I went here for the first time today and was very pleased, this is my new nail salon. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure is Cindy...go see her and her team! They were very professional and cordial to everyone who came in fir service. You will leave happy! 👍🏾🙏🏾💜😁

I have gone to ask for a design on one nail but nothing close to what I asked for, which I did ask the lady to just not do it no more because I wasn’t going to pay for what I didn’t want. It was a simple fall leave but it’s okay I didn’t want to say yes to something I didn’t like. But I only go for my Pedi I get the regular pedi charge $20.00 my toes always look good and they do cut them well. I love that they use the plastic cover. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re going to get a design. Maybe for regular mani and pedi. I always get regular nail polish on my toes and gel for mani but no designs.

The owner guy at the front is always rude. Some of the ladies too. The owner never wears a mask. He said he’s the owner and he doesn’t have to. A couple of the ladies are nice and do good work. That’s the only reason I still go there . And I live close by.

Terrible!!! I doubt the nail tech who did my nails has a license!! Theres no way!! I wanted to stop her half way and ask her what are you doing?!! Honestly. I showed her a picture of some nails she said $45 for but ended up doing something simple instead & she still charged me $45 for them like why would i want the simple ones for the same price? DONT GO HERE

Honestly theyre trying to make money during this pandemic which is commendable. However the quality of work is disappointing to say the least. Crooked uninformed nails on my feet and hands was what I received for the price of $100. Also you have to repeat yourself several times which is frustrating. As well as unnecessary rude comments.

We have been going here for years. It’s ok. The manager can be friendly, but passive aggressive at times. The only current girl who does good pedicures is Linda; she’s young and friendly. I’ve had them done by several girls there and wasn’t satisfied. It looks like it’s hygienic, but not convinced as they use same nail files on customers without cleaning or replacing. Horrid!!! My nails chipped after one day and 2 broke after 3 days and I went twice to have them repaired and they made me wait when there were 3 people available to do the work BOTH TIMES ON PURPOSE. Nasty attitudes and THEY MESSED MY NAILS UP!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. CHEAP FOR A REASON!

They did a wonderful job. I got the fairy dust glitter over a dark purple polish. I posted a photo for reference. Not very many locations do the loose glitter. Great quality of workmanship. She did exactly what I asked for. My friend recommend this location and I will definitely go back.

They messed up my friends nails and she wasnt happy with them. She went back to let them know and they didnt even want to start over as they phrased like the place was dead to begin with so it wouldnt kill them to start over they were rude the whole time trying it fix them. To change the color they wanted to charge $10 like not wanting to redo her set was bad enough.You can tell the atmosphere was already bad. They dont care about their customers happiness. Cant take criticism either.Customer service sucks.

Had the European style mani pedi. Loved it, feels so good and my nails look beautiful! Wonderful people working here😊

I always go get pedicure and started getting manicure now. Today it was not a good experience. I may try another place. Definitely gonto another place. My nails and toes are so bad I will to my own toes. They look terrible. I to think I tipped. Well the leg massage was good for my legs.

I went in earlier the week. The nails jobs are average nothing special. When it comes to customer service and common sense, this is the place to avoid. Passive aggressive workers that have 4th grade child like responses if you try to tell them what you want. They leave things uneven. Stay away from the lady that does the eyebrows. They just don’t listen!!! I’m such a nice person and they just made me very upset.

Worst customer experience. Now I know why this salon is Always empty. I went w Ivy to fix My nails and she got the polish color wrong. She didnt want to show Me the color chart, when I kept Insisting sure enough she was wrong. She started getting an attitude And Did not take the color off

So, this is where I get my haircuts for the last 3 years...

This used to be my favorite, go-to nail salon for the clean environment, spa chairs, and good gel color selection. However, the last two times Ive come here I dont know what happened to them, or if Ive just been having bad luck, but the nail technicians are very rude and dismissive. Ive felt very uncomfortable, like Im inconveniencing them by coming in and purchasing their services. I guess Ill have to find a different favorite salon.

