First off, dont even bother going to ANY nail salon in palestine if you have high standards for your nails. This is not my first bad nail salon experience in this town but the first time Ive thought to speak up about it. I asked for short acrylic french tip nails. I got long acrylics and the guy used gel nail polish for the tip which left it looking sloppy on the tips and under the nails. I asked for them shorter and he did not want to cut them shorter. I mentioned the bumps in the white tips and he told me no and continued with putting the clear gel over it. I also went on a monday morning where it wasnt busy and my shoes were shoved on my feet and I was rushed to the check out. So much for a relaxing nail day with quality service.

I love this place! They get you in and out in a timely manner! There was even a lady there who paid for my daughter to receive a pedicure! We kept thanking her for that random act of kindness! We truly thank her...we didnt get her name....she really made my daughters day! Were forever grateful 🙏

If these people would take a breath and LISTEN then my nails wouldnt look like this. My thumb isnt even filled in. They are NOT pointed. And he fussed at me because my nail was still wet when he went to gloss over where it wasnt filled in. I just smiled, paid and left. Dont worry. I wont be back. And yes, I did still tip, it is a service industry. I didnt complain because his lack was already pissing me off.

Went in for eyelash extensions, right as one girl was walking out the lady told me to come in and lay down. She didn’t clean the tools or the bed where the last girl was. I snapped a picture to show. This is absolutely unsanitary and someone is going to end up with a terrible infection or something. The lady did my extensions in 15 minutes and they are uneven and look horrible. She wasn’t very nice either. Never going back. Not pictured, the gross Qtip laying on the bedding where I was rushed to sit down

I went in for the first time with my co-teacher who goes there often. We had our nails done for our school dance. The woman who did my nails was great, she listened to me and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with my nails.

Not what i asked for! Told her square round i dont know what kind of shape this is. All my nails are shaped different and different size. Some are thicker and some are slimmer you can tell were the nail looks thick and then on top of that one of my nails looks like the whole finger is covered with powder!!!!

They will give you exactly what you want. Great prices.

Didnt glue my acrylics all the way on as soon as I tried to open my car door they broke off.. Ive had them for less than a day

One star because they got me right in. The old guy needs to stop rubbing on women. They didnt soak my nails to remove old manicure, confusion between techs about which product to use for powder dip manicure. Manicure stations dirty.

I don’t frequent shops here but about a week ago I was pressed and couldn’t make it to my normal salon. Hasn’t even been two weeks and my nails are cracking anytime I hit things. I just started growing my nails and I’ll have to start over. To the tech who asked why I don’t use you guys this is why

I took my daughter for her grades being good and they cut her fingers up amd didnt do what she wanted. I refused to pay so he called the cops amd the only reason i paid was so I could take him to court. Very rude and agrresive and dont know what they are doing. Go somewhere else. Dont waste time.

I never get my toes done cause I’m super insecure about them. But they did a amazing job with my toes and I will be coming back for a refill:)

I experienced horrible customer service.

I tried Magic when I first moved here 7 years ago. I have never had a bad experience with them.I get my nails, toes and eyebrows done here once a month. Have used many different technicians and never had an issue.

I love magic nails I have been coming here for over two years on and off. I live 45 minutes away so I wouldn’t make the trip if it was worth it. Good/quick service even when busy and a fair price!

Wondering, best pedicure experience Ive had in a long time!! Technician was very gentle, attentive, and not in a rush! Highly reccomend this place!

If I could give a 0 star I would, not only did they make me wait over an hour ( my appointment was at 4 I showed up at 3:30)they left my feet in cold water for 30 of those minutes, finally when I had enough of waiting they magically had someone who could help me and tried to explain that they needed to help walk ins first, not people who set appointments A WEEK IN ADVANCE, I could be understanding if this was a one time thing, it was not it has happened twice now.

I went today after a terrible experience years ago. I was short on time and in need of a quick lip wax and figured it had been enough time for them to get it together.Wrong.I told the lady twice what I wanted and when I laid down, she tried to wax the wrong area and I had to stop her. But the absolute worse part is, I currently have not one, but TWO burns on my face. I have received many of waxes in my time and have learned my lesson in cheating on my normal lady. Never again will this establishment have my business.

READ FIRST PLEASE... Do not go here they are price gouging. Plus they are wanting to argue with you about what you want done. They say yes they can do what you ask for then DO NOT. They cut you with the instrument and they dont put an antiseptic on it for your protection nor do they apologize for hurting you. They tell you that the wait is 10 mins and then your there still after an hour waiting... When you question the wait again they want to argue and then proceed to discuss you in their native language. Go elsewhere before going here. Im not the only one who experienced... 3 other women did to while I was there.

They do good pedicures

I usually go here because they do a good job but today the guy doing my nails was rude. i kept telling him where he would mess up and he would give an attitude. he left a bunch of white powder under my nails and then i realize one of the glitter nails had the red nail polish on the corner.

I am never disappointed here! Wonderful service, clean environment, amazing people!

I only get my brows done here and let my just say, they have almost never been even in all my life, until I went here! They do an amazing job and I am confident about my brows for the first time in along time!

My daughter and I went for her birthday. It was our traditional Girls day . We were going to get it all. The nail technician became angry at me because I have short nails. He was fussing to the others. The girl that did my pedicure told me to find a design in my phone if I wanted a design on my toes. I immediately dismissed the mad guy because he said he couldnt do my nails in the chair. I was to stop my pedicure and come to his station. The girl that did my pedicure immediately dissapeared to the back. A nice girl named Katherine finished the pedicure I had paid for. Kindness goes a long way and we were going to go all out. Had it not been for the sweet little technician, I wouldnt have gotten what I paid for. We went to relax and be pampered. Not judged by the length of our nails. We will follow Leon because he was always the one that made our visits so pleasant. We will not return to Magic Nail.

