Nina did my nails. Do these look like a fresh set? They are… They weren’t totally filled in, they were bumpy (the acrylic and gel were not done well) the edges aren’t smooth. They cut/burned me with the drill. The false nails were too small on most nails so my actual nail poked out. On their feedback survey I was honest so they called me back. Instead of giving me a fresh set, they filed down my real nail even more, my nails are so damaged now. They were very argumentative saying they did their job so they don’t understand why I wasn’t satisfied. They were also very late both times.

I am quite disappointed. The pedicure didnt even last 6 hours. 40 dollar gel pedicure and it chipped before I even got home because they were too busy trying to see as many people as possible and get money instead of providing quality services.. Especially considering the prices.. I heard mixed things about this place but decided to try anyway. I was rushed the prices are ridiculous as I paid 40 bucks literally for just a polish change and she didnt even do that properly but looked disgruntled about no tip but left my feet ashy and unkept. I am completely shocked at my experience. The staff were very short and rude with me even to the point of speaking over me when I was trying to thank them for their time. Then a 40 dollar gel pedicure doesnt even last 5 hours. I want my money backOverpriced and underwhelming. Literally they make it a point for the place to look luxurious but the service and people make you feel like its a hole in the wall. Sad.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. I had a french gel manicure. Nina was my nail tech and she did a beautiful jobon my nails. Shes friendly, quick and precise. I am 100% satisfied with the level of service and professionalism and will make Allure Nails in Kentlands my go to nail salon.

Came in for a basic manicure and the girl doing my nails cut me twice. It kept bleeding and she didn’t really tend to it, matter of fact she painted over the blood with the nail polish and dipped it back into the bottle...yikes. The files are not fresh, so it’s not sanitary. Wouldn’t recommend, the cut was painful!

Excellent salon! Did my appointment on line and they replied back immediately. Received sports pedicure with gel polish a couple of weeks ago and pedicure still looks great! Will go in a couple of weeks for new pedicure. Gel style manicure was wonderful. Due to constant hand washing needed manicure soonerthan pedicure. The massage chair is a must try!

Paul did my mani and it’s the best I’ve ever had. I told him the shape I wanted and together we picked out colors from the ideas we discussed. I couldn’t believe how precise and efficient he works. I have been going to get manicures and pedicures here for some time and every time I have an amazing experience. Everyone is so talented and so friendly. Recently I got my eyelashes done and they look amazing and have lasted so long. I have gotten them done a few other places and none can compare to the job they did. I highly recommend going to allure nails for a great look, clean environment and friendly people!

Nice staff. Wide variety of colors for SNS.During my last visit I noticed I was charged more than I had been at the previous visit. Somehow getting the exact same thing cost $15 more the 2nd time. I asked for clarification and wasn’t given an adequate answer.Polish from pedicures does not last more than 3 days before chipping. I’ve had several pedicures where this has happened.Nails were misshapen at the first visit. Was burnt by electric file on the most recent. Tips are not properly glued down/secured to natural nails.Most likely will not be returning.

DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON! The technician burned me with the electric file and was completely not phased by my screech and pulling my hand away. I had been to this salon several times before this incident and never experienced any major issues (small ones, but nothing major). Using an electric file so high on natural nails is a big no-no, and to not acknowledge any fault or offer an apology was highly unprofessional. I got up and walked out. Terrible experience.

This place is so elite. I’ve never been so comfortable in the pedicure chairs. The tubs have LED lights, and they have a really really big collection of gel polish. It doesn’t get any better than that. I’ve been here many many times and i’ve never left unhappy. The service is great and it’s inexpensive, i have no reason not to tip well. They’re always so nice in here as well. I’ve gone to a nail spa in downtown crown and my gel fill and pedicure was $102 dollars where as here it is no more than $80. This place is so relaxing and soothing they even play gentle music that makes it 100 times better. This place is the best.

Before COVID I went for several years to the same nails salon but I was not comfortable going there anymore, in COVD time: too small with too many people. I went around to try to find the salon, and I just did.After a few unsuccessful powder dip at random places around where I live, I finally made an appointment at Allures Nails, and Nina did my nails.The salon is a splash of colors, everyone is so friendly and professional, and its getting fun again for the first time in almost a year to have my nails done.Nina did an amazing job, and now I am going to look for ideas of fun nails for the future. I just had a fun time!

