While they do take walk-ins, its best to call ahead and set an appointment if you dont want to wait. Theyre always busy any time of day.. Their pedicures really leave your feet smooth and soft. My aunt likes their dip powder but I just did the basic mani-pedi. Bibi is the best!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at central nails. I have been a long time customer for years and even during Covid however I have noticed a few errors here and there that I have let slide. However, today sold it to me that I’m changing locations. First my friend was rushed to pick a color and sit down. She was not able to sit next to me (this has happened many times before). Secondly after I picked my color the person doing my nails she sat at the front desk and answered every phone call and rushed through my nails. I asked her if she would also wax my eyebrows, which she agreed to do. She took me to the back in between my manicure and did not change her gloves or wash her hands. Her gloves had stains from other colors that were not used on my nails so I knew these were old dirty gloves for who knows how long. She preceded to wax my eyebrows extremely fast and shove my face from side to side. She showed me the mirror one time and I found hairs that were not removed in obvious open areas. I asked her to remove those hairs which she did with tweezers and then said “you’re all set” and never showed me the mirror and started cleaning her area. She then took me back to finish my nails and at the end she put globs of cuticle oil on my hands and left them all over my nails without rubbing them in. She was the worst nail tech at this salon. These are common courtesy tips to do (even pre-Covid) if I pay you $80 for dip manicure and eyebrow waxing.1. Change your gloves.2. Wash your hands3. Don’t be rude and rush your services4. Have someone designated to answer your phone calls when you have a customerNever going back and highly do not recommend any one to come here.

I rarely get pedicures here, as I normally do them myself. Ive only had a pedicure here one other time, and it was so long ago that I didnt remember the cost. When I walked in, I asked for a pedicure with gel polish. All that was said was, Please pick out your color and have a seat. Once I was in a chair for the pedicure, halfway through it a laminated page was presented to me with 3-4 different types of pedicure. I chose the one that read, Basic/Regular with exfoliating scrub, $40. The woman verified once more that this was my choice and continued with the pedicure. When it was time to pay at the register, she says, $60. 😳 I ask how is it $60 (plus tax & tip) when I was told $40? Their response? Oh, its always more with gel polish. They then went on to say how since I would normally get my nails done there (hands) that I should know this. 🙄 I told them I did NOT know this! I also stated how perhaps they should update the laminated page, because I actually took the time to read it & that information was NOWHERE on that page!So what now? Im doing what I should have done months ago, as Im somewhat new to the area: Ill be supporting nail techs who look like me (African American), not foreigners. Ive already found a new nail tech and wont be back. I try to support whomever, whenever, as long as the customer service is great and the quality of the product or service is great. However, I am done supporting shops such as this one. ✌️

They were able to squeeze in three pedicures scheduled same day without any issues. Staff is welcoming, friendly, and REALLY good at their jobs. Pedicures look amazing and the process is so relaxing. Highly recommend visiting Central Nails!

Had appointment at 10:30 and at 11:00 still waiting and they take people that walked in before scheduled appointments. They don’t pay attention to who has an appointment or walk ins. Absolutely ridiculous!

What a great experience! I went with my mother in law and her friend that have been going here for pedicures for years today. Kristina was my nail tech for my pedicure and she was awesome. She talked to me the whole time and was personable and my feet look great. She was very detailed and quick too! I will definitely return soon!

I love this place! I go as often as I can. Today I went to get some broken nails fixed and a pedicure. My baby shower is tomorrow and I asked for a little extra design and she did such a good job (Helen, that is) highly recommend this place and her!!

First time going, and I had an amazing experience. I see why women have been addicted to this form self care! They were fast, friendly, gentle and patient with me and my newness. Im glad I went here, Ive only heard good things from others who have gone and Ill definitely be returning. The Deluxe is worth it, the sugar scrub has my skin feeling awesome!

I was fine tilll i got a pedi. The lady did not do a full service pedi Like im used To. Told nail tech how to shape my nail, never listened, but the worst is i was charged 123.00 For mani n pedi, was high cuz of gel nail polish. Was charged extra for using card instead of cashapp! These prices are too high to have just ok services. I will not return!!! Ask about pricing ahead of time!

