I love coming to LOVELY nails for pedicures or manicures. The staff is so lovely 😊 like their name. All the tech are welcoming and friendly. You can see that they really care about you by the way the take their time to get the job done. Which always turns out beautiful. If they made a mistake or if you don’t like it they do their best to satisfy your demand. I recently moved to Virginia but every time I get the chance I go back there to get my nails done. I just started coming here since I moved to the area. So far every time, the nail techs are so nice and my manicures and pedicures have lasted so long! The shop is in a very small nook, and isnt super fancy, but it is still nice, and you can get what you want out of your experience. Ill come here till I cant anymore!

WOW 🤩 absolutely blown away by the service and attention to detail I received here. I called to make an appointment and was treated beautifully and courteously on the phone, able to come in same day, and received a GORGEOUS full set based on a picture I would never have trusted my old place to execute successfully. The technician took so much time with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted-I’ve found my new nail place for sure!

So far, under the new management, Lovely Nails has improved! They still offer reasonable pricing. My eyebrow wax was very well done, and fast. My pedicure with Tina was wonderful. She is a perfectionist! Both technicians took their time, and were so friendly. It may not be a high end spa, but you definitely get a great experience here.

Both my daughter and myself had pedis and our eyebrows done. Both of our techs Lee Im probably spelling her name wrong! My apologies and Diane were friendly and gentle. Especially when my girl got her eyebrows waxed, OUCH!!!!

I came here to get my acrylics off and I also got a manicure. Tiffany was very kind and did a neat and beautiful job! She was gentle with the acrylics even though they were hard to remove and my nails feel great. I have come here several times in the past few years and I always have a good experience.Despite covid I felt safe here because they take appointments and the store isn’t very busy. Make sure to be kind and tip well!

The service is okay, but I got a horrible manicure. It chipped so quickly within 2 hours, the technician cut my nails to the point where they are nubs and she didn’t paint them carefully. Avoid at all cost! Definitely pay a little more and go somewhere else.

The nail techs did such a great job on my boyfriend and I! They each took their time doing our nails, which came out great! I am fully satisfied with the results, and I will definitely be coming back here for their services!

I’ve been going here for about two years. They remember the regulars and know when I walk in the door I want a pedicure. Never had to wait too long. They offer different levels of service but have never been pushy about upscaling the service.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, the fat lady in the front that does that nails was very rude, she kept getting smart with me and my 2 Nieces . She rushed and did our nails, she kept telling us what we wanted to do with our nails . We didn’t get what we wanted. My nails looks horrible and they all are different sizes . I would not recommend going to this place at all !! Then they had the nerve to ask can they stop doing our nails to do someone else nails like what we had an appointment !! Worst experience EVER !!!

Been going here for many many years. Not sure why they have poor reviews on here but I’ve always had great treatment and my nails and toes always look great. They are always busy, so I know they are good. Great hours and a large range of colors in stock. When my family comes I. To town I always bring them here and they are always treated very well. I moved and I still come back here. They’re awesome.

Really like having my nails done here..first time. I didnt have an appointment but was seen really quickly. Tech took his time to do exactly what I wanted, and hubby was really pleased with the manicure. Will visit again.

I have tried a lot of nail places in this area and always finding myself coming back here. They are great! I agree with a lot of the other reviewers that they definitely want to make sure you are happy (offer suggestions, make sure you like the color with a test nail, will re-do them if you aren’t happy or smudge while drying, etc.). V is outstanding and fast w acrylics, in my opinion.As with any nail salon, Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturdays can get a little busy so either make an appointment or go at an off time on a weekday and you’ll have no problem getting a seat right away.Also, be sure to bring cash for tips! (but they’re really nice if you forget and always have to run to Giant next door, like me)

I usually dont write reviews, unless I am extremely disappointed or extremely pleased. I have to say I stopped going to nail salons for a very long time, since none of them was worth my time and money. I must say I have never been so pleased at a nail salon as I am here, and the reason is Mae. She really is the very best. You will never be disappointed. She is consistently good and knowledgeable about her job. She takes the time to do her very best and dont rush into her job to get to the next customer, like others. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She really is an expert. Enjoy!

I went in to get my acrylic thumbnail replaced. I understand that my nail may not be exactly the same shape because a different person did my full set. My nail was extremely thick, crooked, and in the middle there was a huge lump. After pointing out the lump three times I realized the woman didnt know how to fix it. While the gel polish was drying under the black light the woman started cutting her cuticles and clippimgg her own nails in between coats. I will not go back or recommend this place.

Kenny does my pedicures and I am mostly pleased. He takes his time. They can be rude to other customers--mostly by just letting them sit for long periods of time--even if not a walk-in--and talking mostly to each other rather than the customer. I have been personally pleased but I can see why some might not be.

Mae is awesome!! Ive been going to her for over 5 years. She works to get me an appointment that will accommodate my schedule. She always takes the time to make sure I am pleased during every service. She is knowledgeable and provides great recommendations.

I am VERY picky! I drive nail salons nuts trying to get nails done the way I want them, and am often disappointed., Finally I found this place and I am THRILLED ! She listened, she worked fast (didnt dilly dally) and the price is very reasonable! I CANNOT say enough good things about my two experiences at Lovely Nails. I HIGHLY recommend you try this place out. I see there are negative posts from 3 years ago, but honestly, if they can please me they can please ANYONE! Give them a chance, you will be glad you did. The name of the woman I had is V, although I noticed many other happy customers there.

The first time I went the daughter that is super creative did my nails. She was great.The second time the I went i asked for the same person. The mother lied and said she doesnt do fills and had the other daughter do my fill and it was horrible. I had to get them redone. The final time i went the owner (the mom) said that that the girl just left. It was the creative daughter. So now she can do fills. Hmmmmm. This place is shady. Their skill level is not up to par. Dont waste your time with them if you are looking for great work that is on trend.

I went to refill my nail.the price was not very high.however they have terrible customer service and they were so rude.they asked for pay at the middle of my service,they changed my nail shape and they had a very poor nail design.please if you like to be happy after your visit, dont go there.

After getting a pedicure at this place I ended up with an ingrown toenail that got infected. I had to see a Podiatrist and have been in pain ever since.