Nina was great! She was patient with me after I was not a fan of the original color I picked out. She did an amazing Job. I highly recommend her. She was able to work with my short nail length and made them look truly amazing. You wont be dissatisfied!

Went for the first time today and got a full acrylic set she used some type of short curved nails now my nails have humps on the end of my “coffin” nails my toenails weren’t cut even. All she did was cut the cuticles on my toes after soaking in water never scrub the dead skin of the bottom of my feet and I was charged$35 dollars for that. $70 spent and I don’t have a decent set of nails and a decent pedicure I will be calling tomorrow to get them taken off. Waste of money will not be returning after issue is resolved first and last time at this place.

Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Im very happy with my pedicure. I opted for the regular pedicure, not the spa. The service was exactly as expected. Nothing fancy, but totally met expectations. The outcome is great. The shape of my nails is perfect and the polish looks flawless. Ill definitely be back!

So I didn’t have a chance to do my nail here so I have no clue about their work. I called 2 days ago and booked an appointment for today . Went there on time . But the lady working there told me that she called me too many times and also texted me to confirm the appointment and because I didn’t respond she cancelled my appointment! And that was because she was texting and calling a wrong number, not mine! I never received any message from her! She said she can’t do my nail today and I should come another day!!! So I walked out and I am not gonna go back ever again! I don’t even live close by! If I make a similar mistake in my own job, I would definitely fix the problem the same time and day because obviously it was my mistake! With all those reviews I was expecting to see a more professional behavior!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The service is terrific - They do a beautiful job and stand by their work. I went back in after a gel nail chipped after a week, and the technician fixed it, no problem, no hassle. The salon is lovely and comfortable. My new favorite nail place!

Got a dip powder manicure done when this salon just opened. Forwent my usual place to try the new one in the area with a friend. My nails hurt afterward. The day after my first nail came off and by the weeks end the rest were gone as well. My skin by my nails was left nicked in many places and the tech had made me bleed as well. Not the best nail experience.Hopefully service here has improved since their opening.

Disrespectful and Prejudice!!!I just walked into this salon with my daughter and asked for a manicure and was told by the front staff to proceed and pick a color. Shortly after that, a woman looked us up and down and said “we’re too busy and can’t do your nails”! I mentioned I was just told by the front staff to proceed and the front desk staff then changed his story also saying yes we’re too busy. I was very confused as there was only one woman sitting in the waiting area with her daughter as well, and she also looked perplexed by the interaction I was having with the staff. It’s very possible that they were busy and I would have had no issues waiting or coming back if they had courteously explained that, however that was not how they made us feel. They made us feel like our business was not wanted because of whatever prejudice they had formed, and unfortunately it felt like it was due to our race. To the management of this business, be very mindful of how you treat people, especially being in the service industry! I personally will not patronize your business and if my interaction with your staff today represents the character of your business, I hope you will invest your time and energy in correcting this behavior and making your business a place where everyone is welcome!

DO NOT THREAD EYEBROWS HERE!!!The lady completely butchered me, I came in with full eye brows i told her to clean and leave them square, she made them uneven took chunks of hair out and made them extremely thin and roundAnd is very highly priced she charges $25Just for brows!For 12 dollars at any mall you get a way better job!I am completely devastated about this she had removed hair from very fine areas that hair don’t grow much any more!Terrible!Also every time I come in here they make you wait long periods of time and tell you 5 minutes over and over again.

The difference from this day spa and others in Kentlands is the pedicure chairs!! Odd I know, but the pedicure chairs are AMAZING with heat, massage, recline, timed settings, fully customizable. Salon has 1,000,000s of dip, gel, acrylic, and natural polish colors to chose from. Not kidding there are drawers and drawers of colors not to mention one entire wall, too.Free wi-fi (not secure), soft music, little (to no) extraneous noise, average prices, ATM on site, free refreshments....but the chairs....Oh Mama!!

Went there last week to get a gel manicure and the next day I got a chip in my nail. Went back in and they fixed it and said it was a 2 week guarantee and this shouldnt happen. Well now Im on vacation and the whole manicure has started to peel off. What a waste of money dont go here!

Worst nail spa ever. Went here to get my acrylics done. The guy who did my acrylics was extremely unprofessional and rude. He was rushing me to pick my color, and when I finally did he didn’t seem engaged or caring. Not a friendly atmosphere, also talked on the phone with his headphone for the whole time while doing my nails. Would not recommend.
