year. Every two weeks I go here. ONLY reason why I continue to go here is because I run a business and I am so busy. I live so close to this place I could walk. Its convenient. However, I am in the market for another place. This place has the worst customer service. (not all) but most technicians get so mad when you correct them or tell them what you want. They act as if you are in there asking for something for free! The prices are higher than at other places I have been to. There are technicians in there who get so annoyed when you ask them to fix their job. Not only do they fight you on your requests, but they give you and attitude!!!sigh. I cannot stress enough how bad their culture in this business is. As a business owner I feel for this review. I did not want to leave it. But I had to. Reading the rest of the reviews, it matches what I have experienced in here. You would think as a recurring customer they would be nicer to me. but no. Judy, I recommend you working on your customer service, educate them that customers are the driving force for them having a job. No one in there should walk out feeling like they couldnt request what they wanted as a customer.One last thing. Technicians talk so bad about customers in their language. I understand a bit of Vietnamese. One time I caught the technician doing my nails talking bad about me because I had requested a french manicure with a different base color. She was telling other technicians how she no longer wants to take me in as I ask for too much! like what. Girl, I am paying for this. This is a money making business, they can care less about people. So sad.

I dont know too much about prices because I barely do my nails once a year maybe; customer service is bad, the front desk treat you like you owe her something and you dont want to pay her. (I think is this country customer service is really bad in general).The ladies are also rude, but they are good on nails.It will be nice for them to be nice with customer; specially with the frequent ones.Today they made my eyebrows, and they where perfect, they also did my daughters nails and they where perfect. At the beginning the lady who made my daughters nails, she was a bit rude but later she was nice. Not a friendly atmosphere and prices are ridiculous for full set gel nails! To start, I got my nails done by Judy today. I sat and waited for her to arrive for well over 30 mins. I knew what I wanted before she came but quickly changed my mind after she arrived due to her ridiculous prices! Judy not only charges for the length of the nail but she also charges for the shape that you wish to have them. Never in my life have I heard or experienced such ridiculousness before! Judy wanted to charge me $80 for what I wanted. I felt for me having to wait, the least she could have done is be more reasonable with the pricing. Judy did a great job on my nails but I will not be going back. I can get what I want elsewhere and pay less. I would not recommend this place because they be trippin on the pricing and they do not seem to value customers.

My best friend and I came here as walk ins to get dip manicures.$45 each of us for the first time as customers is what we were told my usual place is $40 always.I loved the personality of my technician but the after of my nails is awful.I have again and dip paint every where. She never clipped my cuticles. The shape is completely off. There is missing color on my nails and is rough in so many spots!Im so so so so upset and my best friends bails are the same as well!

I have been going here for 10 years and i love Judy and Ben! People complain about the wait times but when you are this great you are very busy. I dont mind waiting for the service i receive from them. I also see a lot of complaints about the management being unprofessional. They are not unprofessional, they are down to earth. People need to learn the difference.

I have been going here since I was 13, and it is the best place ever. Judy knows about all the new shapes and even when I am overdue for my fill-ins my nails last so long.

This was my first time here it was a great experience the place is so nice and they have a lot of cute colors there true wth there price, and I went to Kim she did the perfect shape and it was so quick and nice

I went in to get lashes done and I think the lady stereotypes me and gives me some thick dark ghetto lashes and says she thought because I was young it was the style.??? She proceeds to charge me full price even though I am dissatisfied and I want her to remove them. She then has me sit in a chair with cotton stuck on my lashes for 35 minutes while she does another ladies lashes. When she starts removing mine she is trying to rip them off and it hurts so bad I tell her to stop then the chemical starts burning my eyes intensely and Im crying and shes still trying to pluck the lashes off. I get her to take me to the sink to rinse my eyes and in between rinsing she she keeps trying to pull lashes off. After the whole ordeal she looks pissed off, no sympathy that my overall experience there was bad. I paid the money and left pissed off.My final thoughts are, dont be sucked in by the low prices. You get what you pay for. I was also unhappy with my eyebrows. I liked them way more before going in there. They were left incredibly thin and uneven. Luckily I know enough about filling in brows to get by this awkward faze. >_

I am rating this place just based on appointment times! I would go to Judy and she does great nails however every time I make an appointment I usually sit there waiting for her to get there or wait at least a half an hour for her to finish with someone else. Today I made an appointment to see her at 12 to get eyelashes done and a pedicure by someone else, I get my pedicure done and I wait and she knows Im waiting and apparently she had another appointment to do nails so meanwhile Im waiting 30 minutes and I have a cook out to host so I could no longer wait . As soon as I go to pay for my pedicure she tells me that she can do my eyelashes now .....ummm its too late, I have to go! Whenever I make an appointment I expect them to be on time as I am always early I can understand 5 to 10 minutes late . They just lost a customer and I always tip over 50% but apparently that doesnt matter there anyway . I will find a new place that cares about being on time and cares about their clients . The establishment is beautiful they have redone everything its too bad it doesnt match professionalism .

Horrific service. So slow I left without even getting polish !! 2 nails cracked at the skin less than a week after I got them done and when I called to let them know they were rude and insisted it was something I did. Ive had REAL nails with acrylic overlay for about 2 years and NEVER had this problem until I went to this nail shop. I asked for my money back but they insisted there was nothing they could do. I am livid and would not recommend this shop to ANYONE.

