Was very clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Im glad I found this place. You pay them and they start the washer and dryer for you. Also the bathroom was clean due to she has to let you in there also.So if you need to do your laundry in Columbus. This is the place to go.

Super clean, very kind staff! Unfortunately quite a few things are out of service- the card loader, a number of machines, and the vending machine for detergent/stain treatment/softener/bleach but she did have tide pods for sale luckily. Helpful signage explaining how things work but the space is kinda cluttered. Well lit parking lot. All in all a pretty great laundromat, just bring your own supplies for sure!

Probably the cleanest and nicest laundromat that I had been to in a very long time! Their system for operating and using the washers and dryers is wonderful! I love not having to go get chains and worried about quarters getting jammed up in machines and not being able to get my money back they have somebody on site to operate and we can pay them they come and start your machines. You can also purchase one of their cards and load money on it then as soon as youve loaded machine Im ready to go so you can start it yourself! Even the restroom you have to have a card or the attendant has to let you in and it is also very nice and clean! The reason for 4 * 5 is because unfortunately the last time I went in there I went to the restroom and there was no TP, and they close kind of early.

Weve been back 2 times and still quick, reliable machines. Oleta is polite, kind, and friendly. Clean, reliable machines, great wash and dry. Brandy is professional, friendly and polite. We are in town for 3 weeks and plan to use Speedy Clean.

Took my stuff there the lady told me $35 on the phone then my boyfriend goes to pick it up and she tells him $50 and nothing was dry.. Wasnt pleased at all. EDIT: The owner got ahold of me and was very professional and took care of my issues. You can tell she cares very much about her business and customers ❤

It would be better if there wasnt so much equipment broke down. Other than that its clean and the attendant is nice

If your in Columbus,Indiana and are looking for a place to do laundry, then Speedy Clean is where I would go. I have washed my close there since it opens and its always been kept clean and the washers and dryers are always kept in top shape. The staff are great and very very helpful.

I have been going here since it opened. It started as a very nice place little bit of an issue with the card system, but for the most part that has been worked out. However over the past year maintenance and care has diminished almost completely. There are only a portion of the washers working as well as only a portion of the dryers that work, and it advertised the biggest dryers in town but they have been out of order for 6 months not only that they raised the price of almost all of it by a dollar or 2 in some cases but cant fix the broken equipment..... really sad that the owners let it get to this point almost ready to go back to coin laundry. And then to top it off they just close early abruptly whenever they feel like it....

They used to have all new equipment. Now the majority of them are broken down. It seems there’s more every time I show up. The prices were raised months ago. Get these fixed, man!Update:The owner replied by letting me know I could have used the other washers. On the weekends, due to the high volume of people, there is sometimes up to an hour wait for a washer and/or dryer (due to so many washers and dryers broken down). He also told me to donate if I have an issue with it— Are you a non-profit laundry? Didn’t think so. I donate by being a PATRON of your business. Now that you are “out of the dispute with your contractor” I certainly hope to see machines getting fixed soon. I will gladly change my review around. Clean, working machines with a helpful attendant are difficult to find on a regular basis when traveling, but Speedy Clean Laundromat delivered on all three counts!! Impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well as how engaged the attendant was with myself and other patrons! Very few machines were down, so that wasnt an issue! Would go here again if I were staying in Nashville again! And I was able to get my taxes filed next door at Jackson Hewitt so that was a real bonus!!🤗👍👍👍💞

Was in early this morning, the lady working, a bit on the shorter side, was very friendly and helpful as she was dealing with multiple customers, and the items people had dropped off to be washed. She even gave me some great tips on best uses of ways to make most of time there, including a thing about using tennis balls in the dryer to get more even drying in less time. There was a repair technician in working on some of the machines and it was nice to see that they do try to keep the equipment up and running so it does not impact on customer experience.

First time needing to use a laundromat as our appliances died at home. Came in and clearly looked like I needed help, so Neah came by to help me. She was very sweet, incredibly patient and knowledgeable. The only trouble I had is that while it says you can use debit/credit on the website, you can only do that AFTER purchasing a $7 wash card. I just hit the ATM next door to purchase the wash card (must use cash for that) so it wasn’t a huge deal. It’s very clean, large capacity and small capacity washers alike.

Third week in a row weve taken laundry here and its been horrible. Every last bit of clothes are soaked like you just pulled them out of the washer soaked after spending 45 mins in a dryer there. The place is disgustingly dirty. It wasnt like this a year ago. Dont go here. Its a basically a money trap for nonworking equipment and rude staff. If i could 0 stars i would.

Great place to do laundry. Has newer washers and dryers. Employees are very helpful. Can drop off laundry for a fee for per load, done professionally. I use Speedy Clean because they keep the place and equipment clean and functional. It also has a restroom.

Very clean. Large washers and dryers. I am short so some of dryers are too high but ladies working there always help me. At first i thought too expensive but after trying another place i realized the prices are comparable and speedy is clean which is important to me. No vending machines so have to take your own drink and snack.