Gel nails had spots just not painted, bumps under polish on almost all fingers

This place is the best!! I haven’t had a balance in almost a month and my color is intact and they are all on. They really know what you want, friendly people! Everywhere I’ve gone I’ve never been fully satisfied they never do the length, of thickness right but hands down I won’t go anywhere else after this place!

I love this place. Theyre usually busy but they have great customer service, are gentle, and extremely friendly. Not the best with scheduling appointments but in 2 years of going here Ive only had one mistake that was quickly rectified.

My card information was used without my permission to add additional charges. The woman I spoke to tried to say it was tax that they added after they gave me a receipt for 108.00 my card was charged another $18.00. I reported the fraudulent charge to my bank and was reimbursed but will not return here. They stole money from me. Now I understand why everyone always pays cash here.

Poor service and bad management. I’ve been going to this nail salon on and off for a decade. It was my go to place when I can’t get an appointment with my regular. They have changed management and I Had my first bad experience. Not only do they not speak good English, but apparently they don’t understand it either. My daughter got dip with tips. The manager didnt do what I asked to fix 2 of my daughters nails that split and broke within 1 week of our original service. The nails bribe again the very next day. We will not return.

This place was Off the Charts Awesome!!!My first time there made me feel like A VIP!!!This is where I’m gonna over share....I’ve been fighting a small area of fungus under my big toe for close to two years...AND I have kept trimming the infected area of my toe nail OUT🥴I work on my feet literally all day so Not having regular pedicures is Not an option. Yes I do point out My issue before letting any nail tech begin.I wish I could remember her name....she attacked it and It has not returned since visiting Central Nail👍🏼

I just recently moved to the Columbus area about a year and a half ago and struggled for along time to find a really good nail salon. I kept getting really bad service or really rude people. Well a friend recommended Central Nails and I have been going there ever since. I love it. I will never go anywhere else ever. My nails always look amazing and there prices are reasonable and there very nice and make you feel right at home. Thanks to Katie and her amazing team my nail probably disappeared! I give this place 5 stars and that is rare for me because I think of my self as a perfectionist and see the flaws in everything. I never give comments either this is my first one for a public place. I had to make my enthusiasm known. I highly recommend this place.

Got acrylic nails here and the technician really made sure that I was pleased with the length and shape as she was working. Super friendly. Will definitely be back!

I was in Gahanna and decided to stop by at Central Nails on Thursday two weeks ago for my Gel Manicure. It was a good place, crowded but I did not have to wait. I came in they lady said 10-15 witch turned into an hour before anyone started on us They had me socking my feet for over 20 minutes I had to call the front to see if anyone was going to come and start on me and my daughter because no one came beach to check on us they didn’t even want accommodate us at all this was my second time there

Smells terrible in here. Had an appointment at 130, but didnt get my daughter and I in until after 2pm. They did apologize for the delay, but a 30min delay is not cool, especially the way this salon stinks, not to mention the overcrowding. Teenagers in there eating food at the front, other patrons waiting for their nails to dry couldnt sit down because they were taking up the entire table.Didnt totally remove all my daughters nail polish from previous nail salon so you could see the old nail polish under the new....tacky.I got gel polish, they put so many layers of it on it looked super think and chunky....no thanks.I wont come back here. The smell is enough to make you puke.

I have struggled for a very long time to find a place to get my nails done. I took a chance on this place because I have passed it so many times. On my first visit I was impressed with the friendliness of everyone. The nail tech I use is Kevin. I love the way he does my nails. I will not go anywhere else.

I just moved here and chose this place based on reviews.. I would get the one rude tech that literally would throw my hand back at me when switching them out. My gel is bubbled and horrible on a few of my nails because she was rushing and disinterested in giving good service.

I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30 pm, when I got there I got a chair right away. I selected the middle of the road pedicure with gel polish which should not have taken over an hour. After an hour in the chair, the gel polish was finally done and then had to rush through the rest of the pedicure in 10 minutes. Because she was rushing, she burned me with water and wasnt sorry at all. They still charged me full price for the service. If I hadnt asked how much longer the pedicure was going to be, I am certain I would have been there another half hour to 45 minutes.