I understand why everyone in there is always so angry and annoying like they are mad they have customer... every one in there is rude always talking in Vietnamese they do a okay job on the my nails but don’t get your eyebrows waxed there they will ruin your eyebrows for life😯

I had a really bad experience today, and I think this is my last time I visit this place, even though I don’t go to often I liked this place but one bad comment from one of the workers made me so mad. When I go there I don’t have an specific person to do my nails so I wouldn’t remember all their names, but talking bad about your customers with another customer plus in front of that person is not correct... that’s where they get the money from From your customers remember that. They think some people will not understand languages as they speak . If they had less than one star I definitely give them less.

First time client, manager seems off barley introduce me to the place just told me what you want?, sign your name that threw me off but I kept patience I picked red nail polish because I wanted a design over my white nail polish and the lady didnt understand me so I got frustrated and let it go. Barely scrubbed my foot still left off dead skin on my feet. The clean up of the nail polish was done poorly looks like a little kids painted my nails. Bad customer service and they dont know what theyre doing.

I walked in Today for Judy to fix my lashes two ppl were ahead of me so I wait someone walks in Judy tells the lady to come sit after I have been there 2 hours start her nails... (The lady didnt have a appointment either) I kindly got up in walked out... She came running behind calling my name I kept walking like I didnt hear her... Judy lost a loyal customer today... Its not just Today Im always waiting for 1 to 2 for service from Judy sorry NOT ANYMORE...THANKS Kimberly

Absolutely appalled by the service I received from them. I have been a loyal customer for over 10yrs and recently had horrific service I mean Ive been patient with them this entire time throughout the years with the long wait times after making appointments and arriving well before my appointment time and still being made to wait after 4hours the carelessness theyve shown me with my time among other things I recently had a gel and matching color on my hands and feet and when I left the color change to an older raggedy Mitch match color I went back to ask if they could fix it because the color changed on me and they charged me $100 for the color changed that they messed up on with the cheap undetailed colored they use I am appalled. They charged me to fix a mistake that they made👊🏽

I went to this Salon out of convenience of its location. The Tech Tony did my nails. He did them and I had a slight pain at the base of three nails (I was getting a fill). It was two weeks when I returned and the pain was terrible when he touched them with the utensil. OMG!!!!! I should have known by his face that something terrible was wrong. This guy had filed the bed of my nails down so thin with the electronic file that it was to the meat/skin. God is good, because it did NOT get infected. Thanks to the advice and care of a reputable Salon (Phoenix Nails) in Gaithersburg, my nails were cared for, treated and grown out healthy, That said I would love to give this place a NEGATIVE rating and believe all should beware of the unsanitary, cavalier care of the clients when going into this establishment. Basically...enter at own risk.

I hardly get my nails done. So when I went I asked for a manicure not knowing it was called a fullset (using fake nails). One worker started speaking in their language I guess telling them I wanted a fullset but asked for a manicure. Well after that it seem like the whole nail salon was talking about me in their language while staring at me. It was so embarrassing. The manger didnt make it no better because she told me to come back when I can make up my mind on what I wanted. I was than charged $15.00 for nail filing and clipper with no color that Ive couldve done at home. I will never come here again

The worst experience ever. Judy the owner is rude as hell. I had an 4:45 appt arrived 2 minutes Early upon arrival Judy was doing someones eye lashes she never knowledge me I waited 5 minutes 10 minutes then had another technician do my pedicure I figured if I had this technician do my pedicure that would give her time to finish eyelashes during my appointment time period after my pettycur was complete I waited an additional 15 minutes because she started doing someones eyebrows After she finished the persons eyebrows there was another lady waiting to get her nails done because she had a 5 oclock appointment she did the other ladies nails and told me to wait I said I had an appointment that was before this ladys so its only fair if you do mine she said can you wait I said no I cannot wait Ive already been here for an hour and a 1/2 waiting she said what do you want me to do cancel or reschedule and I said thats how you treat customers she told me to leave Judy the owner was extra rude and I suggest nobody go there she does not one our business

They renovated so it look much nicer in there. I have been going there for 3 yrs cuz its close and convenient BUT today i have had enough!! The price went up to $10 for eyebrows (to pay for there renovation) and i have gotten the worst eyebrow job i have EVER received. Kim was the one who originally did my eyebrows and she left soo much black little hairs i might as well have not gotten my eyebrows done. The mirrors are so dirty its hard to see so i went out to my car and walked right back in. Kim had left. Other lady fixed them (mostly) but she plucked since they had already waxed. Should have plucked them myself at this point. NOT going back and telling my sister and friends not to go either.

The first time I went there they treat me nice I did pedicure manicure it was great for my summer and second time I went there I want a regular nail polish which they told me for extra 5 cause the nail polish was opinion something full set and I paid $ 20 the same day the Polish was messed up I didnt do anything and came back to tell them and fix it they pay no mind for that poor customer service. ..

Prices have gone up as quality has gone down. Been going there for 8 years, finally found a new nail salon that can get the job done way better!!!

I have been going there for two years but I have the same problem everytime. The gel color chips off less than a week and am tired of going there to fix it. Gel supposed to last b/n 2-3 weeks but not the one from here. The service was ok at times.