Ive been coming here for over a year now for the wash and fold service. While Juanita was here, everything was perfect. Nothing wrinkled, no clothes ruined, everything folded neatly. Now not so much. All of my dress clothes were wrinkled. Two pairs of leggings were ruined because of high heat and a new pair of pants shrunk.If youre just washing sheets, towels, t-shirts and jeans, the wash and fold service is great. Anything else, I would not recommend bringing.

Im an expedite driver from Ontario. The place was clean,the washer & dryers are fairly new & large. The lady working there tonight was very helpful. I would recommend it if you ever need to do your laundry while you are in or near Columbus Indiana

Its very convenient to have my hot mess taken care of. I provide my own supplies and request how I want it cared for. Its always nice getting someone to help me with my chores without having strangers clean or be in my house. Thank you yall I love the help!

They keep is so clean! I love that the bathrooms are for the customers only.. all the workers are so friendly and helpful! Just all around an amazing company! For those complaints about the pay card.. its a ONE TIME fee... gives you access to the bathrooms and its all around a better process then messing with change.

Went in there today and they only had 2 big washers and 3 medium washers working. And of course all the 2.50 washers were working. Its like they try and force us to use the small ones to make more money cuz it takes damn near 8 of them to do two full baskets of clothes. Its still clean and the staff still nice and helpful.

Decent laundromat but washers dont spin close very well as it takes much longer to dry than other laundromats weve used where dryers could dry clothes much faster due to good spin dry cycles of washers!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful and building is clean and well maintained. I personally also like how they do not use quarters in their machines instead they have reloadable cards. It makes it much more convenient than trying to bring in a ton of quarters and its nice not having to worry about running out of cash since you can easily reload your card with your debit or credit card also. :)

I went to this location just because I needed to use a credit card. The laundry natzi wouldnt let me. She kept saying cash only, give me the cash and I will start the machines. I said I want to buy a card with my credit card and she wouldnt help me. Also quite pricey. Its a laundromat lady, slow your roll and dont make us think your stealing the cash. Went to another location and the attendant is super friendly and very willing to help me.

I came in on Sunday, July 14th. I couldnt believe they hired juanita back. She is always rude. She was on her phone, with the speaker on. When I needed help she acted like I was interrupting her. All I needed was to use the bathroom. The other ladies that work there have always been helpful. Im going to try the laundry mat, on state street. When you fire her again, Ill be back.

Attendant, older woman, was very rude when I asked to use the restroom. Had 4 loads of laundry I needed to do. The guy attendant is great but if they arent going to let paying customers use their bathroom, Im not sure Ill be coming back.

My boyfriend and I were trying out different laundromats than our usual, which is the Holiday Warsh House. We wanted to price different laundromats, and we ended up at Speedy Clean. I visited the website, which advertises the ability to use credit,debit, and cash. When we arrived and started loading our laundry into washers, the lady who was working there said we would have to pay her in cash for the services. She said they didnt have a machine for credit/debit cards. I was confused as to why, so I asked her why the website advertises it differently. She was very rude in her answer and as we were packing up our clothes to leave, she decided to mock us, saying things like Theres not a laundromat in town that takes cards, Ive been here in columbus all my life and there isnt one in town that takes cards, I dont know why you think we would take cards,. She seemed very full of herself, and our usual laundromat DOES take cards, for her information, we just wanted to find a cheaper place than our usual. I will NOT be going to Speedy Clean ever again. The absolute worst service Ive ever experienced at a laundromat.

Clean updated place with newer large washes, fast drying dryers, and very friendly service. I am always a little disappointed when I have to buy the card that gets used instead of quarters. I dont see why that cant be free.

This is a locally owned laundromat. It is fully staffed. The really great thing about this laundromat is that it is clean and safe. The owners are extremely helpful.

I enjoyed the experience with this place although being a single person, i dont have a need for the huge washers. Some single load washers would be nice. It is also quite pricey, where it usually costs 10 dollars to my laundry, it cost me double that. Some machines were broke down, card machine wasnt working, attendant had to start machines with her card. Ok experience for me

Ive tried several laundrys since my washer at home caught fire. I finally asked Google to direct me to one in Colombus and it led me to Speedy Clean. I went in and loaded the washer added my soap etc before looking to see if it took quarters but it didnt so I asked a lady that was there. She was doing laundry for a customer. She was very friendly to me, I paid her my money and she used her card to start the washer. My compliments to Breiana for being so nice to me both times Ive been there, it did have several machines that were not working but Breiana showed me the ones to use. She is a hard worker and it shows because that place was Spotless. Her pretty smile was the icing on the cake. Ill be doing my laundry at Speedy Clean as long as that nice lady and her pretty smile is there.

Started out a clean place, then progressively got dirty. i had a bunch of clothes ruined from ink in a dryer that they failed to clean up. they admitted they were aware of it but refused to make it right for the damage to my clothes.