I have been going here for over 4 years and they have always been awesome, I usually get the gel and it lasts me longer than the normal Guaranteed two weeks, usually about 4 for me when it starts to chip and crack. But last Wednesday I went in to get gel done by Vinnie and she made my nails look beautiful but 3 days later my nails started crack and now a week later 7 out of my ten nails have cracks in them. Every time I get my nails done there the manager/owner (he acknowledges that Im a usual costumer) will tell me if something happens to your nails come in and we will fix it for you. So I came in today asking them to fix my nails and of course the manager was not there and I had to deal with one of the nails techs whom argued with me for about 10 minutes that its just my nails that are broken under the polish, her polish was not cheap, even though I was told they could be fix, she couldnt do anything about it! Completely ridiculous when I paid $30 a week ago for my nails to be ruined already. I will never go back again and I advise everyone not to go to them!!!! The only reason they get 1 star is because most of the people That work there are nice and know what they are doing!

This review is for S & P Salon on Orangethorpe, between Harbor and Lemon.The lady destroyed my hair! I needed a cut and color and found this place close to my house. She was very pleasant and nice however she did not know how to work with my hair. Unfortunately I have fine thin hair. She colored and and washed my hair which was fine, the issues started when she decided to blow-dry my hair before brushing or cutting it. My hair was tangled after she washed it and she still decided to blow-dry it that way. I reminded her that I needed a cut as well and she still continued to blow-dry my hair. She added several products while drying my hair which left it greasy and had an odd smell. She pulled a few different combs out of a drawer labeled soiled and used them on my dry tangled still not cut hair. Before actually cutting my hair I looked around and saw pieces of my broken torn out ends all around me, the already soiled comb she used had so much broken balled up hair I was ready to cry. When she finally cut my hair while it was dry she didnt even comb the top back so my hair was folded over to one side and she began to trim my damaged destroyed ends. The front of my hair was not cut evenly, so I took my brush out combed it my self and showed her that. Everything was such a mess I just wanted to leave. I was charged $60 leaving with a greasy, strange smelling, badly colored head of unevenly cut damaged hair.When I got home a noticed that she missed the roots around my face as well. I ended up having to wash my newly colored hair at home to get the grease out and my hair is already faded. I will have to go somewhere else to fix the cut. Again the lady was nice and so was the owner when I went to pay she just didnt know how to handle fine hair. I dont think she intentionally ruined my hair and thats the only reason I paid.Lesson learned, Im not going back.I must add that I initially when there for a pedicure and full set. That was fantastic, both ladies did an amazing job and I couldnt be more pleased with my nails.

First ever mani/pedi. Got the basic treatment with callous removal. Nice massaging chairs, sweet staff.

PSA: Go at your own risk! They claim that they are very clean but this is so 100% false. Its not news that people contract toenail fungus after visiting an unhygienic nail salon and this very nightmare happened to my friend. Ive actually been coming here for a few years now and was a regular. Introduced my friend to S&P and weve been coming together to get our pedis done ever since. My friend doesnt go anywhere else to her toes done so most likely she got the fungus here and the events that follow will confirm this. We noticed a dark spot underneath her toenails when they took the nail polish color off. We assumed it was a fungus and asked two different employees to make sure. They confirmed that it was but proceeded to work on her pedicure anyway. ANY hygienic-conscious nail salon will never go through with this because it will contaminate the nail polish as well as the tools. I got a regular pedicure and finished early so I went up to the owner and told him about what happened. He never apologized and continued to be defensive, claiming that he maintains his salon as clean as he can which is completely untrue. We obviously wont be coming here any more and would rather spend a few extra bucks on a place that understands and practices sanitation protocols.

At first it was great then I had to keep going back once a week my nails kept braking I live in riverside I drive down there to meet a friend and get our nails done here and a nail would break and I was to tied to drive back down there to get it fixed the prices are high for the work that they do :( unsatisfied

I got my hair cutt done here worst mistake they charged me $20 or $25 okay either way they said its a five star salon nope not all they thinned my hair out damaged it and since this place I get scared of salons I cut my own hair now I rather mess it up my self than have someone do it dont come here for a hair cut save your money or go somewhere else !