My daughter and I went to have a girls day Sunday 12/15/19 to get a pedi and shellac for her. Today is 12/17/19 and my powder nails look horrible I just can’t believe how horrible the nail techs had gotten in here I use to love this place but I will not be returning for no service.

I have always enjoyed this nail salon but after the treatment today I will never return. I have had my nails dipped for over a year and I have always soaked them off. The owner wanted to treat us like cattle and hurry us through the shoot and not take the time to soak them. When I would not allow him to grind them off he became very rude and argumentative.

9 times out of 10 couldnt get better from anywhere else however theres always that 1 out of 10

I have been going here a year, and they do good work. But I dont think Ill go there anymore. Tonight after waiting an hour and 20 minutes before they started my Mani/pedi they didnt want to do the manicure because my nails were too short. I have been biting them lately due to stress but they werent down to the quick by any means. The nail tech and hovering manager pressured me to get fake nails but I just wanted to skip the manicure. So they grudingly do the regular manicure with the manager dropping by and scowling and telling me, stop chew you nails you look better. He even hovered by the front door and said it to me yet again as I left.I went there to deal with my stress and pep myself up, but I left there feeling even sadder. I think thats a crummy way for a spa to treat a customer.But if you already have pretty nails you will probably like them.

My nails always look great when I get them done here!! Had to change from 5 stars to 3 because all of a sudden theyre charging extra to remove the shellac they put on there.

I LOVE this place, they are open on Sundays and THAT is so convenient! Julie is by far the best to do your nails! They are very friendly and very accommodating! I have been to other nail salons in the east tx area and MAGIC NAILS is THE BEST!

This place used to be so good, now they rush and dont care if they are rough. Last visit they burned more than one of my actual nails with the filing and yesterday I took my three year old for a girls day with my mom and sister and they were impatient and even my toddler was saying ouch and they ignored her. They split our whole group up and my bill $77 was the lowest, they acted like we were the inconveniences.

Well this place is good, yet I wish that you could see the menú online so you know what to expect... but thats about it .. the girls are really nice.

This was 2nd chance for me _ wanted to see if they had improved. But Its all about who you get. John was great.

My 2yr old daughter and I went into the salon waiting for our pedis with our feet in the water for 35 min and no one to approach us and a cranky toddler I started to consider leaving, and when the couple next to me got up and decided that their 45 min wait before us was enough for there pedis(is what they told me when they got up) i knew it was time to go. And as I was drying my daughters feet and getting our shoes they had a guy run over to us and get everything set for our toes and said he was gonna do my pedi but then walks away and does something else leaving us waiting so when I put my daughters shoe on a girl comes over to us and says ma’am I’m going to do y’alls pedis and then proceeded with our nails. And then the lady doing my daughters nails was telling her to “stop coughing” and every time she coughed she would make a snarky noise. Mind you, that she’s 2 and was told not to move her hands and be still, so she doesn’t cover her mouth. Then when the lady was doing her toes my daughter said that she had to potty, and the girl said she could take her but when I got up to take her another lady came up and said “what? She’s 1?” And started laughing. I’ve been going here for Years and we will be finding another salon.

Highly do NOT recommend! They aren’t the cleanest and aren’t very friendly. My Shellac started cracking and peeling the next day.

I have to say the end result was not what I was hoping for. My pedi tech Julie was quick and rough but the nail tech was nicer and a bit slower. They talk in their language loudly the entire time which is uncomfortable. You never have a chance to relax. The man who took my payment wouldnt stop looking at his computer long enough to look me in the eye; he swiped my card and put the receipt and card on the counter without looking away from his monitor. Customer service needs a LOT of work. I got home and she didnt clean up the powder and gel around my nails. Will not be returning!

Horrible place to get your nails done at. I am very dissatisfied.They are very rude and they did not clean the mess off of my hands and my nails were all crooked. I would give them no stars if I could. To top it all off, they were arguing in their language about me and it was obvious. Never go to this nail shop even in an emergency. Lesson learned...take heed to reviews.

Leon is awesome and great I try to only ask for him. He never cuts me and I have tiny nail beds and every one is good.

Horrible, got over charged for my nails, called beforehand & asked price, was told $23 then got there, told them what I wanted, wasnt done right & was charged for what I didnt want. People in front of me had to argue the price as well. Will not be going back there again. Very disappointed right now! Also the woman that did my nails was named Thi Phu Lieu, trust me that place is the worst & the people are extremely rude. As I said almost a year ago I will never go back & I hope they lose business because of their rude customer service. Completely disgusted by this place.

Probably wont go here much anymore, as it seems that everytime I go here I feel rushed in and out. I only wanted a basic manicure and kept getting pressure to upgrade from was is suppose to be a $12 one as listed on the pricing menu ( I was charged $17), to one that is $30. A friend of mine had several in her party and they added extra to her total that was already over $100. The tools they are using didnt appear to be sanitized from the last use from previous customer!

I go here for the drinks now. They use to be great now they are blah, stays busy & they rush to try & fit everyone in.

Place is dirty and they used unsanitary metal tools on me that they used on previous client, woman had no idea how to do a powder gel nail and by the end my nails were lumpy and uneven, she left chunks of hard nail bits under my nails. The chair I sat in for my pedicure was covered in nail dust (I was wearing all black), went to wash my hands after and the station was disgustingly dirty there was dried up barbacide on all the glassware next time the sink. And the entire time the entire staff was (no joke) yelling at eachother the entire time in their language from across the room. In no way, shape or form could I relax or enjoy said experience. One star, because I cant give zero.
