Place was nice and clean, people there were unprofessional and rude. We were being kicked out. They’re all about money, they were trying to charge us more money after contract was done.

My brother past away in june we used them for our service, They were extremely professional they were very communicative with us when they picked up my brother from the corners office, the service they held and the services they provided was wonderful, they helped us in every way possible and even assisted us during the burial process, thank you so much for the wonderful excellent service Douglass staff

The people here were so rude and shouldnt be in the funeral business. My wife passed away and qas picked up and transfered to Douglas.We had an appointment the next day at 9:30am and when we finally found someone to talk to they had no idea who our loved one even was. They not once offered any condolences or even a kind word. I dont understand how these people are still in business.

We had a recent lost and the people were so attending to every detail even after the funeral.They made sure to include us in the process and made every detail significant.We thank Douglass Funeral for their services.

The have service often and they seem to have their garden always cut and clean. Came to get an estimate and the staff is kindly and will try and work with your means and come to a reasonable price.

This is the worst place Ive seen in my life. They treated us very badly, they almost ran us.The microphones did not work. They did not give us time to drink water, even to use the bathroom it was scary to ask for permission. The couple that works there should be the owners nothing professional especially the.woman! Without important the pain x that we were going through our loss. Very cruel.horrible, horrible, I just do not recommend it at all please do not use it. In a few words it was a nightmare .. !!!!!
