Have always done a great job, great customer service. They even drove back to the shop after it was closed for me to get something important i forgot there. Great people top notch!!!

Very safety conscious, taking temperature, wearing masks and gloves, consents to sign. David did my Mani/Pedi, and he did a great job. Staff is very nice. I would return there.

Bar far the best nail salon in orange county. I have been coming here for years and their service is always great and friendly, for my pedicures I’m always open to whoever is available... for my nails Joseph is my guy! Nails are always match in shape and length and look great for weeks.

Very nice people and location. Had been going through a lot of stress and headaches lately and got a mani pedi... If youre in my situation, go for the ant-stress package, definitely worth your money!

Customer service GREAT, quality of work GOOD, it honestly could have been great if they actually nail polished my hand nails all the way to the edge, they seem missed quite a bit of them. Its the 2nd time I go there, I do not have a preferred person yet.

They were nice, but they rushed through it. i asked for a single stripe on my big toe and she didnt make them the same size. they look weird. i told her and she smiled... (i guess this was her way of pretending she didnt see it or acting like she didnt know) the guy who did my manicure also cut too much skin off and i started bleeding. he first tried to cover it up but he applied alot of pressure and really actually hurt. if you want simple solid colors my mani came out good (other than tearing my skin)

Friendly staff. Nails always look nice and thin, although I do go through some pain when getting my nails done here. If really depends on the nail tech. Quick service, usually schedule an appointment during my lunch time and Im out in about 70-75 minutes.

This nail salon is very good! Don’t be fooled by the location or the surrounding businesses. Yelp and Google did not lead me wrong at all and I was very happy to see the work Eric did on my nails. He is very gentle and precise- a good combo when you want perfection. Very satisfied customer; I will be back.

They always do an amazing job! Eric is the best! Im not always the easiest customer to work with because I know exactly what I want and Im super picky, but hes always patient and so is the rest of the staff. Been coming here for a few years now.

The people are very friendly. I have tried the acrylics 4 times, they last, they are good quality, and it doesn’t hurt the wallet! I really like it here!!

I love this place. Nice, friendly people. Clean environment. I have been going here for a long time. I have tried many other salons in the area and Captivate is my favorite.

11/21/18 12:30PM Review update: the owner got in contact with me, promised a refund per the screen shots below. I came back even tho I had declined but he insisted. His employee eric said they would give me a gift card, I showed the text and the owner said he would refund my money. He then said the owner would bring me a check at some point, I paid this salon cash and they wasted my time and the owner is now no longer answering my calls. Do not go here, I will be reporting this shop to the state board and the BBB.I paid $45 for a brand new set and got this madness. They were so far gone I didnt want the same dude trying to fix it. I pointed these things out and he claimed they looked fine. Im really upset and will be going elsewhere to get them fixed.My pedicure was fine and feet look good. So there is that.Go at your own risk.

The lady at the front told me it would be $41 for a gel manis for two people and one regular pedi. In the middle of my session they pulled out a menu and I was confused because I already chose what service I wanted at the front desk. I pointed to the top option seeing that it progressively got more expensive not realizing they put the cheapest option at the bottom. They ended up charging us $76 for the gel manis and a deluxe pedi which was not what I wanted at all. I felt they sneakily tried to add a service I didn’t want right in the middle of my mani pedi. I will not be coming back here that is so wrong! The lady in the front knew I was not happy and even made a joke how the $16 one should be at the top. Horrible service.

I been going to another place for 10 years and they stop doing a good job on my nails so i came across this nail shop on yelp and i love this place. Im definitely coming back to lynn. She did a great job with my nails just the way i like them. She communicates with you and asks if its the way you wanted it or else shell fix it but she did great, nothing had to be fixed.

Eric and Lynn are awesome. Super attentive and friendly. Eric does my acrylics and does an amazing job! Lynn does my daughters gel manicures and is great !!!

I googled a nail salon and this one popped up and i saw that it had good reviews so i decided to go. Im not guna lie iv been to different nail salons and im never really satisfied but when i came here i actually can see why people like it. I came in late and the shop was supposed to close within an hour but they still gave me a chair and did a great job on my mani and pedi, i left the salon happy so that speaks for itself
